Great service. I was given several free samples of the drinks, and the paleta bar I had (taro dipped in chocolate with pecans and strawberries) was delicious.

Coming from a El Paso Texas, this was a great throwback from home. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed this place. I would encourage anyone who reads this to go and try this place out as well.

Yummy choices, awesome drinks and a top notch staff with fantastic customer service. Suzi is great and her people skills are phenomenal. She represent so this company in an amazing manner.

#58 for 2019When I was younger, I would go to Coronado Mall. I dont know how many people in ABQ recall the Frozen Banana dipped in chocolate place they had. I would beg my mom to take me! Ya see Ive been a foodie my whole life!! Unfortunately, most times my moms answer was NO. Well guess what! Im a grown up now and I do what I want!!!!!I love The Paleta Bar for many reasons... and one of those reasons is it takes me back to the times of having a frozen banana dipped in chocolate and rolled in peanuts! Here is the difference in old memories and making new memories. When you are kid you are given very few choices and as an adult you have many choices in front of you. The Paleta Bar is a huge rainbow of choices... and I do mean huge!!!!1. You pick your Paleta Bar from an abundance flavors2. Ya get your fun Paleta choice either 1/2 dipped or full dipped into one of many chocolatey options3. And seriously if thats not enough you have the super fun, super energetic talented Paleta-Gurudip that chocolate-dipped paleta into toppings of your choice!Ohhhh, wait.... theres more!4. Last but not least you can then get another chocolate sauce drizzled all over the top!!!Cottonwood Mall is an excellent choice for The Paleta Bar because in a world full of brand names & chain stores Id much rather be supporting local, thinking local, eating local and buying local and because who doesnt want the best & koolest ice cream dessert ever that you can design on your own!!!! Walking around the mall with a Paleta Bar in your hand is sure to draw some attention your way! Came here yesterday and had a elote horchata and fruit cup with chili powder and tried the jerky all to which I can say I loved the person who rang me up not sure if it was the owner or a worker but was he was really nice and patient and I said that was all then kept adding things for my kids to the order lol he didn’t seem bothered he was really nice and the Food was awesome! I Also really enjoyed their jerky it wasn’t dry at all it had a really nice enjoyable flavor definitely will be back soon.

All staff has great customer service always has a smile on their faces. If I had a choice I had to go get a paleta everyday. 😊 The agua frescas are bomb . My family enjoys everything they offer ❤️

Best ice cream ever

Got a chocolate dipped strawberry. While at first I was pleased to see they double dipped the palleta, at first bite I was disappointed to taste a bland, plasticy chocolate similar to the kind you can find in Advent calendars. Skip this mediocre place and go to pop fizz. Superior in every way.

My family and I make mall visits frequently and always stop by Paleta for the drinks if nothing else. Suzi the cashier must of been having a bad day this past Saturday because not only did she not remember me or my teenage daughters she was so rude and very impatient. My daughter was paying with my debt card and we were talking out loud she grabbed the debt card from her hands and said with a smile I’ll do this for you ma’am and boy she was angry. All thought she was smiling she was nodding her head like she was not happy and annoyed we were there. The drinks were also watered down heavily! Unlike most days when we go. So needless to say I will no longer be stopping by here due to the way Suzi treated us. Instead I will now be a regular at Oasis Fruit Drinks
