Snapped one of my lugs off didnt tell me about it after replacing my tires and doing my alignment. Ive spent a lot of money here over the past year and then when I confront them they decide to tell me it broke off when they pulled the lug.Now I have to pull apart my front hub and fix their screw up.Never coming back.

Took over 8 hours for an alignment, tire replacement and tire sensor replacement for all 4 tires. When I FINALLY got my vehicle back the tire sensor warning was still displaying on the screen so I asked why, it was then discovered that 2 of the 4 sensors that were replaced were the wrong parts. I then was asked to come back the next day so it could be fixed. I was told it wouldnt take too long, maybe an hour and it ended up taking 3 1/2 hours to do! Many times throughout the work being done I was told I owed money when all the work was pre-paid...yes they did lower the original price to help me out which I appreciate but I would have just paid the regular price if I would have known it was going to take 11 ¹/² hours minimum, I would have just paid the full prie.

Theyre usually busy but they always try to fit you in. They work quickly & usually get parts for repairs the same day, even if its later in the day.I also appreciate their clear explanations re: the assessment of your car and tires. They guarantee their work & products and theyre always friendly and helpful.

They worked very fast and worked very hard on my car to have entire rear brakes redone in 1 day. The only thing I noticed was when they where test driving the car the tester pulled on the car while the oil was still cold. I don’t blame him it’s a sports car he likely worked all day on it. but Subaru’s are known for weak rod bearings. and pulling on the car while the motor is still cold generally isn’t a good idea. Overall they did a fantastic job fixing my car and I feel bad for complaining.

Mike took my phone call and there was an associate at my location in 1/2 an hour to assist me. Air was put in my flat so I could then drive to the shop. A nail was found in my tire. Mike then, personally, took my tire off, repaired the leak and insisted I owed nothing! All this in less than an hour from when I placed me call. If I lived locally Id make this my go to place in a heartbeat! Id rate 10 stars if I could. Thank you Mike!

My daughter attends SOU and she went out to her car and had a flat tire. Les Schwab came to where she was, put her spare on for her, once the car was at there shop they repaired the tire and when I called to pay they said no service fee...they didnt charge me anything!! I know where Im going for tires the rest of my life!!

Everyone was nice. But when we got home we looked at the car and they had put the black side of the tire facing outward. I called and asked about it. I then was told we would have to pay another $90.00 to have them changed. The customer should be given a choice before the tires are put on. Also we were told the day before theu had 255,s in stock and they would set them aside for us as we were going the next morning. They only had 2 in our size when we arrived. We had to go with the 225 size.

I arrived in Ashland on a Sunday afternoon after driving up from the Bay Area. I got a nail in my tire on the drive up so I had a slow leak, I got to les Schwab at 745 on Monday morning (they dont open till 8) they greeted me and started working to fix my tire immediately! About 10 minutes later they let me know my tire was fixed and that the repair was ON THEM!! They fixed my tire for FREE in record time and I was back on my way by 7:58... before the store was even technically “open”. Much respect to these guys for taking care of me and their kindness and professionalism. They have a customer for life now, thank you again! Much respect!

I was in town for the weekend and woke up to a flat tire. I arrived at the shop about 10 min before opening and was promptly greeted by the staff with “you’re a veteran, come on in”. If nothing else went right, they had my lifetime business right there. However, from that moment until I my car was finished, I received outstanding service the entire time—as did the other customers. This is a shop that I would drive out of my way to come back to. Can’t say enough about the service and care. Thank you all for everything you do!

After having a less than ideal interaction with the medford location(off central) we were ready to stop business with les schwab all together, but thankfully we decided to head to Ashland to see if that would be better... and I’m so glad we did, Kat and Megan helped us out tremendously, and really listened to our problem and worked hard to fix it! The Ashland location has our business for life!

