I was was not very certain how everything worked between the two places and felt slightly overwhelmed, but just briefly. I came to look for a mattress. Kevin Walker, the sales agent, assisted immediately. He greeted me and asked questions regarding my search. Provided clear information regarding the distinction between mattress types. Gave me time to try them out. No pressure. Explained the warranty as well as the 120 day trial period. I decided to purchase a mattress today instead of shopping around. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only person who made me uncomfortable was a guy standing near the check out area. He watched and appeared to be listening, however when I looked at him directly he avoided eye contact, walked away momentarily then came on another side of the check out area while we were completing the sales paperwork. I felt like my transaction was being scrutinized. He wasnt watching the other sales staff with their customers as intently.

No pressure salesperson whose name was Dan (manager). Greeted me within a minute and never followed me around. Was knowledgeable about sleep patterns on a physical level. I was able to use protected pillows to learn how I should sleep vs how I am currently sleeping. Picked out what (to me) was a great mattress for my sleep style. All things explained during purchase. A pretty laid back experience.

Kevin was the associate who helped us. Told him what I was looking for showed me three different mattresses tried each one was very happy with his recommendations. What I liked best Kevin wasn’t pushy about making the sale answer all my questions and gave my time to make up my mind .

This was truly a one stop shop for me and my wife today. Phil St Germain met us after we were in the store for about a minute. We let him know this was our first time there and he asked several questions about our likes and dislikes and he showed us several mattresses and explained their differences and was very informative. Phil seemed very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and made us feel very comfortable right away. We bought the mattress, box springs, frame, sheets, covers and pillows. Thanks Phil for making us feel very confident, and comfortable with the products we bought.

We first went to a Sleep Number store but we were told that it would be at least 45 minutes before we could be seen. They did not allow anyone to just come in and look. They said to go do some shopping and they will text us when they were ready. So, we went to Denver Mattress to do our shopping as recommended. We were greeted by Kelly and was given a tour of several beds. We found a great bed at a great price and delivery is in a couple of weeks.The bed was SO comfortable and Kelly was an awesome salesman so we are going back tomorrow to purchase another bed for my wifes father!!!

I ordered a pillow on this date. I got a phone call saying you had the pillow. Could not pi k up before October 6 2021. Went to pick up and first, employee did not want to help me. ?second, he said pillow had not yet arrived. When I asked when it would be in, his response, maybe next week. My suggestion would be get some honest, and trained people .Rather than just any body.Very angry customer. We, also, receive incorrect ADJUSTABLE BED, Earlier this year.Was tired of having to waste a day sitting and waiting for the delivery, and having your guys on my home multiple times.Cindi Simpson.

The one sheet set not in house will be delivered for free directly to our home. We have purchased all of our sheets for our California King here. When it came time to update the other sheets in our home headed here for high quality, soft sheets.

Bottom of the actual mattress has a huge hole and I dycked taped the hole bc I didnt want to go all the way out to Lakewood to retrieve just a mattress. I will say, Glenn was a nice person. We had a wonderful experience at Denver Mattress today purchasing two different mattresses for our home. The salesman did a wonderful job explaining the mattresses, the warranty& delivery. We really appreciated the fact he wanted to schedule delivery soon! We had been to 4 other mattress stores and after extensive research opted to return to Denver Mattress for our purchases. Delivery will occur this week so we are hoping for another good experience.

Real CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We showed up 10 mins before the store opened and Kelley called us back to the door and let us start shopping. Ive never had a retailer do this they usually sit inside and watch you until the clock strikes 12. Then he listened to our needs and frustrations that we recently had with another retailer. Have always liked the Denver Mattress and the products they sell but the wait time of 5 weeks for a mattress is a bit long for my taste. Just a little shorter would be better.

He was very informative on the products and while he informed us of the differences of from one brand to the next, he did not try to push us in a different direction from what we wanted to look at. He also took social queue’s very well for when we wanted to talk amongst ourselves for a while.For the Purple brand mattresses, the prices at the stores are the same that you find online. Usually I’m a “I can find a better deal online” person. But there was no need for that this time.Over all it was a good experience.

Worked with Kevin and he was fantastic… even 3 weeks later when I changed my mind and choose a different bed! Lead time is long due to Covid and material shortages so I haven’t received my bed yet but can’t wait!!
