I came into Napa tonight to look around and the store looks great. The people treated me good. The store is clean and up to date as far as I can tell. Side walks are clear. This place is usually the most expensive and the quality does not justify it. They underwent a complete staff change a few years ago and the service, quality, and knowledgeability has defiantly decreased, which was my only reason for setting foot in the overpriced establishment. I work on my own vehicles and the couple of times I went in; when I explained what I needed the guy had to get a manager to help after he struggled with the computer while a line grew behind me. Like I said above the only reason I dealt with there higher than everyone elses prices, was because of the helpful staff but thats not even a thing anymore. I rarely come here now....its unfortunate they got greedy and hired less than knowledgeable people for a low price.

See Glen in the Paint Dept. for all your color matching paint for your project...He knows what hes doing...He did a great job matching the interior paint color on my 2008 Ford Explorer and the exterior color of my 1984 Corvette...He goes out of his way to make it right to make his customers happy...
