We actually went in here looking for tools for my son who is starting the automotive technology program at the local community college. The store manager spent a couple of hours with us figuring out the best way to purchase all the necessary tool the school required. I really appreciated the personal service.

I orderdered brakes for a car and the order was wrong, so I had to return them. Since I paid with debit card they said refund is only on debit card. After so many unsuccessful attempts to return money on the debit card they gave me cash back.

Sam was a great help. I normally go to Auto zone, but I only wanted to have to pay once to change this part if it didnt work. I dont think it was to pricey and it worked great. Thank you Sam.

Poor Customer Service. Called to order some NAPA PT oil filters and was blown off. Actually this was good for me, cuz I just ordered the WIX equivalent from R0K Auto for less than half $ that NAPA charges for their PT line. :D

Quality parts and warranty. Pricing can be a premium though. But you do get value in that by way of parts availability.

There are real values to be had .. most parts in stock, others avaible in 2 r 3 days .
