The staff is very down to earth, and friendly. They seem like a family business and have everything you could possibly need. If they dont have what you need. They know who does. This is the best place to go if want a stress free move. I will recommend McFarland 400 storage to everyone. Thanks guys.

Rented U-Hauls from this location probably a dozen times now and never had a bad experience. Friendly and efficient service, trucks are always dependable and clean, no arguments about pricing, and clean facility. No complaints.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Scheduled a pickup for 9 am, arrived at 9 along with a bunch of other people and nobody was there to open the office. After waiting 50 minutes (now 9:50) NOBODY WAS THERE TO OPEN IT. We had already paid our movers ($125) to help us. Absolutely unprofessional, horrible service. What kind of business does not open their shop an hour after opening with people waiting for rentals?

This storage facility lacks customer service! If I could get them a zero star I would. The voicemail of the business states they close at 6:00 pm, but upon arriving at 5:30 PM there was a sign on the door stating that they close at 3:00 pm on certain days due to staffing issues. When my 3 voicemails were returned the next day, I expressed my frustration then the woman hung up on me. I immediately called back and was sent to voicemail. I found a much nicer and better priced facility right down the street. Extra Space Storage was so wonderful to work with!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with this location. They recently scheduled me for a 2:00pm pick up on a Sunday (Aug. 9th, 6x12 Cargo Trailer). I headed to their location, arrived at 2pm to pick up my trailer, and they had already closed and left for the day. I called their number posted outside of the office several times and left several voice-mails to resolve the issue and never received a response. It surprised me that they didnt even have the trailer I was scheduled to pick up in the parking lot. It further astounds me that I have not heard from them since to reconcile their error. To me, this is extremely poor service, dishonest, and unacceptable. I was surprised by the lack of customer care and would turn people away from this specific location.
