I have been a client of Hearing for Life for a little over 5 years now and can honestly say that they are wonderful! Both Mars and her office manager Vicky are attentive, kind and professional! They are wonderful!I LOVE my Oticon hearing aids and recommend Hearing fir Life at any opportunity! Being able to receive phone calls, audible books, music etc from my phone directly into my heating aids and being able to listen to my TV thru my hearing aids is Fabulous! As well as hear everyone around me clearly!I have freinds who are also now clients and are so happy at the difference their hearing aids have made to their lives.Also the free batteries for life mean that I can and do wear my hearing aids all day, everyday!

I had a deteriorating hearing condition that was diagnosed and resolved to my satisfaction. I would expect no less and they nailed it. Thats how you build a robust returning clientele. Nice work!

I had expressed to the office that I did not have money to pay for hearing aids above and beyond what my insurance would pay and that I did not want to go for a sales pitch. I was told I could get something for that amount. On the contrary, when I arrived, I was told that it would be more than twice what the insurance would pay. I feel cheated out of my hearing exam and my time. I simply don’t have the money and I had told them that.

They were very polite and friendly

Mpars was very helpful to me. She was able to work me in right away and talk about my tinnitus problems that day, even though at my scheduled earlier appointment I had found out that I needed another hearing test. And, the initial hearing test is free, which is totally a blessing!

We love Hearing Life. My father-in-law, Ron, received incredible service from Joel and the team. They truly care about their customers and work incredibly hard to help someone hear better. When my father-in-law passed away earlier this month, the staff even sent a card. They are amazing folks and we cant say enough good things about them. I can hear and that is important

Great service, my Mother has Alzheimers and needed her hearing aids quickly. The office manager expedited her order and got my Mother in weeks before she was supposed to. Everyone was so kind and worked so gentle with my Mother. I would definitely recommend Hearing Life to anyone.

Under New Management pretty good place

I have been here before today and have loved my experiences. I came back today because I believed my hearing has gotten worse.Today was aweful! Had been seen by Keeth. That man is the RUDEST PERSON IN A PROFESSIONAL POSITION I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.I get in and he acted like he has not a time in the world for anyone but him. Would ask me a question than not let me answer. Then would walk away. The Secretary was talking to a patient and all this guy would do is interrupt her for random things. The patient made a point to say how rude he was and when she left he blaitently stated that he didnt care if she came back.Then was being an jerk to the Secretary intarigating her as to why I was here when I had my hearing tested not to long ago. Then pulled me in his office and told me straight up after a glance at my paper work that I dont have any form of hearing loss and that the Last audiologist was fresh from collage and didnt know what he was saying.Then handed me a card and said call the ear, nose and throte M.D.I asked him if I dont have ANY hearing loss then why was I told that I would need hearing aids in the future? Why cant I hear anyone unless they are looking at me? Why cant I hear/understand the person Im talking to when they are infront of me in a crouded room or restaurant? Thats when he decided to test my hearing then confesed that my hearing has gotten worse and that I do have hearing loss.Here last time you where here compared to here now your hearing has dropped below-.....no, never mind. No mater, I can explain those all day and you still wont understand. Call Dr.**** and set up an apoinment. You need to see an ENT.HE COULD EXPLAIN ALL DAY BUT I STILL WOULDNT UNDERSTAND!? HOW BELITTLING CAN YOU BE!?The Secretary is a total sweetie though!
