The garage is getting really bad. Went in for a tire rotation at 4pm and I went to check on it at 4:45 and still not done (not started yet) due to swollen lug nuts. Now they want me to spend 108. for new o e. The place has gone down hill since Garry retired.

Had gone there to get a tpm sensor fixed and get an oil change. They ended up damaging my rim. Spoke with manager who made it right and replaced the rim. Went back to have new rim installed and asked about keeping old rim. Was told I could and then was told Id have to pay 150.00 for my old rim due to a wheel core charge! Spoke with manager again who resolved the problem. Got home after vehicle was fixed and noticed parallel scratches on two rim spokes toward the top, the same area on both spokes, from who knows what but atleast it is better than the old rim that they marked up. Not sure how careful they are or what precautions they take but I wont be returning there for any service. Thumbs up to the manager for his assistance but thumbs down on the quality of service.

Have purchased a couple vehicles from them. The entire team is excellent. My first place to go when looking for a vehicle to purchase.
