I was in desperate need of some items to save the life of my pet and could not leave the house. Harrison, the owner, moved heaven and earth to get those items to me in record speed! I. He was wonderful to deal with, very patient and caring. It was wonderful to deal with a human you could explain things to. I cant say enough good about Fe5chMe!😊

I ordered carryout from a local Italian restaurant through FetchMe and was told to pick up my meal at 4:15 p.m. But when I showed up, the restaurant told me they don’t open until 5:00, so I had to wait for them to make my food - totally defeating the point of ordering online. I would not recommend ordering through FetchMe.

Came to visit Auburn and was told to try this App. Not only did they mess up several of my orders from some of the restaurants in the area (Burgerfi, five guys, and a few other places I had never tried before), I was also accused by their customer service of lying about my food not showing up! How about you take some responsibility? HOOORRRRIBLE business who doesnt care about their customers, I bet all of these positive reviews on here are from friends and not actual satisfied customers. Do not waste your time using this app, unless you are fine with your money disappearing and being accused of stealing.

FetchMe Delivery is a great LOCAL company that keeps their customers wants and desires at the heart! They always call to confirm if something happens at the restaurant and even provide me with extra things that I didnt even know I needed (sauces, wet wipes for my wings, etc) Truly a great company and should be the only delivery company you order from!!! P.S. They also delivery groceries and can complete on-demand orders.

Food was excellent. The service was wonderful. Server was chipper and very polite even though shed been there all day. Definitely would like to go back.

Ive been using food service delivery apps for awhile now (i.e. Uber eats, Grubhub) and then I visited Auburn U and came upon FetchME. I dont understand how this small time delivery business provided me much quicker and more enjoyable service than the larger players back home but it made my first experience at Auburn much more enjoyable. Quick, easy service. The next time I visit for a tailgate, I know who Im reaching out to. And you probably should too.

Great service, friendly delivery, but the charging process is a bit wonky. Accidentally tipped twice and felt bad correcting the tip. The final bill is usually different than what you think you spend upfront. So if they fix that, 5 stars.

Great service, app works smoothly, so many options and love that you can even order your groceries through this app. There may be delays sometimes but only on gameday weekends when they definitely are receiving tons of orders all at once and having to deal with loads of traffic. Would recommend for anybody in the auburn area to use.

AUsome service, easy to use, and a lifesaver when my wife doesnt want to cook and I dont want to leave my chair! We have ordered food delivery with FetchMeDelivery multiple times and they all went extremely well with each arriving earlier than expected. We even asked them to make a delivery with a restaurant that was not set up in their system and they did it without a hitch. Great service!

This service is terrible use tiger town to go they’re much less likely to completely butcher your order which they’ve messed up slightly or entirely every time I’ve ordered from them. Also when I called to tell them they butchered my order to the point I didn’t want to eat and they said they’d refund which they did but they refunded $8 for a $12 meal not including the $7 delivery charge and tax and the tip I gave the terrible delivery driver. Either go get your food yourself or order from any other delivery service because this is not worth it.

I work for a school and ordered lunch from Moes. I wrote in the instructions and comments to place Queso on the side. I got my order and no Queso on the side nor inside my nachos. I called FetchMe and was greeted by a very friendly voice who assured me that my Queso would be delivered. My Queso was indeed delivered and the driver was very friendly and not at all bothered by bringing only Queso in. Both apologized and made this hungry, trapped at work, Queso loving girl VERY happy!!!!