A solid place to do business with, employees are very courteous and prompt to help you. Even when its super busy, they understood that we were in a rush and helped us quickly. 10/10 reccomend you establish a line of credit through them and get yourself ready for anything! My family has been coming here for years. Most recently I had a flat tire. They signed me up (I’d always used my mom’s name before) and patched up my tire in under 2 hours (despite 4 cars in front of me and it being lunch time) for free!Absolutely the best place for tires ❤️

Went into Les Schwab with 30 minutes till closing (I felt bad for being that guy). I went in to get my tires rotated and the guys had my vehicle on the lift before I was even inside. Brent came in to inform me that my tires on the front were out of balance and were likely the cause of my vibration. Without any hassle or huff Brent and the whole team knocked the balances out in minutes. While I waited Bruce got me a quote for tires and showed me the models on the showroom floor. I will definitely be driving from Medford to this store to get my new tires installed when the time comes. These guys were outstanding and went way out of there way to help me out. 10/10 will reccomend ASHLAND les schwab anybody in Souther Oregon.

I was driving on I-5 and got a nail in the back tire. Glad to find this place and reached there at 5 PM. Very courteous employees and in 30 minutes got the tire fixed. The most surprising part came after that - they did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend them.

They went above and beyond in every possible way. I love the 3 year warranty that came with my break job too. You don’t get that at other car places. I love this Les Schwab.

We had brakes go out on our road trip to Ashland and these guys and gals saved us. They got us right in and we charged it to a new card with them and paid cash for some too. They got them done That day and done by 6. And even offered to pick us up. Thats great service! You can trust them to help you out.

There is a manager there aptly named Shim who exhibited the kind of integrity and attention to detail that we all should wish for from the services we pay for. Really, an absolute all-star in a constellation of questionable performers. Les Schwab earns high marks for employing him and for following through with a promise of customer satisfaction.

I went into the Ashland, Oregon store Wednesday afternoon as they had done front end work and replaced tires at a pro-rated rate damaged while under warranty. I gave them the car, got it back after about 45 minutes with a new tire balanced and all, no charge as a fairing or whatever was rubbing and they had fixed it. It was simple, fair and I was glad I got my tires from them.

What can I say, its Les Schwab. Great at all they do. Super friendly staff, great service and good coffee 💪. Popcorn too👌

Great folks. When I went in for just a few tired I was told about a bad arm. I asked if they would take care of it. Well, they managed to do more damage to a rusted part of the car and I couldnt afford the extra expense. They waived the fee and only charged me for tires. They rock

I started by parking in the wrong spot, instead of being rude, the person changing tires was extra polite about where to park because there was a line.My experience only got better. I noticed how everyone in the lobby was treated with kindness and respect and were actually told Your tire CAN be fixed instead of trying to force a tire sale, myself included.When I am ready for a set of tires, I KNOW where I am going to go.

These guys are not thorough! My brakes were squeaking so I went in for the free brake check and they only looked at my back ones. They told me that they were fine and that they were not sure what could be squeaking and that it could be some dirt. My front brakes were what I needed to have looked at, which they didnt even bother with. I do not recommend them.

Jeff worked with me and he was so great. He helped me get what I wanted over the course of around 3 trips to Les Schwab. He never pushed me about anything and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me. It was a really excellent experience.

The most unethical business I have seen.This Les Schwab in Ashland is the most unethical business model I have ever seen. They would offer a free services only to find new issues in your automobile. Not only that, but they would force you to fix it at their location because they would argue that it regards safety and Les schwab responsibility. They are good at convincing people to spend more money than what they actually need. bottom line have some sense of morality as an employee before you lie to someone and make sounds like a real thing.

The other day I had a flat tire and they repaired it for free as it was part of my warranty. I come here every half year or so to get my tires changed and or reversed. The service has been quick and convenient.

Great service every time, even when theres no money in it for them. An exceptional philosophy of do the right thing and trust that somehow profits will follow. Yes, theres sometimes a bit of a wait, but Ive always found it more than worth it.

