Good prices and because of this they are plenty busy. I had a tire that needed to be repaired and was told if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait a couple of days, but if I wanted to drop it off, they would fit me in sometime the same day. As it turns out I needed a new tire because of the nature of the problem. They fully honored my warranty replacing the tire with a better one because they didnt have a duplicate tire in stock. My car was done very soon afterwards. I think this incident speaks volumes about the quality of the company.

Took my horse trailer for new tires: They made it so easy! Did make an appointment though, which helped them be ready & efficient. Friendly bunch, and I was impressed that a woman technician works there (being a senior woman, myself) !! I have also purchased tires for my RAM 1500 truck there. The place is well managed; a quality uncommon nowadays.

Received 5 Star service today. Needed a tire fixed fast. I told them I was a firefighter and this was my wife’s car and didn’t want to leave her without a working car for a 24hr shift. Even though they were busy they worked hard and got me fixed up. Thanks Tire Kingdom for great service.

I was in desperate need of an oil change, but with the price of oil going up finding someone to do it at a decent price was becoming a challenge. My mom told me about Tire Kingdom; I went online and looked them up. They had an awesome deal going on, so I booked the only appt available and went in. As soon as I got there I was greeted and they got my vehicle into the bay to work on it. The people there are friendly and professional. They dont try and sell you extra, which is a nice change. I will recommend them hands down and I will be going back.

From making the appointment, the intake process, returning to pick up my car and getting checked out, all technicians were friendly and efficient. Being without a car isnt a good time, but Tire Kingdom got my tire fixed quickly and the prices are reasonable

I showed up to drop them off expecting to come back later that day, and was taken care of with in 10 minutes of me showing up. Great service, and I will be back with my Jeep for more service to come. Tire kingdom in zephyrhills perfect great people persons very helpful

I had a bad experience at this place specifically due to an employee named Glenn. I went in to buy a tire for my husbands work vehicle and as I finished paying I noticed a tire disposal fee, which all I did was purchase a tire and was going to take it with me not dispose of any. I told the person helping me about it, and he was rude told me “talk to your governor about it”. So I was like why are you charging me this fee? I’ve bought tires here in the past and I haven’t been charged that fee. He was plain rude, went to his manager, came out gave me my money back and with a rude tone said “how’s that!” I did not feel like being rude or arguing so I took the tire and rolled it out by myself mind you I’m pregnant rolling and carrying a tire to my car. Terrible customer service! My husband called and complained to the manager, but seemed to not care.

Still love this place after all of these years!! The manager Jacob is a gem!! True hard worker with honesty in his pockets!! Always take care of all of my vehicles!!

Over 8 years have been pretty impressed with Jacob at Tire Kingdom. We were told of another company down the way and switched some vehicle services to it and found that the quality was in no way shape or form at the same level of quality. Tire Kingdom in Zephyrhills goes to great lengths to save you money and protect your investment. Understandably, they are a chain, but honestly feel when go to this shop it feels like what I remember of that local shop. Good staff that talk to you or simple coffee or just good conversation with other customers.

Great service, building needs some attention.We have always used tire kingdom for our vehicle repair and tires. They are fair and get the job done. We have noticed that the inside of the building is getting really rough and could use some updates and repairs.Its amazing how Auto repair shops a lot of times look like a dump and are never clean.Just some basic advice though the pictures that are posted.

This place is a rip-off. 200 for an oil change on my F350. 120 every other place Ive gotten an oil change. I requested pricing to change out my fuel filters and they were telling me it was going to take 4 hours and they would have to drop my fuel tank to do it. Well, I did it by myself within an hour because both filters are clearly visible and accessible. If you care about your time or money, go somewhere else.

If you are looking for confidence in service and cleanliness, I would NOT recommend Tire Kingdom of Zephyrhills. I took my car here for a new set of tires and an oil change.The oil sticker on the windshield was not replaced however my headliner was covered in dirt and grease. I called and asked if there is some way they can prove to me my oil was changed since the sticker wasn’t replaced. The “supervisor” said “oh well we just always do the oil changes.” I asked to speak to a supervisor of the service department, he said they would contact me the following day and I never heard from them. May I add the representative seemed very aggravated and unbothered with my situation. I took it upon myself to get my headliner cleaned and oil checked elsewhere.

This place needs to do better with scheduling appointments and giving realistic service times. I understand that certain circumstances may arise causing a delay in things but theres absolutely no reason it should take 3 and a half hours to replace 4 tires.

I had came back from a trip and found my car with a flat tire in the rear which lead to my car being stalled for a week until i took it to tire kingdom in Zephyrhills and they handled it professionally and had it done on the same day. other tire shops told me to come by the next. Theres good work at tire kingdom.

I was expecting 3 hours. The staff follows all Covid protocols, even down to disinfecting the pens. Very pleased with the service.

Emergency nail in tire - was told a 5 hour wait, limped on down to Sams - very busy, but new tire - in and out in 90 minutes - ate a slice while waiting and sampled around the store.

