This is the third pair of hearing aides Ive gotten at Hearing Rehab Center. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I live their personalized attention and excellent product. And they always want my best. They never try to talk me into a more expensive product I cant afford. And I loved Chris, the hearing specialist!!!!

The staff at HRC is very professional. The audiologist took the time to listen to me. He is very competent. I felt like he truly was interested in helping me with my hearing issues.

The best hearing evaluation I have had. Both Chris and Julie were outstanding in performing their duties. Julie is very knowledgeable with what services were available that best fit my needs. She also worked with me on rescheduling my appointment after I canceled due to an unforeseen event. Chris was thorough in performing my examination and explained in detail the problems I currently have with my hearing. I highly recommend this office.

I have had a great experience each time I have met with Julie, the Audiologist’s assistant or Chris, the Audiologist. They are both concerned about doing everything possible to work with each person who seeks their help to improve their hearing or wants to get maximum performance out of their device. I never feel rushed. Each takes time to answer my questions. (In fact, I dropped in on Julie. She stopped what she was doing to patiently answer my questions.) Either helps let’s me know if I have questions or my hearing aids need service — come on in. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 10 years and was fitted by a university audiology department; Chris and Julie give better service and I have gotten better results. Finally, Chris explained that I could choose from different models. He made sure he understood the environment I worked in — noise level, social seizing, and which might work best and the cost associated with that hearing aid. Now informed, I was comfortable making my choice.

After putting off my testing for some time because of a family members bad experience with 2 other companies, I was very apprehensive about starting. First I found that I have a great insurance program who explained everything to me and even made my initial appointment for me. Julie went above and beyond in patiently working with my schedule. Chris was thorough in his exam as well as explaining each step and preparing me for what was happening. The hearing aids arrived promptly and again Chris was clear, concise, and encouraging to get me started. My apprehension is gone, and I look forward to the continuing adjustments. Dont wait as I did. Get it done!

Chris & team have been supportive over the years. I was out of state & they found a local shop that was able to diagnose & fix the problem within minutes. Always available for cleaning & additional tips for unusual environments and how to best hear in them. Several friends have found equal success, so I am very comfortable recommending HRC!

My husband was dissatisfied with previous hearing aid attempts but HRC was able to fit him with a pair of hearing aids that seem to be working much better. Friendly and competent staff. Great experience!

Very happy with the center and its personnel. Very upbeat, willingness to help in any way they can. Dr. Hardy spent a great deal of time explaining the center and the testing. She also provided guidance and information on types of hearing devices and pros and cons of each. Testing was very straight forward. Office is in a very convenient location for me. I would highly recommend the center.

I am so happy with the loveland branch. Margie and Chris are very good at what they do, and are two of the nicest people Ive ever met. Chris is an expert with sound in general and he was able to fit me with an excellent hearing aid for my needs. His recommendation was great. I couldnt be happier. I had a pair of hearing aids prior to meeting Chris but they fell a little short of the help I needed. I had worked with Andrea before and she was nice as well. I highly recommend this branch to anyone with hearing problems. No matter your situation you will be happy.

Tried another hearing center and did not like their attitude. I got hearing aids here a couple years later. They have always been friendly and courteous. Willing to check and clean hearing aids whenever I will be out of town for a few days or a few weeks. I have recommend them to friends in the past and will do it again.

Andrea did my testing and described what I would need in an aid. Now I am trying to come to grips with wearing an aid at 57. But quality of life is everything so I expect to be wearing an aid in a few weeks. Very nice group to work with, explained everything, and was patient with all my engineer questions.

I moved my 84 year old mother to Colorado 3 years ago and had Hearing Rehab Center take over the care of her hearing health, including her existing hearing aids.We are so pleased with the quality of the service we get as well as how friendly everyone is. Kathy, and now Linda, take the time to provide thorough explanations of my moms situation and how to care for her hearing aids as well as tips to help her hear better. We really feel that they care and advise on the best course for Moms specific situation rather than pushing the latest technology.My mom especially likes that the staff not only understands hearing aids, but also that they have personal experience with the challenges faced with hearing loss.Thank you Linda and Gerry for your help--it is a great relief to me to know that this part of her life is in such capable and caring hands!

