Theyre closed down for good. In my town. It would have been good if they notified their customers. I found another way to pay my bills over the phone. Just found out today, it was a privately owned business. The business used to be in yucca Valley but moved their business to desert hot springs California. Its all good, I got it paid.

No window sign, no store phone message, and no thank you, for supporting this Yucca Valley Boost Mobile Store. None of the other Boost Mobile stores have answered their phones either. Putting in a UPS store in the Boost location. When you call Boost customer service, they are as clueless as to what’s going on, and after they’ve kept you on hold for 10-15 minutes, they just hang up in you. I don’t recommend this company. A hand written note, or a text would have been nice. To much time wasted, with no answer to a paying customer.

Exceptional customer service provided by Laura. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and approachable. Highly recommended anyone needing help to ask for Laura. Boost Mobile is hiring the right people it seems.

I have had a good experience here in the past, so good I bought the girl at the counter lunch for all her help. Today I went in and had a completely different experience. The girl behind the counter was not willing to help when I went in to buy a new phone. I was quoted 100 dollars more than at the boost store in palm desert and when I questioned the price she basically told me to go get it down there then. I came home and ordered my phone online for 1/2 the price she was asking. Then people wonder why buisnesses in our area dont make it.

Service sucks. No phone service because there tower was down.. was told on The phone I would get next month free for my inconvenience . they had me take my phone to the dealer to be rebooted. They called to make sure I was credited like they said..Boost told me I was out of luck because I did not call immediately . duh!! I had to phone to call them with.. Better off with Verizon..

They close at 6....but at 430...its closed...the girl who was working today...needs an attitude adjustment. We have never had a problem with boost before today...all I have to say is...now I know why metro has been having an overload of new customers. You just lost 4 more boost!. Tried to get an upgrade for my 13 year old...and you gave her such a hard time...we left. Metro had great customer service. .we went back to you to get info that metro needed...and you were closed...your store will probably be the next to vacate yucca valley...why?...because your customer service sucks...if you dont like your job or people...quit!...Im sure someone would love your job.

Wish I could give this place a negative star. Boost mobile is a joke! I was told I would get service where I live I get home and their was no service. I called customer service and they told me their was no towers where I live and they didnt know why I was sold the phone. This place is a waste of time, gas,and money! I was given my refund after over an hour of telling me theres nothing they can do. They made me sign a blank pice of paper. Wish I didnt but they wouldnt give me My money till I did. I took the money and left.

These guys dont even answer the phone, youre forced to go into the store to get anything taken care of. Because the customer service number is useless as well unless youre a new customer. (Go figure)Dont even waste your time with Boost Moblie.
