They always honor the warranty on your vehicle battery. No complaint so far.

Staff is fine but batteries are junk. I bought a motorcycle battery for over $150 and it only lasted 2 summers. I thought it was just bad luck and bought another. Again, 2 summers and when I tried to start it this spring it was junk again. Batteries were properly taken care of and maintenanced charged in the winter--just poor quality. I do not recommend.

Ive shopped here three times now, and will return as soon as I need another battery. After I purchase a battery for my motorcycle, its possible I may not return for many years just because these batteries last so long!