Last week went to this location. Made appointment. Waited 2 hours for tire rotation included with $800 worth of tires that were bought, heard noise when they drove car out. Nothing was said till I asked why car taken back in, finally, was told wheel weights too close to brake calibers. Grant it, the week before had new brake pads put on.Today my husband chanced and took his vehicle there to get tire rotation, now they have broke off a lug stud off after cross threading it. And to add insult we have to bring it back because they don’t have the part. Such frustration.To continue the frustration, my husbands truck ended up with one of the tires cut. He asked about a new set of tires, they would not give prices and could not say when would get tires in.

I needed a new tire for my 2016 vehicle- as I had hit a pothole at a high rate of speed. I went to Tire Kingdom on a Thursday at about 9:30am. The store was quite busy, however; Jacob and Billy kept things moving pretty well. There were two cars ahead of mine, but I was still out in under an hour. Jacob and Billy did a great job. Price was reasonable too.

The guys at this Tire Kingdom overall did a great job. I was really in a bind. I was on the interstate traveling to North Carolina when my car blew a tire.I had to have roadside assistance have a tow truck take it to their garage before it closed for the night and one of the mechanics was even gracious enough to drive me in his car to a nearby hotel. The next morning, I had four brand new tires put on my car by the time I drove off at 11 am. Costs were fairly reasonable, communication top notch, and quality excellent. I get better fuel economy with the new tires. The only criticism I have, and this is really minor, is that the mechanics took my titanium steel valve caps with the Hyundai logo on them and didn’t put them on the valves on the new tires. I paid over $20 for those caps and wished I would have taken them off before they changed out the old for the new tires.

Just so slow. Dont ever think having an appointment is going to get you in and out. Waiting 3 hours to swap out tires. Should take 30 minutes. Still waiting.

They changed my tires but they were supposed to fix my tpms issue but the blasted light is still on.

Went today to buy four new tires. Walked in and waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The man asked what size tire I had... when I told him I wasn’t sure, he said he would go check. He left and came back but sat next to another man in the lobby and started speaking to him about his car. I continued to wait. The employee got up and left the lobby again so I assumed he was going to look at my tire size this time. I waited for another 10 minutes before deciding to take my business elsewhere. When I drove past the garage, the same kid was working on a car. I don’t know if he forgot about me, but I was ready to drop several hundred dollars at this location and wasn’t given the time of day. Don’t bother going to this shop unless you’re okay with being ignored and waiting around for nothing.

My mom went to get tires rotated she had a appointment at 11:00 a.m. shes in her 70s she sat theyre from 11:00 a.m. to almost 3:00 p.m. to have her tires rotated bad service bad managers shouldnt schedule appointments if youre already booked for other appointments

Went to this location for a tire on my pickup that went bad they are really professional they got me in immediately and 20 minutes later my repair was complete everyone at this location was very respectful the business is clean well organized. We are an AR account with Tire Kingdom. I called them to see if they could put brakes on one of our fleet vehicles. So far they have put me on hold for eight minutes. Must be too busy or confused to help someone in a timely fashion. I will hang up after a ten minute wait on hold, and look for someplace else to help us.

I had the worst experience today in the Zephyrhills store which I had been a customer for more than 10 years. I would never ever will recommend the store and will make sure that all my contacts will know about in the social media. Very disappointed how rude was the customer service representative

I’m currently still here at Tire Kingdom. I’m here for a simple oil change. I asked one of the gentleman (I assume working on it, since he is going in and out of the service door) how long it would take, because it’s “taking a while.” He said, “What do you think is a while?” I said, “It feels like it’s been 45 minutes,” and he very curtly said, “No, it hasn’t been that long.” I went back to check my phone to see the time I arrived, and I arrived at 2:15 pm. The conversation that took place with this gentleman was at 3:00 pm. I do not appreciate when staff undermines my knowledge of when I arrived, especially when they are wrong. I thought this was extremely rude of him, and I still have no indication of when they will finish with my oil change. No one is “keeping me posted,” and by this exchange with that worker, I am being made to feel like I am demanding and difficult, when rather I should be told the progress like a professional company would do. I hope no one else gets treated the way I have. Extremely unprofessional. I am fine with slow service, but I would like to have been informed approximately how long I would be waiting, and I most certainly did not like being told I haven’t been waiting for 45 minutes when I most certainly have been waiting for 45 minutes. On the plus side, Don was very kind and helpful.

I came in earlier around 4pm. I had a doctors appointment and came out my tire was completely flat. I panicked because I had to go back to work and went to Tire Kingdom. I just needed a plug to get me threw until tomorrow and I could get it fixed elsewhere since they were too busy to get me in. They refused and told me I could leave my vehicle with the flat over night and pick it up tomorrow afternoon. I dangerously drove all the way to Alex tires in Dade city who were AMAZING and they took care of me even though they were closing - they stayed open for ME. The person I spoke to was rude but besides that I know how dangerous driving on a flat could be I have had a blow out before. I was just in complete disbelief. I never do these but on this occasion I had to. Anybody in Dade city/Zephyrhills area go to Alex Tires where they actually care about your safety and will get you in no matter what.

