Even though the young guy couldnt help me with my issue, he made up for it by being super down-to-earth and genuinely cared about saving me money! Ill definitely be back to this store since theyve tremendously improved with customer service. To me, thats everything!

Arnold location assistant was awesome took less than 20 min to upgrade

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but today was the most unwelcome Ive ever felt walking into a commission based establishment. My salesperson had no personality, acted like they had no idea of their Free Phone Fiesta promotion that is on their website and all over social media, and attempted to tell me that Metro PCS isnt affiliated with T-Mobile. I had to ask them if they wanted to pull up my account to check and see if I had an upgrade. Which I do. They did later mention that T-Mobile is their parent company while they lazily showed me a phone I asked about.I will be driving to a further location when I decide to upgrade my phone to give my money to someone that wants it.

I received great service by MELLIS TODAY SHE WAS VERY NICE KIND AND COURTESY AND GOT ME TAKEN CARE OF FAST WITH OUT ANY KIND HASSEL AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFULL TO ME WHAT A GREAT SERVICE I HAD I WAS IN AND OUT IN NO TIME FLAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND STORE IN ARONLD,MO....SO THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY !!! IM VERY HAPPY NOW....

Though the GPS says MetroPCS, its actually Liberty Tax Service, which is located in the same building and right next door to MetroPCS. Getting taxes done is usually less pleasant than a yearly colonoscopy would be. These folks make it quick, easy, and pleasant. There are no drones in search of a personality here. Its as painless as taxes can be!

Took my phone in in April got my replacement in a week then that phone broke and now since I HAD to buy a new phone, because they sent me to a store to get a loaner and they didnt know what was going on, they wont fix the broken phone they sent me. Sounds similar to what happening in N.Y. Looking for new phone company next.

The employees here seem to think that closing time is earlier than the actual closing time. If you arrive 5-10 minutes before closing, too bad. You will not be able to get service because theyve likely already put the money away. Third rate gabrbage.

Worst experience Ive ever had with someone in customer service. The employee in store at the Arnold location was rude and would not provide information for her supervisor. Management needs to be made aware this employee is driving away customers.

Stop by for a payment and a number change and Mary made the transaction quick and painless with a smile.

Went in ready to sign up for service and the CSR was unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. Everytime I asked a question it was followed up with attitude and a short answer. I loved the price however Ill go to another location.

Went to one store 1/2 an hour after they should have been open, but they werent. Second store attempted to unlock my phone. When they couldnt unlock the phone I was told it wouldnt work on the new system anyway. Glad I switched.

Put all my numbers on one account so I could get a better discount. No other Metro PCS that Ive been to would do it. Thank you ladies!

The agent was unbelievably rude. I have never been treated so badly in life. I am seriously considering changing carriers. I called customer service immediately after the incident and I have not heard anything from them since. If this is their idea of good service they have no idea of what good service is. I used to recommend metro pcs to everybody but not anymore. Now I share the story of my humiliating visit to the metro pcs store in Arnold.

They are real fast about paying your bill and super nice

Just upgraded to new phone, ZTE Blaze in December. Had a problem with hearing my phone, even with speaker on, once again I have the same damn problem, after 2 or 3 weeks, even on my new phone, I can barely hear a conversation, SUCKS, Im done with Metro, cant do anything about my new phone Metro says, but I CAN, looks like Im going to @AT&T

Bought two phones at the same time and made sure to get you insurance on both but after I had to need stolen the one that was stolen was not insured..and none had any answers.
