Great selection of name brand as well as store brand products at discount prices. Similar pricing as Grocery Outlet, just more selections available. Store was clean and staff were friendly and courteous.

I enjoy shopping here, but shoppers beware. I wanted to bring to managements attention a situation that was very alarming. I hope management views this as helpful and will take all precautions so that this doesnt happen again and will share with this story so that all franchises are aware. There was a package of corn tortillas and there was a huge bites out of the plastic wrap they were in. It was very obvious mice or rats. Every package should be inspected before placed on the shelves. Please make sure your training includes these types of situations, investigate where that lot was brought from, inform the producer or create a stocking process that includes this situation. This should never, never happen.

Nice there today I have to get a few things and they helped me with the Heavy stuff and they help put it in my car too very nice people thank you.

Very bad customer service. I had forgotten my wallet. The cashier said she would hold my groceries until I got back. I lived 7 mi away. When I returned, the groceries were restocked. I wasted my time and gas money. Gas is so expensive these days. I didnt even get an apology. I walked out. Do not buy groceries at this place.

Smart & FinalAlburn Store, Saturday, 1:30 PMStopped by to pick up a couple of items only to find I was the 28th person in line. The line went all the way down the isle to the back of the store and then some. Only two checkers working. Several customers left their items in the baskets and walked out. It is obvious Management does not value the customer and only is concerned with how good they look to Corporate. When mentioning my concerns to the staff and pointing out there were refrigerated items abandoned in baskets on the floor, and I mentioned how many customers were complaining. It didnt seem to matter to the staff. All of this is a direct reflection on Management or the lack thereof. I for one will not be back.

This is our familys primary grocery store. Prices are good, especially on meat and other staple items. They have bulk food items like dried fruits, nuts and grains. The produce is a little hit or miss, but usually sufficient. Another plus is their premade bulk items like chopped coleslaw or salad, large buckets of dressing, potato salad, etc. Similar to Costco in also having a lot of supplies you can use for big parties, catering, or restaurants (disposable baking dishes, paper plates and cups, utensils, etc).

This is the best store! With the best prices in bulk too! Got foster farms chicken for $.79 per pound!. Always looking for those good prices since I make my dogs meals. They have the best produce Dept!

Great bargains! My wife and I were sceptical when we saw this place coming in. But after my mom told us that we should try it we did and absolutely loved it! We can eat well and stay within our budget which is hugely important to us.

I dont know why I havent been shopping here longer! I am due to have a baby in 4 weeks, and was doing shopping to make a ton of freezer meals so I dont gave to do much cooking coming up. I stopped in here and got almost everything I needed (which was A LOT), and spent only about half what I normally spend on my regular bug shopping trips. And everything was of good quality. I also got quite a few organic products! Ill definitely be shopping here more often from now on!

Nice store great food items. Horrible cashier. No greeting never said anything the whole she rang up my purchases. I don’t even know if she said anything as she gave me my receipt. I had never had such bad service!!

My Husband and I were just at Smart & Final; we couldnt help taking about how impressed we are with the service we received, on such a busy day! And they had plenty of turkeys at a great price. They had tons of fresh produce, too.

Wish I did not have to give even 1 start to write a review ... for the past year every time I go into this store, I end up picking up some item that is outdated. When I call headquarters and the store, they say it is because of new staff and they are training them. This time it was hot dogs, last time it was a sauce which I noticed they still had outdated on the shelf. Salad that was outdated by a week, I could go on.. FOR A YEAR NOW this has been going on which is way to long... This store DOES NOT WANT CUSTOMERS! Really wish we could get a good store in town. This is not worth it... I will continue to take my tax dollars down to Roseville or Sacramento.

I love shopping here because they always have great prices on their produce. They have plenty of organic produce, and when they have a sale, they have a sale! They also have bulk foods--so you can get as little or as much as you want out of the bins.

Great having a S&F close to home, saving me a trip down the hill. Only gripe is that the my are often out of or low on what I would consider gotta have things. For example today were completely out of half size chafing dish aluminum pans, last time quart sized half and half.

A good selection of food here and available in bulk at great prices. Unfortunately today we had the bad experience of dealing with a particularly rude and obnoxious clerk at the register. The clerk felt it was necessary to make sarcastic comments to other customers about my wife and I, whilst we were at the register. Wont be returning.

First time at the store. Was impressed the store. Very unhappy at checkout. The cashier had a very very long conversation with the customer in front of me about something that nothing to do with his shopping. I finally got so frustrated that I went and stood in another line. She was still talking when I got checked out. She did come over to apologize but too little too late.

Big clean store Good prices on bulk supplies and often on meat, cheese, fresh vegetables. Too many items dont have price kable on shelf or are put in wrong place. Staff very friendly but seem mostly to be inexperienced

Homely supermarket. Similar to a CostCo, this store has practically everything from food to alcohol.

Produce is beautiful. Meats and fish have good pricing. The rotisserie chickens are huge and very tasty.

I love that I no longer have to drive down the hill to get my bulk items. Another way to keep things local. I know there are many that oppose big chains however it brought jobs here to Auburn and now I can put more in to my local economy by buying here.

Decent prices on most things, but not always the best selection. If you know normal prices on items then you can save some money shopping here first. And the roasted whole chicken that they sell is the bomb! Especially for $6.99.

I like being able to get most of what I need in one trip, at one store. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable (Always check their weekly ad) and I dont have to drive all the way down to Costco or Sams Club to buy groceries.
