Great store and employees. Clean and good selection.

Very nice store. Excellent selection of products in the Asian department. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are two of my favorite items to cook with. Very nice selection of seafood and meats in the butcher department. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Fast check out even on a Friday.

Bel Air and Raleys are still #1 in Quality and Customer service...No other grocery chain has dealt with this pandemic and our needs as this srore. And their employees, are an outstanding, positive group of people! I cant say enough

So much thank to raley and bel air shopping area . I get my food delivered there with my sister and always polite and respectful and giving a smile on their face and always on the time schedule with the delivery on time which is impressive. I like how they have mask requirements in the store. That shows how much this is virus will go away. I like how the register people are always be on their lunch and not lunch to help their customers good customer service. Im very impressed with the good fresh food 🥑🥝 never expired on the shelf. Keep up the good work

This belair was rated a 4.3 but from my humble opinion I bet it deserves at least a 4.4. Ive been coming to this store since I was a little kid now Im back in town visiting family and dur to Auburns awesome friendly people this store really deserves nothing less than a 5. Theyve redone the place and made the aisles.wider, which is nice because alot of people around here drive trucks and are used to making wide turns when they drive a trailer and that kinda thing. Anyway the staff was so nice to get a cart for me to hold bags of ice I bought because I just went in to grab a few small items and some flowers for the family. Anyway this store personifies the nob hill mission and the items are always the latest.and greatest whatever. So enjoy your grocery shopping and hope to see you around.

Good prices and good service

It was clean as usual.I just ran in last minute to get a birthday cake and garlic bread.I got a really great cake but couldnt find any garlic french bread.

The store is clean, well organized, and easily accessible from hwy. 49. Plenty of parking for the handicap and everyone else. My only concern was the higher Prices!! I know I cant afford to shop there!😯🤔😲

Greeted as i walked into the door. Found what i was looking for easily. N went through self checkout pretty quickly.Store was clean n well lit.

The fruit is not the best. The many times Ive been there only 2 to 3 checkouts were open. Overheard one female casher say she hates working there. I only go there because its where my elder dad wants me to go to get his food.

Not inclined to shop here again. Received texts about substitutions on my pickup order, I asked them to remove those items because they dont work for us. Show up to get my order and alllll the items I refused were there and paid for by me. I tried to return them to get a refund but was told they were unable to at that time, they needed to contact someone else.  I kept trying to get her to take back the items and refund me, but again she kept refusing.  She kept saying the refund would be processed when the right person was available.  Refused to give me any confirmation or verification or any assurance that I would in fact be getting this refund. So basically I overpaid for groceries that will go in the trash. Cool. They also accused me of not following the instructions online even though I followed them exactly. Just rude.Update: got a voicemail asking me to bring in the groceries, receipt, and my card and they would give me a refund (to their store 30 min away).   Allll of the items that I had with me when I was at the store where they refused the refund on the spot.  This is just disgusting and unprofessional.

Conflicted on this one. Big kudos for being open at 6 am and for the outstanding customer service. But downvote for the exceedingly high prices. I bought a watermelon from them for $5.99 that was going for $2.99 at the competition across the street. I will say, it was worth every penny as it was the absolute sweetest watermelon Ive had in my life! However, that was just one price example of ridiculously high prices. Otherwise, it would have been almost perfect experience.

I really like the customer service in this store. Never much of a wait in check out lines and everyone is so nice and friendly. Easy in easy out.

Clean well lit store with plenty of easy parking. But lot not so big you cant drop packages easily in your car between stores, although no shade. A nice grocery store with a good variety and stock of items. Location convenient, easy in and out. A variety of shops within walking distance.

This was the most run down bel air ive seen that isnt in the bay area and the staff was so inconvenienced by my asking for assistance...not the most welcoming environment covid or not...worth the 5 minute drive to go a little further to raleys! Much nicer store with somewhat more pleasant employees!

The neighbourhood store.Prices are higher than other places, but you can find almost anything you look for. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.They offer other services, Wells Fargo ATM, USPS parcel services, pharmacist, bakery just to name a few.

Customer service is very good in general but the pharmacy staff is by far the most excellent service team anywhere. 6 stars!

The staff I have encountered are rude, not helpful when Ive needed assistance, told me I was unable to sign up for the benefit program with number in store, had to call. Didnt provide me with contact information to call and sign up for benefits/coupons with number. No personal interaction. No thank you. When I asked for help in meat area adjacent to deli clerk rolled his eyes when i asked if he could help me.This is why i try to shop at Raleys on Lincoln- apparently those employees care if I return, have a good day or Neff assistance.

Always helpful and professional. They remember you and they a super kind. I love shopping there. They can be a little pricey.

Yep. Great store. Clean. Fresh produce. My fav big store bakery. Meat market will sharpen your knives for free. Will do special meat cuts and orders and prep ideas. Some have post office inside.

I come here just to walk around and sip coffee. So warm and inviting here.

No baked chickens at 6:30pm Monray evening.

Ordered my 2nd Fruit basket cake. The 1st was beautiful, and all the fresh fruit inside was delicious. Yesterday when I picked up my 2nd one I was so disappointed! It was awful looking-fresh fruit on top slopped all over-it fell apart. Filled with rasberry filling. Im embarrassed for the person who made it.it was gross and we had to throw it out

Out of Stock on most things I went in for. Found replacement items, but not what I expected. Cashier was super though, he so made the trip worth it! I was one of, if not the last customer tonight(Sunday June 14th). Overall good experience.

Nice selection across most departments, helpful and happy staff, fresh produce, clean store, prices are pretty comparable to other standard grocers. All around good place to do your grocery shopping. The clerks work hard to keep the lines down or moving. Never had any issues with quality of products or service. The bakery is a tad bit limited but what they do offer is pretty tasty!

Always love the Bel Air and Raleys markets. Never disappointed💜

Large selections of beverages.The parking lot was a lot closer than other markets in Auburn to the store, making it easier to get into the store. Love the added convenience of ECart Shopping. My wife and I am shop Belair for the two years that we have been living at golden chain mobile home park.At present we do online ordering with pick up out at the parking area and the girls are always very observant and courteous and we have yet to have a problem with that type service!

Like the clerks all are friendly. Live that you push the cart in and they unload it to price the item and bag it. One step of the standard check out procedure in almost all stores now but this one. Dont have to empty basket for them to ring you up. Love it. Modus a star because they not carry a lot of things we like.

Staff helpful and friendly, selection usually good. So sorry their post office is closing!

Yesterday bought chicken wings for our drive. Got on the road and found out they were 3 days old and tasted bad.

High end grocery chain. Makes me feel good. Price is just a little more. But I like shopping here.

One of the better supermarki in Auburn. They have everything you need and some more gourmet type choices. The meat department isnt great and I usually use longhorn meat Co.

This is my place to shop. I have been a customer since they opened. I like the fact, that if you need assistance with anything, just ask and it is done for you. The store is always clean.The pharmacy is friendly, courteous and accurate.
