These guys went above and beyond to accommodate to me and my 1 yo twins. I ask if they could drop us off at the mall and pick us back up and they didnt hesitate to help me out. I dont think sitting in a waiting area would have been fun for the twins or myself lol. So a big thank you to the team for helping me keep my sanity 😊

My Son takes His 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan there. They do really good work there. I guess when I get to where I cant do any of my own work I will have a nice place to take my vehicles to. They are very helpful & treat You with the most respect anyone could have gotten. They even thanked me for Serving in Our Armed Forces. Then They gave me a Military Discount for my Sons 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. I would definitely send any of my Friends and Relatives there to get work done on Their vehicles. After getting off a long shift at work, I happened to notice a nail in my tire before heading home. This was the first place to pop up on google when I did a search for tire repair. I was very skeptical after asking the gentleman in a blue shirt to have it fixed, and he made me feel as if I was being a burden in some way. After my jeep was pulled into the shop and looked at, Cody was very comforting in letting me know that they would be able to get me home as quick as possible. I didn’t even realize how bald my tires looked until he showed them to me either! Not only did he tell me about a tire sale that was going on the next few days, but he took care of the cost of fixing my tire for me, and set me up for my new tires to be put on a few days later. The best part of it all, is that he thanked me for being a KDMC Nurse during the pandemic! This experience has FOREVER changed my perception of auto shops, and always being afraid to be taken advantage of.

Went for a 12 appointment to just have tires rotated, and they didn’t touch the car until after 1. And weren’t done til after 2. Remarkably slow and clearly the employees are unbothered by it

While maintaining a vehicle is expensive I am happy that these folks have always stood behind what they do and the staff do what they can to find deals in the system. I have never been nickel and dime to death, nor have they done or offered to do things that werent needed, maybe advised that in a few months something would need attention. Overall a great facility, now if they can work on that coffee!!

The two stars I give this place are for the people and the service, the three I didnt give are for the quality of the tire. Have bought several tires from Firestone over the years, different kinds, different sizes and yet I always have the same problem, the bands inside the tire breaks before the tread is even half worn out. I wont be purchasing from Firestone any more, but thank you for outstanding service, its the only thing that kept me coming back for so long, I just need tires I can depend on, this last one caught me off guard as it looked perfect. Front tire blew with my whole family in the car, nearly lost control and wrecked, whole back side of the tire was split right at the belt line. Havent even had the tire for six months.

Had my gfs car worked on one winter she needed a new good used tire and a basic oil change and I paid or but didnt think much of the price but found out that I got ripped off and could have had it done for so much cheaper and quicker elsewhere

I had a very poor experience with Firestone recently. I called on a Monday to check and see if they had any tires in stock in the size I needed. Set me up for an appointment on Thursday. I show up for the appointment at 8am Thursday morning all to be told they have NONE of the tires in stock for my car and that there was no note of a size needed. It wasnt the clerk at the counters fault as he was not who I spoke with, but, very disappointing. I woke up early ( for me) to get something done before work and changed my schedule around all to be told they couldnt help me. Told me they could have them by that afternoon but I had to work 10-8:30 and was selling the car the next day.
