I cannot give enough praise to the young man Skylar who helped me with my brake lights. Auto Zone has always been my favorite parts store and will always be .Skylar your professional, know your cars and have a fresh sincere customer service commitment. Hard to find these days!!!!

I started going to this store because of convince or through price shopping. However, since visiting this store semi-regularly Ive become impressed by how the staff genuinely put the customers interests first. There have been times that I have bought parts and the staff helped me get a better deal and other times that I have had complicated returns when they were very busy and they patiently worked though my request. So 5 out of 5 stars because I trust that the people working there are more interested in helping me out as a customer then upselling me.

Truck was showing discharge.. they came out. Tested the alternator, battery, and they where doing fine.. I really appreciate there service.. Thats why Im a customer whatever state Im in..

There was something priced for $8 but then it wound up being $13 when I got to the register

Store manager didnt even know what a Cadillac cts4 was. Kept asking if I had an SUV. I spend quite a bit of money there and am not impressed with staff or customer service and certainly not their knowledge of automobiles.

Steven is Great! If you have questions or need help finding the right parts he is your guy. He was extremely helpful and polite. He showed a genuine interest in why I was there and how he could help me.

Normally I have terrible experiences at this store . This time they were helpfull.

The man helping me told me they dont carry it. The young lady behind the counter said they did. Always check before you turn away business.

They have poor Staffing. I was in there for over 30 minutes wandering around waiting for somebody to at least say hi. There were three employees, no customers and no one did.

Nice, friendly place to get most of your auto parts fast. When you walk in, they greet you and ask what youre looking for and are very knowledgeable. If youre in a rush and only need one thing, they can have you in and out in 5 minutes tops. Really great place.

TERRIBLE employees are rude an judgmental and even the manager! Ive had issues here twice an im no Karen but the extent of the arrogance hateful and just insulting experience the 2 times was enough i assure you i will never go here again. It was enough for me to call corporate after the first incident! I threw my oil down and walked out corporate apparently was going to speak to them next time was worse called again an i am not that person

Ive spent thousands on parts at this store over the years. I always get the right part never had a bad expirience at this store and they have gone above and beyond what any reasonable person should expect in a retail transaction for me multiple times. Great group of employees and management at this store. I just wish more companies would maintain as high of a standard in customer satisfaction.

When the situation arises I almost always go to Autozone, and i must say there hasnt been a single instance that i didnt get quality customer service. Although over-priced parts with lack of selection on the other hand, left with everytime. Lol

This is the third time Ive went here since I moved to Arnold. The first time, I met an old man and he was very friendly, helpful, thanks to him. Last two times really were awful, they gave very poor customer service. Not sure about the names but this was the worst Autozone I have ever visited.

This is a good friendly place to shop. It is also the areas hub store, so they are more likely to have the things you need. I always have a good experience shopping here and the online pickup works great as well.

Losers told me they didnt have the part and then they said 10 minutes later they had the part and they charged me way much

Tonya is a wonderful woman. She is always kind and knowledgeable. Always been very pleased with her service. The rest of the staff however is not as friendly. Even the commercial staff is less than! There was a kid named Chris that was pretty helpful and kind aside from that useless. And rude to boot.

Had what I needed!

These guys gave me the best service ever and helped me to replace my alternator by myself, they told me what to get and how to do the job. A guy came outside and helped me and hand me tools. 100% recommended.

This is a hub store, they carry alot of stuff like a warehouse. It was quicker for me to go there rather than have the parts shipped..busy store, nice friendly people

I am in total disbelief in not only the absolute pitiful customer service but theyre lack of knowledge and treating me like I was in no way shape or form correct( of course maybe because Im a woman) However when they finally agreed( after much coaxing) to come look under my hood and see I was right gonna tell me that I needed to go and take ALL 5 other spark plug wires off( no fault of my own) due to incorrect packaging by Durlast comp. Then I could get new ones. Well as I only needed ONE wire I wasnt excepting of that answer so finally I got ONE right wire. I will never go there again and will inform coworkers peers friends and family of my HORRIFIC experience. Never have I had to go 3 times to get the same product 3 times. Very Poor Rating from me

This place very good care of us. Any time we need anything for our shop, tyler and tom do everything they can to help us out. These guys are professional and knowledgeable too. They are my number 1 call in arnold for commercial. Plain and simple.