I used to like this place. The owners (or they might be the managers) and the workers were friendly and helpful. I felt they gave good advice and did good work.For the past two years or so, though the people who work there are the same people, theyve gone completely downhill. The managers (or owners) are incredibly rude. They never smile. I feel Im really imposing on them. The workers are still nice, but a couple of years ago one tried to fast talk me into buying a more expensive pair of tires, when another told me it was the wrong kind, or at least there was no difference. That was the beginning of the downhill slide.I dont know what happened to them. From reading the other reviews it looks like the reviews went from good to bad, just like I feel about them.Im going to look for another tire place, even if I have to drive further to find one. I understand if someones having a bad day, but if youre having a bad several of years and you make your customers feel bad, time to hire someone to replace you.

Rolled in the Ashland shop with a nail in tire. They fixed me up right away at “no charge”. These guys are total pro. Shop is very clean and has a nice waiting room to see all the work getting done. Very happy with the excellent service. Was on the road in no time.

They charged an outrageous $50/tire to swap tires on my BMW i3 and didn’t even bother to check the door label for the tire pressure spec, inflating them to 35psi instead of the spec 41psi

On an emergency road trip to Los Angeles from Seattle to get a lost birth certificate after losing my passport. Got a nail in my tire just outside of Ashland. Called Les Schwab 20 minutes before they closed, although they didnt have my tire size in stock, they sent me over to check it out. A gentlemen by the name of Lukas was confident he could repair it. Not only did the whole Les Schwab team quickly come to our rescue with a smile, they did it free of charge. Getting all of my tires from Les Schwab from here on out. Thanks guys!

I was in Ashland this week. The evening before we were to drive back to San Francisco we found that one of our tires was low. Took the car into Les Schwab in the morning where they found a screw in the tire. To my surprise, they fixed it for free. Nice people and excellent service.

Took my car in for a balancing and to check the integrity of my rims. They took my car for an hour then had me come pick it up with no work done over a worn tire. They wouldnt even check the integrity of the rims until I agreed to buy new rubber all of the way around.Mostly worthless in the way corporate shops can sometimes be.Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Recently, my car developed an odd vibration at highway speeds. I suspected wheel balance as the culprit, because the vibration was coming from a specific wheel, so I took it in to the experts at Les Schwab to get it done right.The technician took my little car for a spin and returned to tell me that a misshapen strut was the problem and there was nothing they could do for me. That was fine, I could live with the vibration unless it got worse.A week later, I rotated my tires and the vibration moved with my suspect wheel. Mildly irritated, and a little self-righteous, I returned to Les Schwab and asked them to rebalance my wheel.The estimated wait time was 2 hours, so I went to do some shopping and made it back to the shop to see them take my car off of the lift and re-park it in their lot. I decided to have a cup of coffee while I waited for them to call my name or my phone, as they said they would.I waited ONE HOUR, watching my car sit there, until I went to the counter and asked if I could have my car back. The person at the counter said Oh yes, it looks like they just finished.I wouldnt have minded all of this incompetence, because I wasnt charged anything, but of course I went out onto the highway immediately after this. The vibration is now worse.Come on, guys.

I did not have the best experience here. Went in to have my brakes looked at, turns out I needed new rear brakes. Between work and school, I did not have a lot of time that week, so I booked my appointment to get it done on my only day off. When I went in for the appointment the guy who ordered the brakes ordered them for the front instead of the back whih made no sense, because the order sheet he gave me said rear brakes. Guess you cant fix stupid. So they had to be reordered. I had no choice but to reschedule on a day I had to work, I work grave yard, so I ended up getting off work, dropping the car off, going home, sleeping, waking up, WALKING back to Les Schwab from my house, picking up my car and then going back to work that night for another shift. Needless to say, I was less than impressed.Then! I drive a Volkswagen, so you need a special tool to get the lug nuts off the tire, the tool comes with your spare tire kit, the one they left in my car afterwards was not the tool to my car, it was too big and did not fit my lug nuts. I went back to this store and explained what happened, to be told by one of the guys that there was no way they had given me the wrong tool because they had no other tools they could of switched it with, so it must be for my car. I ended up going to the dealership, where the parts guys scoffed and said it definitely would not work for my car, but it worked out, VW ended up selling me a new one for $20. All in all, the whole ordeal was a waste of time and was a lot of unnecessary headache.
