Used cars are limited right now so the prices are way to high. They arent a bad dealer but not getting the best stuff because dealers arent auctioning anything good. Really its the time to buy new. I have bought before from them and was pleased.

Financing was easy vehicle has low miles monthly payment I can afford but unfortunately its been in the shop several times for the same thing that should have been an easy fix but hopefully they got it this time and I can enjoy my purchase. But on the brite side the young man in the service dept was great he has worked with my schedule every time.

I have been turned down at several car lots. I really wish I had known about this one before wasting so much time at many others. This was my last resort, thinking its be the same ole turn down. These ppl will work with you and get you the best deal! We drove away with 1000k down with a deferred payment next Friday for the other 500 down to equal a total of 1500 down. Thats the first time Ive ever been able to give most of it and defer the rest a week later! They even have an insurance gal that will help you with the best rate insurance! We drove away with an immaculate 2013 Nissan Rogue with only 81k miles. This car is clean and flawless for an 8 year old car. Any of the sales people are awesome! Dirk Eubanks really was completely easy to talk to and work with and I highly recommend him! I spoke to Brandon and Tommie also and they are really helpful and have prompt replies. Service is horrible they gave the go around for a month and still waiting for my transmission to be put in my car. But salesman Tommy is the best he is funny but gets the job done, the place is nice as well.

Their vehicles are not up to par they didnt have the oil changed there was no air filter in the truck and no radio was in the truck they came to my job and told my business to everyone I would not recommend this dealer to anyone

Excellent dealership!! Anyone looking for a vehicle owes it to themselves to shop Glen Rabe before you make your purchase. We purchased a used Cadillac, sight unseen, and they delivered it to us out of state. The car arrived as advertised with the exception of a tire problem. We contacted the dealership and were directed to a sales manager. The sales manager quickly owned the problem and the next person we heard from was the owner of the dealership. Within 72 hours, the problem was handled by the owner with the outcome exceeding our expectations. We really appreciate the Glen Rabe staff going out of their way and standing on their word. I purchased a vehicle from Glen Rabe on Oct. 23. My only complaint: I wish communication after my purchase would had been a little better. Once they were in touch with me they did a great job of taking care of everything and clearing up all the questions I had.Overall, this had to be one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Chancey Greer was my salesperson, and at no time did I ever feel pressured. He listened to what I was looking for and didnt try to talk me into anything I wasnt interested in.When looking at the cars if I had questions he would answer them, if I asked him something he wasnt sure about he would say that instead of making something up.During my test drive I wasnt told where to go, and didnt feel like I had to rush. I was given the chance to look everything over and take my time.The vehicle I ended up purchasing was exactly as described on their website. It had recently been serviced and detailed. As of this post I have put just over 1,300 miles on my Outlander and love it.I have had alot of problems with car dealers in the past to the point that I hate car shopping. After my experience here its nice to know I have a place that I can come back to without having to worry about how I going to be treated or being taken advantage of.

I bought a Ford F-250 a few weeks ago and worked with a salesman named James. As an out-of -state customer that was unable to inspect the vehicle myself I threw MANY questions at James regarding the condition of the truck. There were quite a few pictures on their website, but often times the smaller details can be hard to discern unless you are standing next to the vehicle, in person. James gave me honest answers and helped deliver the truck to the local Ford dealership for a thorough inspection by a diesel tech (I paid for this inspection) before I bought my plane ticket to fly into DFW airport. James arranged for a driver to pick me up (within minutes of landing) and shuttle me to Ardmore where we closed the deal. The entire experience simply could not have gone better. James and his associates set a high standard for honesty and service I had yet to experience in a car shopping endeavor.

Ryan helped me and I came in with the intention of buying a car and they made it happen. I had a great experience here and I definitely plan on buy another car from here in the future.
