I had a CBD pen battery break on me and the guy and his cousin who own and operate the shop both swapped it out for me for free (Tsunami brand only) and then taught me how to use the new one to ensure that it has a long operating life. I’ve been coming here for four years but my experience today was so good I wrote this review on the way home. Very nice and understanding people and I’ll be back soon.

Love this place! Awesome staff, excellent prices, wide selection, and they tell you the truth about a products prefomence. They give points and discounts. Bought new vapes for my wife and I and the Proprietor was honest about the battery life and was willing to open a box to sell me the pods out of it. If you are a vaper I highly recommend this store.

Loved this place! They have a huge selection and the owner is super knowledgeable about everything he sells and friendly. Found out that from other vape shops I have been going to have been giving me clone pods which is why they barely lastme a week. ATX1 will definitely be seeing me again and will be my number 1 shop to go to for pods and going to try out their juice next time I go.

Honestly this is a really great place. Its a locally owned family business (think a bodega smoke shop) and the guy who runs it - Tony - is really great. Go here over BC or planet K.

I just had the worst experience I’ve had in a while. The young child of the woman working the cash register bent my sunglasses backwards when I put them on the counter to pay. I asked them nicely to pay to pay for them but they declined. I’m out $50 and won’t be visiting this store again.

The service here was great they had everything I was looking for and more prices are very fair as well. I wish there was more than five stars because I give them 10 out of 10

Really great place, I’m not really knowledgeable about vape stuff, but I had broke the glass on my tank and went there at around 10:30 PM. Instead of just selling me a whole new tank like I asked (which would have been more expensive for me and easier for him) Tony took a look at it and got me a brand new better glass, installed it for me, and took time to talk with me and let me know everything else they offer. Instead of brushing me off and doing what was easy, Tony helped me out and went above and beyond what I would expect someone to do. For that I’ll only shop here from now on, and will tell my friends to do the same.

What can I say, I LOVE ATX1 smoke shop.. I am somewhat of a smoke shop stickler and these folks kick a$$. Tony is your man, he will take care of you from greeting you at the door, helping you make an informed decision and get you not only the best product to suit your needs, but the best product within your budget as well. I have gone in with $20 and he found something for me that was quality and treated me the same as the next man buying a $300 rig!! I’m not kidding customer service and selection is unmatched. Wanted to post with no stars. DO NOT - I repeat, NOT frequent this establishment. I have no quarrel with their need to do business. I do have a quarrel with the $150 boot put on my son’s truck I was using to move when I parked there to get a taco. Nice not to have to squeeze in between cars to park that large Texas vehicle. I may be a bit near-sighted ( I admit I qualify easily as a senior citizen) and did not notice the signs ON THE BUILDING. Bought some papers in the shop on my way back, and then saw the boot. Can anyone you know pony up that kind of money without real pain involved? Student, parent, fixed income senior, and so on? Callous grab for cash.Move on to the next store, buy on-line, borrow from a friend. Do whatever it takes to help them wither and die on the vine. Bad business practices, bad karma. Don’t be a part of it. Return my money and repair your karma. Check out Kayleigh’s and other’s reviews further on to verify.Don’t give me your sad sack apologies about my experience - offer to make this right and I will give you public credit for doing so.

They have SUCH a good inventory and so many amazing pieces of glassware that are surprisingly cheap for how good of quality they are! They have tons of different papers and rillo types, like probably the biggest variety I’ve ever seen in a smoke shop!! I come here every time I need any vape or smoking supplies and the staff is always extremely nice and helpful!! Definitely would recommend for anyone who needs odds and ends supplies for smoking!

Randomly stopped by here after grabbing a bite next door, and the sales woman was SOOO friendly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products on hand and helped find a super cute new pink piece of glass!

Visited Austin and stopped by this shop. They were very helpful people and the store had a very nice selection of products. I cant personally speak to any booting issues as I didnt encounter that but I wish that I had them a bit closer to home.

I came here to buy a prop for a play I am doing. My friend was driving. He parked in front of the shop. He took one of three completely empty spots. We go in, make our purchase, and leave. We had placed a to-go order with the Torchys next door. We popped into Torchys to pick up the order and left. We came to his car to find that he had a boot on his car. This shop pays someone to sit in one of their parking spots to monitor their parking spots. I understand it would be wrong to park here and not frequent the shop. We explained to the man that we made a purchase at the smoke shop and had only been on the premise for less than a half an hour.He did not care. He had watched us leave and made no mention of the fact that they dont allow you to go to another shop in the same complex. It cost $150 to get the boot off of the car. I have never heard of having to move your car when going to more than one business in a strip mall. This is outrageous.We are fighting this charge but I encourage everyone to boycott this shop. They care more about guarding their completely empty parking spaces than they do about their customers. There are plenty of other shops in town. Take your business to a place that cares about you.

I stopped into this store and was looking for some vape juice (and bought a pack of cigarettes) and they were nice enough in the store but then when I went outside, i noticed that my car had been booted. I went back in the store to ask if there was anything they could do to help me and they told me that they dont have any control over the booting company who sit outside in the parking lot and apparently very quickly stick a boot on peoples cars. I was in a hurry to get somewhere and I just went and paid the $150 because i needed to be somewhere but then I called the store to see if there was anything they could do to help me to get my $150 back and they wouldnt help me. So be careful when you shop here (dont) because youre going to pay way more for that pack of smokes than you ever have and theres a racketeering project happening in the parking lot. This store should be closed down for letting this happen to paying customers.

Came into this shop to check out their shisha selection at the recommendation of another smoke shop on The Drag. I was not disappointed! Amazing selection of import shisha. Literally the best I’ve found in Austin. The owner was awesome. I purchased a couple of tins of shisha and heading back to get, yet another hookah this weekend.
