Excellent in person experience. Prior to this I had an online appointment The in person appointment is superior in every way. I felt listened to, there was great explanations, and general overall knowledge. I feel confident that I will have a positive outcome when I receive my hearing aids.

I really enjoy working with Jeff and April at Beltone Loveland. Jeff is very knowledgeable and professional, but still has a personable style to make you feel very comfortable in the office. April manages all of the office duties and is extremely pleasant to work with also. She goes to the extra work of personally phoning each customer the day before your appointment as a courtesy confirmation/reminder call. Giving you just a little person to person touch that so many businesses use recordings to do now days.If youre in the market for hearing aids definitely give Beltone in Loveland, Fort Collins or Longmont an opportunity to earn your business.
