Last January I couldnt find the vehicle I wanted in DFW so I started searching everywhere within a 300 mile radius. I found the car I wanted in their inventory so I called and spoke to the sales manager, Mr. Murphy. We made a very fair deal with just one 1/2 hour phone call. There was none of the old fashioned car sales B.S. or tactics which I greatly appreciated. The next morning we drove up to the dealership signed the required paperwork and were on our way home in the new car within 1 hour.

Bought a nice used vehicle late on a Saturday and was told they would clean the car and fill the gas tank. Left and had to fill my car right away since it was reading low fuel. My daughter has spoken with someone she knew and they said to bring the car in for gas. I feel odd about it because no one has reached out to me the car owner about this. Love my car.

My experience was very good. Due to the Covid 19 outbreak the service department picked my car up from my home and returned it to my home. It had just turned over 100,000 miles so additional maintenance was needed. They needed to keep the car overnight. I had not been expecting that, but it worked out okay.The woman who returned it was professional and respectful as well as practiced the social distancing guidelines. Although I had to leave the car overnight, it was a positive experience.I really liked them picking the car up. I hope this is something I can continue to use after things get back to normal due to some health issues I have.

I read all the reviews and many of them are great. My parents have had their car serviced at Carter County Hyundai since they bought it. They never had a bad experience before now.That was until their 2015 Hyundai Tucsons Engine quit. No other codes for anything but the engine. Hyundai replaced the engine under their recall. Eight weeks later my parents got their Tucson back and within two days the Check engine lights came on again. This time the service department said they had to rebuild the transmission. They convinced my parents it was just a coincidence that the transmission failed at 70,000 miles, right after the engine was replaced.Carter County Hyundai made them pay $2700. When I spoke to my parents a week or so later they told me what was going on. I called the Service Manager. He said they had signed to have the work done. I told him Congrats for convincing a elderly couple that it was just a coincidence that the transmission failed after they had a engine replacement.My parents bought this Tucson used, the drive train warranty expired at 60,000. Hyundai customer service did review the matter and agreed that it did not seem right. Hyundai customer service refunded us some of the money but my parents still had to pay over half for this Coincidence.Before getting repair work done at this facility I would recommend speaking to someone who knows about cars before you sign to have any work done. You hate to see anyone taking advantage of elderly people.

Be careful they are car dealership the service manager is smug and not very friendly or helpful. I have a warranty on my car and he said I didnt. And want to charge for everything. But the sales team is on point.

Once they found out my credit wasnt so hot and my Wife had relatively new credit, the whole interaction changed. It changed from someone working with me, talking, getting to know each other, to the guy popping in and saying I needed a new cosigner, theyd get $500, call my friends, and left me in the office. I dropped most of my friends when I was homeless, and it just seemed shady. Watched me walk out, didnt care. Went to Patriot and got a car, they actually wanted to work with me.

This dealership is very dishonest. They stated that a warranty was necessary for the approval and purchase of the vehicle. Due to high mileage. I was told it would be a full warranty, bumper to bumper. Which in fact it was not, it was only power train, and only covered certain parts of the power train, with a 100 dollar deductable. After going over the paper work i found out the warranty was not necessary for the purchase of the vehicle. Word of advice read everything before signing. Integrity means nothing to these people. Its all about the sale.

They tell you everything you want to hear while youre there and then things change drastically once youre stuck in one of their cars.We were told they would handle getting our rebate from our warranty we had purchased on our trade in and that they would mail us the check once they received it in 6-8 weeks, its been almost a year and we have yet been sent a check, and conveniently every time you call (doesnt matter what day or what time) their finance person is never there to speak to you.We purchased our car in July, by October we were having to air up our tires every time we wanted to go somewhere. To date our car has 6,000 miles on it and I have had to replace all 4 tires due to leaks (no holes were found in the tires). I had them checked by Hyundai twice, both times they tested the original tire that I had already gotten replaced by them and said nothing was wrong with our tires. Something is definitely wrong when you have to air the tires daily.We were also told that we would be able to refinance in 6 MONTHS from our purchase date, the manager assured me that we would only have to pay 6 of the ridiculously high payments, Ive been waiting for 3 months on a response from them about refinancing, while still paying almost 700 a month for a car payment. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy and will never use them again. As soon as able to save enough money for a cash car we will be returning our fully loaded car with all the options, which was also a complete lie we told them navigation was a mandatory option for us and our fully loaded car has no navigation, were also told by Hyundai finance themselves that the car we have is the base model.

I was able to call Monday to schedule service appt for Tuesday at my preferred time. I arrived on time and they promptly serviced my car and I was done in less than an hour. They are always courteous and friendly and explained what they checked. This was my 2nd free auto wash/detail and my car was filthy but that detail job was sloppy! Sorry to complain when it was free but I am very disappointed.

Out of all the dealerships, I dont mind making the drive to Ardmore. Okc Hyundai dealers are crooks especially Automax Hyundai in Del City, we got a great deal, great customer service, overall great experience. I couldnt ask for much and they got us taken care of. I will be back!!!

Horribly painstakingly slow couldnt be up front about what was the hang up, is a shame because my wife had purchased a car in less than an hour before from here. However it seems salesman have changed and apparently they just dont need the sales. Was hopeful that we would be continued customers for life, but this has totally changed my Outlook on this dealership

My experience at Carter County Hyundai has been phenomenal, the salesmen there treat you like people and not paychecks. They dont try to sell you cars, they help you buy a vehicle thats going to make your life easier, depending on your needs they will give you the perfect vehicle. The service department is immaculate, the lounge is so comfortable that you could fall asleep until its time to pick your vehicle up. At Carter County Hyundai, they actually show interest and care in the people that come in to the dealership, and thats something Ive never seen at any other dealership.
Originally I gave this place a bad review. Even after I got my car I never changed the review because I forgot, so the manager or whoever is in charge called me saying he would fill my gas tank and have my oil changed if I changed my review. Months later I got no call. So here’s my bad review again you liar. Honestly though I really wouldn’t recommend this place. The salesmen lie lie lie to you. They don’t listen to what you have to say. They just all around don’t care. So go somewhere else. Please.

Stay away from this dishonest place. I have it in writing 2 times that they would not do a hard credit check in the beginning. It also says when you filling out the app on line it wont affect your credit, WRONG AND LIES. Right off the bat they did a hard pull. Do not trust them.

Today my wife and I went to Carter Hyundai for the second purchase of a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Our experience was beyond awesome. Angellica was our salesLady and James assisted us along with Angellica. The vehicle color we wanted wasnt at there dealership so they did a dealer swap. We purchased the vehicle and after doing the paperwork we left to return home. James advised us he would deliver our car to our home from the other dealership after they went to get the car. We live 35 to 40 miles from the dealership and that wasnt an issue. We didnt ask for the vehicle to be delivered it was offered to us by James. Regarding the price of the vehicle, we feel we got a deal of a lifetime. We cant say enough about our experience. I recommend Carter County Hyundai to anyone wanting to buy a new Hyundai or vehicle from them they are the best dealership we have ever dealt with.
Out of State buyers beware!I was told by one sales person a price (and that it was reviewed with the manager), put a deposit down, then Jeremy (Supervisor) the next day told me another price. Even if the first price was wrong, I definitely didnt appreciate how Jeremy handled. Do you want to buy it or not! Then I heard James make a comment that he would charge me more if I spoke with him (when I asked to speak with the manager). Very disappointed how it was handled, and Jeremy was particularly rude.
