Friendly and helpful even though he knew he couldnt do the job. Unfortunately I had an extremely specific request that he were not experienced with. First he was honest enough to say the project was out of his scope of practice. Second, he was kind enough to help me find a solution anyway. Tgis speaks volumes to me. Other places were rude with no desire to help. Great first impressions anyway! Thanks for the stellar customer service!

Good place & fair price. Very professional

Had a very disappointing experience with Steve the owner regarding an estimate on my 1998 Corolla. He told me $200-$300 on the phone then I towed it there with him knowing I didn’t have towing reimbursement. Then he changes his estimate saying it could take 5 hours at $90 an hour plus $400 to replace my tensioner assembly. I ended up paying for another tow home because I didn’t want to put hundreds of dollars into an old car at Steve’s prices. He said he shouldn’t have told me to tow it there. In comparison I have found a great shop in Zephyrhills that said they’ll get the entire repair done with two hours labor and they’re fine with me bringing my own parts. Steve said if I brought my own parts he’d just charge me more for labor to make up for it. PS My mom’s tensioner assembly just went bad on her 2001 Corolla and I told her about this new shop I had been referred to. They let her bring her own tensioner assembly she bought at Advance with a 25% off coupon code and they only charged her $60 to put it in and did a great job. They charged for 45 minutes labor.
