The storefront of this business has closed and they are now operating online only. I had purchased items from this store in the past and decided to purchase additional items in January. I purchased a Naturepedic mattress, two latex toppers and a wool comforter on January 11th. A month went by and I had only received the order confirmation. I emailed the company and was told they would have my items delivered that weekend...they were not delivered. The following weekend I did receive the Naturepedic Mattress. I emailed back asking about the additional items and over the course until about 2 weeks ago I had either received zero response or vague excuses about the outstanding items.I was finally frustrated with this and asked the owner, Brandy Alvis, again and was told she would get back to me with an ETA a few days later. I accepted that at the time because I wanted to give them a chance. I then came to Yelp and discovered reviews here with similar experiences with Sage sleep as well as Brandys former business, Tucked in.She never got back to me with the promised ETA, I even asked her again. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I even emailed Brandy directly to inform her of this. Up until this point the responses I was given were about one sentence long and within about 12 hours of me emailing her about my complaint she wrote a new, longer, email to me apologizing. I also had an email from a Shelley stating my items would be out the following week.This is the point where I started to question the authenticity of the claims she makes on her website about her products. She spoke to me on the phone for some time as well and I even mentioned my hesitations considering it took a complaint to the BBB to prompt attention from her. She claimed to have zero knowledge of my complaint during this phone conversation.I ultimately decided that I couldnt trust anything she said to me and therefore could not take her word for the claims about the organic nature of her products. The items I purchased in the past were told to me in their store that they came from Sage Sleeps factory but when I check the label, that was not the case. Its labeled with a different companys name and is not certified organic.I am still waiting on the resolution of this and will update my review once I have received my refund. This company has claimed to issued a refund to me which is inaccurate as well.

I recently bought a side sleeper pillow from Sage Sleep and was so impressed! Just swapping out my pillow has had such a significant change in the quality of my sleep. My husband and I have been talking about getting a new mattress and theres no doubt in my mind - theres no place else we will go for a new bed. Sage Sleep is my new go-to for anything bed or sleep related. Youve got to check them out!

Sage Sleep is an amazing store full of wonderful products and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a side sleeper pillow 3 years ago after developing a shoulder issue. Within a night of sleeping with the pillow, my shoulder was feeling better. It has also been a lifesaver during my recent pregnancy. During my first pregnancy I found sleeping challenging as it was hard to find a comfortable position. This pillow has made all of the difference this time around. I also purchased a comforter for my son and it is perfect. It’s light weight and washable which is amazing for a toddler.

Beware of doing business with Brandy and Sage Sleep Organics. We are a manufacturer of kids bedding products and sold Brandy a range of duvet covers back in the Fall of 2019. Despite many promises of payment we have never been paid for these products. Sage Sleep is the only partner we have from 2019 who did not pay their bills.Also, there have been multiple 1-Star customer reviews here in the past - all about lack of follow-through, no-show products, or promises not kept. What a great little surprise tucked away in Auburn. I popped in to Tucked In not really knowing what the store was about (the display of salt lamps drew me in). What a great little store with fabulous and fair prices! Found a cute pair of the softest slippers ever and a Himalayan Salt Lamp for my daughters Easter basket. Will definitely be heading back in to check out the pillows.

Sage Sleep, owner Brandy and her staff delivered our bed, bedding, pillows and blanket as promised and we could not be more elated about all of it. Our Golden Sage mattress is a work of art. There was a problem with our adjustable base delivery and Brandy upgraded it at no charge, excellent customer service for everything. We did not have a clue what a difference a quality toxic free bed could make and it is life changing.

I returned an item and they had a problem with their system that did not refund me my money. Once I contacted them about it they got paid me the money in a timely and efficient manner! The woman i spoke to was so sweet and helpful. The item I perchance was beautiful and super nice.

This shop is a great addition to downtown Auburn! They have everything you need for your bedroom & great gifts too. My mattress topper has made my bed so much more comfortable. I love to just stop in & see what is new.

Tucked In is the best place to test out THE BEST mattresses in the world. I love that they only sell quality, organic and natural beds after finding out that traditional mattresses are filled with toxins and chemicals. Unreal. Go check them out! Ask for Brandy.

The comforters from this place are like a dream, so light and fluffly! It sure beats down and is cruelty free..; ) On top of this the store owner Brandy goes above and beyond to make sure you are more than pleased with your purchase. Excellent customer service. What’s not to love about Tucked In? Not only are the products the best (some of the best sleep I’ve ever had), but their customer service goes above and beyond. It’s not just about buying a product, but about building a trust and relationship with their customers that you can’t find anywhere else.

I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I have the Tahoe split king with mattress customized on each side for my husband and myself. Besides sleeping like a baby without hip or shoulder pain, the BIGGEST AND BEST benefit is in the reduction of my husbands very loud snoring! The bed has an anti-snore setting (which slightly elevates the head of the bed) and now his snoring is so much softer. I can actually sleep through it 😁The service was exemplary from looking at the bed offerings to customizing the perfect combonation of toppers for each of us, to the two sweet young men that came and installed it! Brandy was patient, helpful and no pressure. She stands by and clearly believes in the all natural organic products she sells.I could gush on and on but if you are in the market for a forever bed then go check it out. What a blessing it has been to discover Tucked In to shop at in downtown Auburn. After years of trying to figure out why my neck is always so achy, I purchased a bio sense pillow and an eco silks pillow. Let me tell you, my neck has never felt better. And customer service is by far the best Ive experienced. Even though the store was closed, Deanna noticed me looking through the windows and promptly opened the doors and offered me the opportunity to shop. Tucked In also carries wonderful soaps and essential oils. I will make sure to stop by when looking for special gifts from here forward.
