Frank was our salesman when we purchased our machine back in 2017. Very helpful and friendly to work with to find what serviced our needs. In the three years we have had this machine when service is needed it is super easy to get in contact with KKC. Service techs have always been on time and super informative. Cant say anything bad only praise from us.

My office found Kopy Kat only a few months ago, and we wish we had found them sooner. Getting started with them has been easier and more comfortable than my previous two copier companies. Our sales representative actually listened to our concerns about our worst fear of being down entirely and what it would mean to us. Instead of just assuring us service would be fast, he came up with a low cost, creative solution that none of the other representatives even considered (plus, of course, we understand that the service is fast).When they installed the copier, we had some issues with our networking and it took far longer than they could have estimated to get it done - working online and on the phone with my offices (only semi-competent) IT consulting company. [We are in the process of changing IT companies, but it has not yet been done]. KKC representatives did not complain or talk of possible extra charges due to the unexpected complications that it turns out were not caused by them.After the install was done, they took the extra step of making sure the copier was successfully connected to each of my offices computers. While doing so, they discovered that two of my computers were running extremely slow - which ended up being for reasons entirely unrelated to the copier installation. Instead of ignoring them or just telling us there was a problem, they determined that some kind of network switch was failing, and offered to obtain and install a replacement for us. Within 30 minutes it was finished, and we were charged only for the purchased part.I feel like we are now in good hands with people we can trust. I know it is not only the copier itself, as we have had four Canon copiers over the last 20+ years. KKC made this the smoothest transition to a new copier yet, and I feel more secure than I did with the other companies.

KKC has always gone above and beyond for us. Especially when it is an emergency because we have a very important meeting or training that have large print jobs within 24 hours or less and our copier/printer wont work for various reason (and of course, this seems to happen right before every important print job). They will juggle their jobs in order to fit us in with time to run our print job. They have never left us hanging and we are truly appreciative of that!