About two years ago a friend of mine gave me a hearing aid to use and try. I went to Hearing Rehab Center here in Loveland because of the good things I had heard about them. From the very first time I walked into the center Ive been treated as a one other said, like family. After a hearing test was completed they tuned that aid I received from a friend like it was one they sold. Great service. A year later I purchased two aids and the service has been nothing short of remarkable!. Jerry and Kathy take your hearing loss personal and want to help in any way they can. They are the best, Hands Down! My life has changed. I hadnt realized how many levels of tones I hadnt heard in years.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hardy explained everything about my hearing loss and was willing to answer all of my questions. She didnt recommend the most expensive hearing aid just to make a sale. She had a pleasing personality and was easy to talk to.

I cant tell you how much I appreciate everything Hearing Rehab Center has done for me. After years of hearing loss, I finally decided to go have my hearing checked. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. So glad I went to see them! I now have hearing aids that are hardly visible and have given me so much freedom to never have to ask people to repeat themselves.

I went to the hearing rehab center because I have tinnitus. They were very professional, spent quite a bit of time checking my hearing. She answered all questions we had, and was very knowledgeable with her answers. I would highly recommend anyone who has a hearing problem to go here.

I brought my 89 year old mom to Lovelands Hearing Rehab Center in December 2013 after having moved her here from NJ. Linda & Jerry made us feel right at home and more importantly, put my mom at ease knowing she had local audiologists caring for her hearing needs. Mom has severe hearing loss and has worn hearing aids for fifty years. Linda and Jerry were able to find Mom a refurbished analog aid to replace the new digital aid she bought back in NJ that wasnt working well for her. The new analog aid worked well and we used the digital as a back-up. Then, Linda found us an old fashioned body aid as an additional back-up. The body aid is now Moms primary hearing aid since she had ear surgery this past May. Linda put us in touch with the local ENT surgeon that corrected Moms chronic ear infections by doing mastoid surgery. Unfortunately, her hearing has worsened since the surgery, but thank goodness for Lindas foresight to have additional back-up ready for use. I have also seen Linda as a patient simply, for now anyway, to have a hearing test, setting up a baseline in case my age begins to catch up with me and create some hearing loss in the future. I would highly recommend seeing Linda and Jerry for all of your hearing needs.

The Hearing Rehab Clinic has been a great asset to our residents at The Wexford. They come in once a month to help our residents with their hearing aids and answer questions. My elderly mother is now bed bound and unable to go to health appointments. She wears hearing aids that were badly in need of adjustment. Her hearing has been getting much worse, and even with her aids in, she could barely hear. Knowing that these adjustments require the patient to be present at the office, I was not very hopeful they would be willing to do anything with her hearing aids without her. Dr Gilgren suprised me and agreed to bump up the volume on moms aids. I brought them in, and they cleaned them, adjusted the volume, and called that same day for me to pick them up. When I got to the office to pick them up there was no charge. Wow! These folks helped us out so much. Thank you to all at Hearing Rehab Center in Loveland!

I have had such a great experience with Hearing Rehab Center in Loveland. I have been wearing hearing aids for just over 6 years now. I am 56 years old and am physically active and an engineering professional. I have just recently upgraded to newer technology and WOW what a difference. I thought my last hearing aids improved my life but my new Oticon hearing aids feel so comfortable and the sound is so natural. Kathy is so great and the fact that she and Jerry both wear hearing aids makes the experience so much better. They know what Im talking about when I go in for adjustments. I highly recommend the Hearing Rehab Center in Loveland.

I walked into the Loveland office of the Hearing Rehab Center yesterday without an appointment. The dome on one of my hearing aids had fallen off and lodged itself deep within my ear. My normal hearing aid office was closed. Dr Gilgren saw me within a few minutes and removed the dome in less time. No charge!!! Next time I need new hearing aids I will definitely get them from Dr Gilgren and the Hearing Rehab Center!Thanks Again!Dave Eldenburg
