Great staff and great doctors!

Spent almost $5,000 for a set of hearing aids. They were great for this 16 months. One of them developed a problem. It was replaced and now All About Hearing cant seem to get the sound quality I had before. Its always try this for a couple of weeks. After researching my model of aids, theres a lot of features that were never set up when I bought them. Now they want me to wait 3 weeks for my next appointment, that will be 5 weeks since I was last in. Itll be 4 months without guality hearing. Very disappointed!!

Dr. Cheryl Hadlock did a fantastic job fitting me for my hearing aide. I was allowed to trial a couple to really compare comfort, ease of use and function. She explained how the devices worked thoroughly and by the time I ordered, I really felt that the fitting had met all my needs. Shes a good listener, loves the science involved and explains it well.

Had an appt there at 9, and another elsewhere at 10. At 9:15, asked about delay and explained my time limitation. At 9:25 had to leave to make 10 appt. No call from them. No reaching out to reschedule. No contact at all. Dissatisfied. Aspen club will be apprised.

Had no issues with the hearing test but after 4 months of waiting I my appointment for hearing aids and 2 hours before my appointment they canceled because my order was wrong. They were actually ready for pick up in October but I was never contacted. Sadly now have to wait for their mistakes again.
