While I did get a good promo discount on the phone I wanted, I was shocked with the level of customer service I was given..The gentleman that helped me made a personal phone call while helping me. I paid for the phone and left not really knowing how to activate it but they seemed to be in a rush to get me out the door so I only asked is it the setup and transfer app the one to use, to which they replied something of that nature. I dont think he knew either. He barely knew about the promotion going for the phone I bought. Staff here need customer service training...Tldr; go to lakeshore for customer service. Theyre better staffed too so that may have to do with it but either way that was ridiculous. Id never get on my phone while working with a customer.

My daughter broke her tablet charging port....here we go on a hot day weekend to AT&T with hopes of not being at store all day. With a lovely welcoming display outside of two reps. I Did Not Make it inside, I am very pleased with Teirance and Daphne as they heard me and executed everything right there and started my claim without me. Truly thankful and will receive new device with next day delivery. PLEASE come to your local Alameda location and receive excellent customer service. Daphne thanks for the dirty work you completed that takes away from US customers when we are frustrated. thanks again

Absolutely unsatisfied by the service.Opening an account was challenging. They were not able to advice me for a proper option they just subscribed me to the most expensive one, they did not give me the APN number (they did not know what is the ATT APN), they said they corrected my home address, but they didnt so at the end I had to call the ATT customer service to fix all of this.

We were helped right away, but there was a cold tone to the interaction with the sales rep. Instead of having a dialogue they asked some quick terse questions and then were like okay, so what phone do you want. The whole point of a customer coming into a phone store is so they can do the transfer for you. The fact that this service was not even offered was a bit offensive and disappointing. Do better AT&T, you already take so much of our money that a positive in-store experience isnt that much to ask for. Maybe its because were in a panny.

Terrible customer service. No one greeted us or even acknowledged us as we waited. Only two other customers were inside. One of the employees just stared at us while another customer was talking to her. Ended up leaving and going to the location in Oakland which was much better.

Thanks to the knowledge, helpfulness, integrity, and simply lovely personality of our salesperson Teirance, we actually had fun dropping a wad of money today. Our family prefers to shop locally whenever possible, and our local AT&T store continues to provide us with the customer service experience that makes doing business a pleasure. I sincerely feel like if I have a question or need help with anything, a friendly face awaits there, happy to help. As a person and a business manager, thats not only a great strategy, its also a great feeling.

Yes, these hours are the legit store hours during COVID.I was having a terrible awful no good very bad day, but Robin was very patient with me and helped me out with a smile (I think? She had a mask on. Her eyes looked like they were smiling, anyway). She was extremely polite and helpful.

I went in to get a new phone as I was long overdue for an upgrade and I received great customer service. Taya assisted me in every way possible from showing me the different phones, prices, to helping me set up my new phone and even provided me with additional information, so that I will be able to save more in the future!She did everything I could have asked for and more to help me with getting my new phone. Getting a new phone should be a pleasant experience and it certainly was a great one here at the Fifth St location. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Best store experience Ive had personally. Spoke with Luis he helped my family with 3 phones and he price matched my accessories. Total time spent was about 45 minutes, however these things take patience and I knew that ahead of time. Majority of people that visit are mostly rude, impatient, and entitled.

Nice courteous employees that are over worked. Not enough help for the amount of customers that show up . Everytime I go in theres 3 customers waiting with 1 employee. Each contact takes at least 30min. I end up leaving everytime.

I called and asked about kids watches and getting one compatible with Att. They said buy anything online that says it’s compatible. I did. I went to the store with it. Turns out it wasn’t so I returned the watch online. This Att store left the unusable watch phone number on my plan so I was paying for it even though there was no watch that actually worked for that number.

Terrible customer service. The store was a mess and was treated as if I interrupted them and was intruding. Treated and talked to as if I wasn’t worth there time when I told them I had received my phone online and told they could do nothing to help me that I had to call or go to a corporate store. When asked where a corporate store was they said Oakland and when I asked where in Oakland instead of giving an address they looked at me like I was dumb and told “by the lake” . If you need anything done I would highly recommend a different store.

Nia was very helpful on 12-15, helping my family switch two phones from Verizon. One star docked for a little bit of confusing pitch with all the different pricing, upgrades and plans. Overall, we werent over solicited which is always nice, and got in and out fairly quickly

HORRIBLE customer service!!! All that they want to do is sell you ANYTHING AND LIE! Then next month your bull comes, and they tell you to go to a corporate store to get it fixed. Also if you are NOT willing to buy anything they tell you that they can’t help you and they send you to a corporate store. I found out that they can do the SAME thing that a corporate store can do. This people are very lazy and not willing to actually work. So do your self a favor and ONLY go to a corporate store unless you’re willing for them to mess up your whole account and not fix if. Authorized At&t stores are the Worse!

It was terrible. I waited for almost 2 hours to buy another phone. There were only two people working. One customer ahead of me, and one customer an employee was working with. Whoever the lady employee was was useless. She sat talking to her friends the entire time. The only thing she did was go to the back to retrieve items, like phones. I had to get up to leave angrily before they finally acknowledged me.And what makes me even more angry is that my entire service took less than 5 minutes. A two hour wait for 5 minutes of service. I want this phone. Bam. Pay. Done. Goodbyeeee. But i waited 2 hours. In general i hate AT&T anyway, but I very much did not have a good time at this particular store.

AFTER ASKING FOR THE BEST DEAL I WENT TO THIS STORE AND ON FEBRUARY 27 WE WAITED MORE THAN 2 HOURS BECAUSE PEOPLE FROM SAN FCO COME BECAUSE ONLY THEY COULD GIVE US THE BEST DEAL, I FINALLY OPENED 6 COMMERCIAL CELLULAR LINES.1st. THEY DIDNT HAVE THEM IN THE STORE. WE HOPE THEY WILL SEND THEM WE HAD SO MANY DELAYS TO GET THEM WE WERE NO LINE FOR 3 DAYS. FINALLY ONLY 5 OF 6 ARRIVED THE 6TH CELLULAR AFTER MANY HEADACHES AND CALLS TO TRACE THE CELL. I ARRIVE UNTIL 16 DAYS AFTER ORDERING THEM.THAT DAY I DELIVERED 2 CELL PHONES (TRADE IN) 1 PHONE AND 1 SAMSUNGTHE SAMSUNG UNTIL TODAY 08/24/2018 THEY DIDNT FINISH ME PAYING IT AND ATT THE CENTRAL REUSED TO PAY IT BECAUSE OF AN INFINITY OF ERRORS MADE IN THAT STORE. WE HAVE GONE INFINITY OF TIMES TO SEE IF THEY WILL HELP US AND ONLY GIVE US SITES WHERE TO CONSULT NUMBERS WHERE TO CALL AND LASTLY THAT I COMMUNICATE TO SPRINGMOBILE MY GOD AND THINK THAT I MUST BE TIED TO THIS STORE FOR 2 YEARS THIS IS A BAD.
