Miles started helping us out and answered a lot of questions on our quest to upgrade a line and add a new line. Miles = extremely courteous and helpful.Had to take off and came back later and talked to Sam. Sam ended up answering even more questions about pricing, different phones and features, etc. He was very patient and helped us set up all that we needed.Very much recommend cricket and Sams store. Dont know why more people dont use cricket. Its using ATT system and its unlimited text and talk for a very good price. And no contract to tie you into a provider. We had 4 lines and now 5...havent had any issues since getting cricket. Talk to Miles and Sam, theyll set you right up.
