Great store! All the workers are super nice and it’s super clean! I will have to say there is one worker that is just excellent. It’s the only guy who works at that location. He knows all the products and ways to use them like he went to school! On top of being super knowledgeable he is so friendly and down to earth. Always look forward to seeing him when I go in!

I went in for a specific product today, which I found right away and took to the counter. I waited a little while, as the salesperson was talking to another customer. When I thought that maybe she hadnt seen me, I asked if there was someone else who could help me, and she said no. I continued to wait, while she was explaining their rewards program, and on and on. I finally had to leave, without the product! Ill head to Portland next week!

Very friendly staff :) was looking at the Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette and one of the ladies that works there said it would look gorgeous with my eyes so I bought it and love it :)

I went to this store and was insulted by the tone the sales rep took with me. For mother’s day my girls got me a gift certificate from Sephora in Portland. So knowing that my first ? Was do you accept these? She proceeds to look at certificate and said no and explained it had to be redeemed basically where it was bought. Then pauses...looks over the scents and says very rudely we don’t carry any of those anyway. As if Prada wasn’t good enough. Lol I rate my overall experience a 1. Would not recommend and WILL not do business with them.

Every time I go in the Sephora here they make me feel very uncomfortable I try on make up they ALWAYS make me feel like I’m doing something wrong or like I have a disease standing over me and grabbing things out of my hand. I would rather drive all the way to Portland to get make up then be made to feel terrible for trying on make that says TRY ME on it. Today one of the lady’s told me she had to throw something away cause I used it, mind you I USED A TESTER APPLICATOR. Absolutely ridiculous, I’ve worked ina Sephora before and I would never do that to a customer.

Every Sephora I have ever been to has had stellar customer service except this one. I went in with my Mom who isnt big into the makeup game but was looking for a specific product shed read about. Neither of the employees acknowledged us when we entered the store or offered help so I went on a hunt for my Mom. When I finally found what she was looking for I called her over to the section but there was an employee who appearently found it crucial that she continue stocking products right in front of what we were trying to look at. She looked at us but didnt say anything or offer us help, which wouldnt have been great customer service on its own, but she also would not shift 3 inches to the left so we could get a better look at the selection. Frustrated by the encounter we head to the resister, but as we were waiting in line behind the one other customer in the store and listening to the cashier go through every email, name, and nickname trying to find the womens account, our frustration with the whole experience hit the max. We ended up putting the products back and leaving without buying anything. Ill be back to Sephora, but not this one.

I love everything about Sephora especially that I dont have to travel to Portland to buy makeup. I havent had my makeup done there yet but I feel that the people that work there know what they are talking about. Joey is my fav!I tell errbody and they grandmama about this place. ^_^

I have come to expect nothing less than stellar customer service at sephora. If I am going to drop big money I would at the very least expect aknowledgement. I can gp to cvs spend less than 1/2 of what i was planning on spending here and get better customer care.

Me and my friend got our makeup done and it looked like a 5 year old did it and we are in a public mall walking around looking like clowns. Thanks sephora...
