So glad to have had my hair cut !! Hair always feel so much healthier after a trim it cut and color 🙂

It was my wedding day and my wife and I had an 11 and 12 appointments to get our hair done. My wife canceled her appointment as she rather have done it herself. I called to say I would be late knowing Taras appointment was right after mine and she wasnt going. I got there 40 minutes late. It was 20 to 12. They turned me away and said they were too busy for me. Even though I just canceled the 12:00 appointment.I told them this was my wedding day and I was met with an, oh well we can do it later this afternoon. My wedding was at 2:00. They were able to do my hair at 2:00. I believe that was said sarcastically. These two appointments had been set 2 months in advance.I wouldnt recommend them at all. This was my wedding day and they showed no empathy at all. They didnt even try to work things out or offer any reasonable resolution.I got married with my hair in a ponytail. I was not happy. Like I said my being late was no surprise to them as I called ahead.If you are going to an important event dont waste your time scheduling your hair with them. I guess even with an open appointment they can turn you away.

If you want a decent hair cut for women with long, curly hair, color and style; stay away from this place! Especially the color. They ruined my hair. The reason I gave one star is, the manager, Ardell, was kind enough to refund most of my money.

Susie did a great job! I needed my hair bleached and dyed red. She took her time with the bleach and cut it perfectly! I am absolutely in love. Great hairdresser.

Ask for red and got orange went back manager said it was pretty stylist ruined my shirt with hair dye she also didnt wash may hair after color just rinsed it and I still had color in my hair. Dye was all over me my neck my ears my back had to cancel my plans for the day

Ashley did a great job on my daughters pixie cut as well as my long hair which I had cut to shoulder length and layers. Will definitely be seeing her again.

I dont remember my stylists name but I know her name started with a G. She was amazing very nice and kept it professional. My hair came out exactly the way I wanted it, cut and color. I will definitely be using this salon again!

She use to cut my daughters hair when she was younger.. So we just keep it in the family thats how much we love her. So I just wanted everybody to know how much we like her and what an awesome job she does. And if I have a picture to show her the way I want my haircut she does exactly the way the picture is so five stars all around for her. So thank you Ashley for your wonderful an awesome job that you do everyday. The other thing she does is she takes her time when she cuts your hair. So when you leave fantastic Sams your hair is perfect she cuts it puts mousse in it blow-dries it styles it she does more than what other people would do so I give her props for that... keep up the good work. Well....lol i have been going to this particular one since i was a kid...im 45 now and iv seen alot come and go.. So with that being said you have your good ones and your bad ones.. But over all its a good place just depends on wht kind hair cut your looking for..

This place was an amazing find. I recently moved here and my go to hair salon was always Fantastic Sams and I was about to go into Great Clips which is literally 3 miles from the house. But got on my phone and saw there was a FS 4 miles away. I decided to leave and head down that way. The lady(Gail) did an Absolutely fantastic job. One of the best hair cuts to date. Thank you FS and Gail.

I have never been made to feel so badly anywhere else in my entire life. Make sure that you ask for Suzi, because she is the only one that isn’t glaring and gossiping about everyone when they’re heads are turned. Disgusted that I walked out more stressed than when I came in; especially on Valentine’s Day.

My sister in law has been going there for the past 16+ years to the same stylist Gail, I was impressed with that information so I made an appointment with Gail to have my hair colored and cut, the result, experience and cost were worth it. Its hard to find a decent stylist especially when you move and had the same one for years, its my new favorite hair salon for myself and my family. On June 12th brought my daughter and granddaughter and once again the results were awesome. Rachel worked very patiently with my granddaughter who is 2 years old and had hair knotted badly on both sides of her head, we were sure that shed have to have her all cut off, but Rachel worked magic and her hair came out beautiful. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I was here recently, but I am very upset with my haircut. I have been growing my hair out for two years to start wearing my hair long, but the lady cut more than I requested and shaped it in a way that I cannot style my hair the way I wanted. It will also now take longer to style in the morning because of this new style she chose. In addition, I was very proud how thick it had gotten but she decided to thin it out completely without asking.

I like that you can just walk in. Very convenient for me I am always busy and never seem to be able to make an appointment and they do a fabulous job at a very good price.

, I was in the walk in and didnt have to wait got a fabulous job done on my hair at a price I can afford keep up the good work and I will be back when my roots start to show.

I went there with hair down the middle of my back and ended up leaving with my hair to my shoulders and fried off from her bleaching it to much. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Customer service was horrible and the lady (Ashley)wasn’t even apologetic to the fact she just made me lose so much of my hair.

I went in for a certain hair cut. I asked for bangs and they were cut way to long. I did not say anything. I was not happy and the person that did the cut was very unfriendly.
