I showed up with my car not running to where I couldnt even drive it on the lift and these guys looked it completely over and got it fixed up! They went above and beyond just completing a simple oil change and I was an hour away from home! So grateful for these guys and their service!

This is an amazing staff. I was setting out on a 12 hour ride to get to my mother’s bedside and I get here in time. Your doors opened at 8 AM to find me waiting for an oil change. I was heading south from Coldwater and knew that I would hit Auburn at 8 o’clock. I needed an oil change, your team got me in and out in 12 minutes. Noting that I would want to talk to my regular mechanic as my back brakes were showing wear.

They were so fast and efficient... we were also informed of the oil top up program which no one had told us about. So overall a great experience

Quick in and out. Not hit with massive attepmts at cross sells. Patient with my daughter as she went through the first oil change service in your young driving experience. They got super busy while we were there. Despite the pressure on them, they srill provided a high level of personal attention.

It was $102 for an oil change. That is ridiculous. I’ve never spent over $70 to have it done. I even gave the man a $10 off coupon and he didn’t add it to my total. He took my card inside and said he sent the invoice to my email and never did. Very disappointed in the price. However, they were very nice and professional and have a very good team of employees.

Everything was as it should have been. My oil was definitely changed. A quick, yet overpriced option when I am short on time.

Ive used Jiffy Lube in Auburn several times for tires and their price is great and they were able to get me scheduled in quickly and completed the work on time. Will do business again.

Wanted oil change and got charged over $90

I went there because my brother started working there and I was so impressed! They replaced my break pads and rotors in about an hour and a half! Granted, they werent super busy and it was a Monday evening lol but either way, great service at a good price!

Jiffy Lube, in Auburn, is great! They are always professional in how they talk to their customers, and they KNOW you adverb you return! Never have I felt pressured to have things done when they suggest something for my vehicle! They have me as a permanent customer, over the big box store, because they care about me and my vehicles!

Always friendly. They wont push for you to buy extra stuff but are good about informing you of the current condition of wipers, filters and oil situation. They even ran the codes when I had a check engine light on.

Super quick & were super informative

When buying oil in bulk, its much cheaper. But when I had my oil and filter changed today, I was charged $90 for 6 quarts of oil. My total bill for an oil and filter change was over $106. I could have taken it to a local independent garage for less cost and been done just as fast. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Nor will I ever go back for anything.

Went in for a simple oil change and they charged me for air filters that I told them I did not want very unprofessional they make their money by up charging services apparently 116 dollars later for a 40 dollar oil change refused to refund my money. Take your car to a local mechanic.

I went to jiffy lube after Walmart told me there was a 3hr wait! And I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Walmart for an oil change. Jeff at jiffy lube got me right in, he showed me information on the computer about my car and what the manufacturer recommended and then he gave me several options to pick from. The oil change was so quick I didn’t even get through 1/2 the magazine I was reading. They will email you your receipt or print it out for you. There was fresh coffee in the waiting area and a variety of magazines. It was a very pleasant experience

Jay the assistant manager is less than intelligent to say the least. I have called twice, the first time I called and asked if they could do an alignment, Jay yes they could. Only to find out they dont even have a alignment rack! The 2nd time I set up a appointment to have 4 tires, 295/55/20 mounted and balanced, he said they could do them. I left work early for the appointment only to show up and be told they cant do them because my wheels and tires are gigantic. Keep in mind my wheel setup is a 20x12 and my tire setup is a 295/55/20. I dont think jiffy lube itself deserves a bad review but jay the assistant manager definitely does, he is a joke that evidently knows nothing about the business he is managing!

Even though they do have quick service here. Make sure you compare prices to other places. They will try to rob you and raise prices if they can pull a quick one on you.

While the services weren’t difficult. It drives me nuts that every time I come on here they are always trying to up sell me. Today they tried to charge me 100 for an oil change I paid 45 for last time. Told them I wanted the same service but they were very deceptive. Just double check prices before the work starts.

Always fast. Try to sell you a dozen services you dont need. Charge an excessive amount for cabin, Engine air filters. Just go across the street to autozone and get your filters there. If you have been to Jiffy Lube a few times, you may qualify for their VIP card, but you will most likely need to inquire about it, yourself. They do a good job and usually have some basic items like filters and light bulbs in stock, but they want a small fortune to install them. They do perform all of the legally required operations while doing an oil change. They try to sell you on the fact that all the extra stuff they check and do are additional free services and not legal requirements during an oil change...like all quick change oil shops. I usually only go here when i forget they charge about 3 times as much as Wal-Mart for the same service.

Ladies and gentlemen, when you get an oil change from here make sure you check your oil level ⚠️.. Because it seems like I get shorted a quart of oil every time.. I take it back to have them check it out.. Everything is ok they say.. By the way I only have 50k on my vehicle!

Lots of oily hand prints on my white hood and they didnt get my hood closed all the way which came as a big surprise Goin 70 down the interstate on the way home. All for ONLY $72.
