Actually the services is great but when it comes to statues and figures they dont have the selection they had.

The staff at this location are really excited and happy to sell games!!! Helped me pick my last great adventure... seeing as the world is currently shut down

Worker was not helpful I bought an Xbox gift card he gave me the code to it on the receipt and I asked him if it was for Xbox live or was it Xbox currency and he said its a card

First visit to this location and when greeted by the chubby guy with blue hair I knew what type of store this was. When greeting me the store associate purposely looks away to make it seem as if he is too busy to greet someone or Im not welcome. When asking for my money for pop pre orders I no longer want, the store associate has an attitude the whole time. I say thank you and he says nothing on two different occasions. Whats more disturbing is there were two other customers in the store who had received engaging service but I for some reason was treated differently.

Usually everyone is nice but today the staff, one employee who I wont name, was very rude and also needs to clean up his appearance as well as his customer service skills. I was very disappointed.

I would like to say best experience ever when I came in. I walked in got a gift card and I was going by so fast I grabbed the wrong card (This is halfway down the block before I noticed it was a PlayStation card) I ran back hoping I could exchange it and the nicest and awesome person called Elizabeth helped me out! 10/10 service and she deserves a raise and job upgrade!

Big guy w/ long hair acted like he hated working there... And gave an attitude like he didnt wanna help.He was able to find my game, but his whole demeanor was really awful.i felt judged & stereotyped for my choice of game.

I got in aost every week for all my gaming needs. Every time I am greeted with a big warm smile and a heart filled hello. Read all the reviews today on a few websites to laugh and say all the one star reviews must be done by people who have never worked a day dealing with people like themselves. Ellie is a very respectful woman/assistant manager with alot of energy and a great bubbly personality. Beth is a friendly and professional manager (also respectful woman). Both run a very tight crew who when I do see them on a day I dont usually go in are also very respectful. All deals are professionally for both customers and store. I have made it a mission to try to go in at least once a week to do some sort of transactions to help anyway to keep them in business.

They get a 3 star because the people who work there are always super friendly but the prices that are controlled by the corporate money grabs are just way way too high. You can drive a mile down the road to the local Wal-Mart and pick up anything 10 dollars cheaper brand new compared to gamestops preowned stuff. Its pretty insane and doesnt make sense.

Service is not what it cracks up to be. Staff seems lazy. Went down to GameStop Palm Springs, much faster and friendly service. Takes about 10 minutes for 8 games here, took less than half the time at palm springs.

Elizabeth (nametag said Beth) went above and beyond to assist me in finding different games and informing me of her experiences with the games we discussed. Her understanding of my gaming needs made this shopping endeavor personal, enjoyable, and gives me a reason to continue to frequent this GameStop, when shes working.

Its hit or miss on used games n products. n corporate pricings too. one day it be 5 buckstrade in nextt day 1.60. sometimes cool sales promotions where ya get double value. yes tons of collectables..when i go i check their sales racks. yo people need to stop steeling from these places it does hurt actual people. cost people their jobs. the people i have met there have been all nice smiles on their face. once i was sitting outside some crazed male came out screaming n crushed a game outside the door. i asked inside. he was upset cuz he wanted more than corparate had listed for the game to buy from people. so he took it out on staff inside and others outside like me who had to witness the mans fit of rage. yes prices are high on go someplace else i do. when ya use online store make sure zip matches cuz depends where your net is pinging.remember you can always call before ya go in

Everything I Bought beside the brand new Xbox/Games was faulty.... Customer service representative upsold me like her job depended on it. Was told the original Xbox one is faulty, with a low life expectancy. (Ive had mine for three years with no problems) after a brief back and forth she told me she didnt have what I wanted in stock(even though online said they did) and had to buy a new Xbox one S. The PLUG N PLAY battery pack they sold me doesnt charge, and the wire was frayed. The controller I bought, she selected the third one from the front(why,I have no idea) had a broken joystick (had to take it back, and Pay the difference for a brand new one). The cuff of my t-shirt was even damaged. Was told everything was tested and operated correctly, which apparently was a lie, I got mostly unusable Items from this place. I guess it only took one visit to remember why I switched to online purchases, rather than driving up to visit here. $600 spent on garbage.

I love going to Game Stop!!!! Been going to the Y.V store for many years. I have the Pro membership and love the benefits. I recently called just to find out how many prestige levels there are in Zombies Black Ops 3 (didnt get a reliable answer on Google), the guy was super friendly who answered the phone and answered my question. I love nerding out there!!!!

Bought a used XBox 2 days ago, found out the xbox we had at home wasnt the issue. So decided to return the Xbox, read the back of the receipt and it read can be return within 7 days. Went to return it today, Spoke to a very disrespectful Eleanor who wouldnt let me speak a word. She started reading to me the back of the receipt and which stated I could get a full refund if returned in 7 days. While she only wanted to give me store credit, I said no way! The receipt states a full refund. Long story!! I called Gamestop Corporate and filed a complaint against the store and Eleanor very rude person. Corporate said they were wrong not to refund my money. ANYWAY I drove to Gamestop in 29 Palms Marine base got a total refund and apologize for how I was treated at the Yucca Valley store. I would advise people to go to another store to buy games and Equipment, because Yucca Valley store tries to wiggle themselves out from giving you refunds. Go to 29 Palms store on base, bunch of nice people who know what they are doing!!

The Personnel at this establishment or rude unknowledgeable have absolutely no manners customer service and have no desire to go anywhere further then the quick solution without actually any effort towards fulfilling difficult requests even a simple question of availability is difficult for various members that have been work with at this establishment

This gamestop is awesome, the workers there are all friendly and help you with what you need and can have a legitimate conversation about games as well as help you decide between two games or two consoles. This gamestop is my favorite gamestop to go to.

The line is always horribly long and you can hear the other employees fooling around in the back instead of running the other register. The used game pricing is often the same or higher than what it would be to buy them new at Walmart down the street. Its always disappointing to go in here.
