We have been going here for years for auto parts. Everyone is helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They are well stocked and are usually able to have something brought in stock, if it is not in the store. Theyre good about giving you different options and price ranges on parts, abd explaining the difference between the various options. They will even carry your parts out for you, if you need it. I have never had a bad experience here. I have even sent my (older) kids in and they also have been treated respectfully.

I do not really want to give this place a poor overall rating I just had a bad experience. I have been a customer for several years so this was a surprise to me when I was treated this way. I took a set of front brake rotors in to have them resurfaced when I did a brake job on my car. The rotors were warped due to the pulsating in the steering wheel when applying the brakes. When I install brakes I always get the rotors resurfaced or buy new rotors. When I got the rotors back on after resurfacing the pulsating was still there. I took them back and told them about it and the manager basically said I did not know what i was talking about and proceeded to tell me all of the other things that could be causing the pulsating. I have been working on cars for over 20 years so I did not need the manager berating me and telling me I was wrong. He said they could resurface them but if they were still pulsating that I would have to eat the $40. I didnt want to take the chance so I bought new ones. I installed them and no pulsating. Hmmmm. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the manager did give me a small discount on the new ones and this is the first bad experience I have had there. Could have been handled differently.

The boss is great counter guys have good customer service skills but need to pay more attention to detail kept telling us they did not have a part in stock after telling us on the phone they did! Finally the boss told them the part was in stock and told them to pay attention to the notes in the computer system!

Terrible place. I just put brake pads and rotors on in October. The rotors are warped. They would not exchange the rotors even though they were only 5 months old

They found the part that I needed but it was kind of pricey compared to the price of a new one but I will definitely use them in the near future to complete the repairs that I have to do
