If youre worried about Covid-19 protocols this is not the place for you. Once again, the employees behind the deli counter are wearing them around their chins while chatting and making food for people. The young man sweeping the aisles, not wearing one. Multiple customers not wearing them and nobody employed there seemed to notice it or care. I dont care if you like it or not Safeway mgmt, its the current law, be responsible at least for your employees.

Are you kidding me the cashiers the location the customer service all above the grade. I moved to the area 3 yrs ago. And from week one these outstanding individuals have gone beyond there job tittles and helped with a number of things exactly when I needed them too!! Even today I went grocery shopping for dinner and bought a few things paid and left to go home . So then I get home start making dinner and cant find the prawn stir fry I bought ?? I look everywhere go to the car nothing! So I go back to the grocery store go inside and go straight to the cashier and as soon as the cashier sees me she says I was wondering when you would be back. And goes to the freezer closes to the register and gets my bag and says here you go and have a good night!! Are you kidding me !! Try and get that kind of service at WALMART people!! Ya right never happen!! Thank you to all the Cashiers you guys are great!!! And I just dont say that either. God bless.

I ordered some coffee and got my produce and walked to the aisle and asked for the bathroom access codeI asked if the restroom had an access code and if I could have it, The store manager/cashier was yes. Like we have an access code.I asked if I could use it, and he said hed call someone to open it for me (weird. Did he think because I was not white, I cant understand numbers?)Waited at the restroom for a bit while store workers walled past and even the cashier walked past, with no one helping me hereOne of the most rudest Safeways Ive been. Now that the ghetto Albertsons is gone and Safeway has actually spent the necessary money to turn this into a legitimate grocery store, and even apparently funded with maintenance…. this is now a nice, clean, decent grocery store I no longer actively avoid and no longer treat solely as a desperate option of last resort.

My second time since they switched names brought a chicken dinner was not cooked in the center,looked for fresh Berrys no Raspberrys no strawberrys no blueberrys.Manegers need to get more training or go to work for a fast food place.

The store is clean, and aisles are reasonably organized. The produce is of acceptable quality, though not exceptional in any way. If you have a members card you can find some good deals on staples from the stores Private Selection brand. Thats about all this store has going for it.The selection is below average, and the prices are expensive, even with a member card (and without one, dont even bother). I do not notice very many organic products when I shop here either. I really see no reason to go here.

I understand the managers/owner’s frustration with having to deal with theft in this store from morons near closing hour, but please for the love of god have some respect and decency for us who pay for our items at checkout, it’s irritating having to be followed by your undercover LP guy in the store, constantly . For the past 3 times I been here I am looking over my shoulder and see him pretending to shop near me, seriously annoying .

As with any grocery outlet, under staffed, under paid and hence the rating. To many customers, and expected to self checkout with no price reduction. Given that we have Albertsons and Safeway (same company) not much in the way of competition so service pays the price. The conglomerate organization would serve itself better to adhere to customer first and not with the extra penny by extracting a lineup of helpful check out staff.

The former Joe Albertsons Supermarket, was pretty roomy and nice. A lot of variety. We will have to frequent this particular store more often, its not in our usual circle but it was nice!

Priced lower then big name stores. Usually are the not so popular brands and the inventory changes regularly. Staff is fun and helpful, kind and always make it a friendly experience. Shopping on a budget is always a rewarding experience.

Mostly like any other safeway except I had a wonderful cashier Jodi Hart is what it says on my receipt, I had bought some meat that was on sale and it didnt ring up as such and she without question and a smile on her face made sure that what I was paying the sale price most safeways I would have gotten and eye roll and a sigh before trying to correct such a problem...she was also very friendly and polite even though I assume it was getting towards the end of her shift as I went in 30 mins before closing...thank you Jodi!!!

Its a Safeway and theres really not much more to be said about it, its about the same as most Safeways. This ones not in a great area, so you will find a lot of things locked up and in need of a employee to help you get.

Albertsons on A street is a very good grocery store .I have been going there 40 years . It is a local store and not large but friendly. Love

Dont ever get seafood from here. Why are the check out lanes so tight? Again never get seafood from here. The managers Marc and Taylor are very rude especially to their employees. This place is like a grocery outlet type of feel.

Im not a fan of Albertsons. All of their stuff is way over priced, it just happens to be in a convenient location where its closer to the residential area than any other supermarket. Also a ton of homeless and drug users hanging around the parking lot. Drives away s lot of business from this area.

They have discontinued some items that my family enjoys. The shelves are never faced. Some of the checkers are super rude. The person at the meat counter is a complete witch!That is why.

A little more expensive than their sister store Safeway, but better stocked with larger variety of products.

Price is not cheap for sure. However the store is clean and sanitized. I was able to find shiitake mushroom here (dried) whick there was not available at Walmart.

I did not care for this Albertsons I was having trouble with digital coupons and got no help at cashier neither was charged $10 extra for two items that would have been cheaper. Not like Safeway up in middle of town. When will they get roof fixed? I hope soon. They are much more courteous and helpful.

Love coming in here almost every night and seeing the sweet guy that works theres smile, makes getting my moms smokes more worth it.

Safeway sent me email, to chat with a chatter box about getting attacked in their store or go to web site did both of those chatter box cant understand no response from email, but they feel deeply sanding by this but no real person has contacted me or nothing wow!

Love this store. Its always so clean. The produce, bakery and deli are so fresh. The butcher keeps an appetizing selection of meat and seafood cuts. I go out of my way to shop here. I wish this store was in downtown Puyallup.

It’s a great Supermarket.... once you get through the doors. Unfortunately there are panhandlers and other riff raff outside the doors. Not that, that’s uncommon for every Supermarket in Auburn.

Now theyre out of pints of coffee ice cream, but they had coke zero. Dont get this store.

Its a grocery store. Has a Starbucks, you can buy flowers, bakery cakes, theres a seafood / butcher section, a lunch bar-- salads and noodles, fried and baked chicken. Staff is super nice.

The customer service was great, the prices were comparable to Safeway of course. It was well maintained and well stocked. It was easy to locate my shopping needs. I loved the store location was close to bus stop location.

Love to shop here. However if you use the electric carts or if you use your own scooter, the design of the checkout requires you to go through the cart side behind the cashier and then to reach the card reader, you must dismount and walk into the area.

Good grocery store in terms of cleanliness and item selection. That have most everything I want and need every time. The parking lot is a joke most times due to people not following the rules and the homeless camp behind the store is another deterrent to shopping here. It happens to be the closest to my house though so I choose to shop here when I am in need for something, but will do my household shopping elsewhere.

Learn how to staff employees. Seriously. Putting up with your ghetto clientele to save a few cents on food might be more worth it if the lines to checkout weren’t so long they take up the whole front half of the store.

I have shopped at Albertsons since itopened in the early 90s and I always go back.

The deli had a variety of hot foods and salads. They were well stocked for last minute Easter shoppers. Staff was courteous and polite despite the crowd. I also made up a last minute Easter basket and it was amazing. 😎

This store is filthy. The employees obviously hate their job and it reflects in their attitude towards customers. I promise if you get a cut inside this store go DIRECTLY the the ER because you WILL GET TETANUS! Albersons you need to close this branch. They are making all albertsons look bad.