Horrible horrible!!! Do not go to this establishment especially if you are a female by yourself! Jacob the store manager was horrible and a liar and is deceptive as well as Les (he works customer service and wore no face mask) kept changing my prices and what my car and tires needed! Jacob even told me he makes things up on his own! Who does this and then laughs at a person especially a female by herself! I would rather walk into a nest of killer hornets as to be lied to and disrespected by these people and company AGAIN! When you read on here where it asks you to contact “customer service “ or the will “contact you “ don’t believe it because it is a lie to make the company in total look better! They don’t care! I went to this Tire Kingdom this past Friday (10/18) to get an oil change. When I arrived there, the man up front asked if I would like my tires rotated as well. I bought all 4 of my tires from here, so thinking that I asked if it is included when I bought my tires and he said yes, so then I said yes go ahead please rotate my tires as well as put air in my tires.My Psi was 34 all on 4 of my tires when I dropped it off. When I picked my car up, I noticed the psi was still at 34. I drove back and when I walked back inside I asked if they could please put air in my tires (psi should be at 51 as indicated on my tires). The 2 guys up front just said I didnt drive my car far enough for it to calculate or something like that. So, I took their word for it even though I knew they didnt put air in my tires nor rotate my tires.The next day, I had my friend put air in my tires and he said they were very low, he also told me they did not rotate my tires since there was still dust on the lugnuts. As soon as he was done putting air in all 4 of my tires, my psi went to 50 on all tires and instantly I can tell my car drove better.I called and asked to speak to a manager. All he said was he would talk to the people there and then hung up the phone. I will never do business with this tire kingdom again. I mean how hard is it to put air in tires and rotate tires? I do not appreciate being lied to.

Spent $1800 on new tires and alignment. Went to leave for work Sunday about 4:30pm and when I got the truck up to 65 mph it started bouncing all over the place. Called them right away to get it taken care of and they refused to stay open to take care of me. I would have been there right at five but they refused to take care of there error. Obviously they did not balance them correctly. Now I have to miss a days pay of work to go back up there in the morning. Will never do business with them again.

They were quick with the oil change and the installation of my brakes, but they did not show me the test strip of the brake fluid when they state that it was bad and then I told them if they had looked into the history of my truck they would have seen that I had already had it done a less than a year ago. So then I was told that the technican had used the incorrect strip and everything was find and that it was an error and my brake fluid was fine.

The guys at this location have ALWAYS been so friendly, very through, and manage to fit us in for all the little emergencies we have managed to have driving so much out here. Wonderful crew!!!

Fantastic experience. All of a sudden as I drove across the grocery store parking lot, my oil light came on so I pulled into the parking lot and went inside to ask for help. Billy came out to check my car and took it into a bay because my dipstick didnt have any oil on it. A few minutes later I found out that my car immediately dropped all four quarts of oil Billy had put in onto the floor. Thankfully he lifted the car to investigate why it came out so fast. Both Billy and Bill were able to see immediately that my oil filter was missing. Thats when I remembered the odd clunk that Id heard at a stop sign in the parking lot. Once they put a new oil filter on and refilled my car everything worked amazingly again. Ive been converted. No more cheap and fast oil changes. I will for sure be returning and making sure to let family and friends know how good of an experience I had.

I had an appointment @ 1:30 for an oil change. Get there and they said it would be ready in 1 hr 30 mins. AFTER a bay was open. What good is an appointment?? Told that they were just busy.......What the...? Attitude was dismissive (feeling or showing that something is unworthy of consideration.).

I just want to give a huge shout out to the guys at the Z-Hills Tire Kingdom. I was taking my family on Vacation today and noticed one of the tires in our car kept getting low even after airing them the night before. Of course I didnt want to make our drive on the interstate with a faulty tire. These guys were able to get my family and I in and out with a quick patch and they didnt even charge us! All they would take from me was a handshake and they told us to have a good time on our vacation. I appreciate it very much to all the guys there! Thats that great southern hospitality for you right there. Thank you again, guys!

Seem to not care about a customer unless they are female i called and got put on hold and forgot about. Then im told theres nothing for tomorrow they are booked then i have my wife call and shes helped and there appointments free.

I came in to have my tires changed and everything was done in a timely manner. Billy at the front desk was very nice and treated me with respect. He did not try to up sell me on anything because I was a female. Bill the mechanic worked fast to change all four of my tires with 40 minutes. Great job! Watch out for high cost of oil change and air filter change. Oil change was suppose to be $19.99. but when I was checking in I was informed my Honda Accord required 20w synthetic or blend at a cost of $51. Also they said I needed an air filter at a cost of $45. I said no and purchased one myself for $8.56. be careful.
