Came here a while back but still wanted to write a review for how great the people working here were. When I first walked in I was immediately asked if I needed any help, but already knew what I needed so my visit was pretty short. The guy at the register cleaned, sanitized, and wrapped my pipe up in front of me perfectly, the first smoke shop I’ve been to that’s actually done this. Definitely recommend this place, these guys are awesome!

Selling fake airbars - coconut grove. Wont return my money even though its obvious fake/wrong flavor. Even admitted to having other customers complain about the same thing. If theyre fake then why are you selling them? You dont know whats in this juice.

One of your employees was behaving frantically when I stopped by the shop today. You have the word chill in your shop name; make it your mantra and chill. No one wants to go into a smoke shop and be on the receiving end of a panicky employee. The other two employees were clearly noticing this lady bugging out.

Good selection of Grav. Seems there is always something new. Store is super clean and organized for a quick in and out purchase. Been going there since they opened and will keep going back.

I bought hookah friday overnight the bowl was cracked which was a defective.. I went to the shop to get exchange but the manger would not even help us. The worst customer service!!! I spend $100 for an item that was defective.

Very misleading name, you can neither smoke nor chill inside... JK!!!! The staff is always super kind and helpful, and they have a large selection of products that are reasonably priced. Never had a bad experience here. They have a bunch of cool lighters, I bought one that has a neat skull on it.

This location is not accessible or disability friendly. My wheelchair wouldn’t even fit through the door and the staff saw me struggling and did not make a move to help or get the other side of the door that was locked open. I left without even being able to get in the door.

If you cant find it here, they can find it for you. I highly recommend...

Great place to buy a humidifier for cigars and cigars

This place has the best prices on the utensils to facilitate the preparation, enjoyment, and clean up of your next herbal adventure. There is a bountiful trove of pieces from local artist as well as the big name brands. The staff is always cool and happy to help with questions &/or to show you an item. Its the only place that I will spend my dollars.

Such a terrible place to shop at. Been going here since February and I bought 3 Novo 2 pods last week. One didn’t even register and the other two were burnt in the first few hours. Called them and they said “I mean I can give you like a 10% discount” you’re a joke my guy.

Hands down this is my goto place for all of my smoking needs. Really nice and helpful staff - the bearded dude rocks! The store itself is well lit, clean and professional. I never feel shady coming into this shop!!

So most head shops are kinda known for bad customer service, but not this one! I mean wow! First off I walked in 3 min to close and was greeted by 2 of the chillers nicest helpful people in an customer exsperiance anywhere. I didnt catch their names because it was... well past close . I drove past Happy Cloud even tho there was little time . Just because I refuse to shop while being abused. The other shop was already closed even tho it was 15 min before closing. So whoevers you are that was working tonight... I want your boss and the city of Austin to know your the jam! Shop here! Drive from wherever! You will not be disapointed:)

This is a very comforting yet professional place, it is now the only shop I got to, not only the clean, happy, well set up shop but also the well informed and helpful staff. They never fall from meeting above my expectations. Chris helped me and I have to say he really was well educated on the products there, he was professional and really showed respect for customers and the business. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the staff there, they are all just as well informed and so very helpful about anything you have questions about. Im always blown away about how helful and well informed the staff is. I recommend this shop, they are well stocked, well trained and above all about customer service which is lacking a fair amount of businesses these days.

Horrible customer service!!!!First of all let me say that I will no longer be shopping at smoke n chill on Burnet rd .I live in Round Rock and would faithfully drive 20 plus miles to get all my smoking accessories. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them, it may not sound like much but when you recommend this store to everyone I know that starts adding up. Anyways, I purchased a vape pen, and had a manufacturer defect, so I went back to see if they could help. The guys that worked there didnt really seem to care about my problem, so that right of the bat didnt sit well with me. They called there boss Ali who I believe owns the business and he said that there is nothing he can do for me because it was 15 days ago when it was purchased, and they have a 14 day return policy . (Which BTW seems like a make up as you policy). I simply wanted to pay the difference for a better tank, its not like I wanted money back or anything like that. I own a small business here in town as well and if I treated my customers like these guys do, I wont be in business very much longer. Needless to say I urge you to consider another place like BC smoke shop on Guadalupe. Besides these guys have a lot of older stuff and have a hard time keeping up with the trends and new technology . Its probably because the owner doesnt really care about his customers and rather let profit be his motivation. Go somewhere else!!!!

I’m in this store every 2-3 days and they have been out of a lot of products for over a month they did have a smaller amount of this product I asked if they could give me a deal since they have been out for awhile I spend a lot of money in this store the answer I got was we can take a 1.00 off each package which wasn’t a good deal I would’ve paid more and got less 🙄 seriously? That’s ok I have a lot of friends that also shop here I will make sure they know what great customer service I received from the manager of the store NOT! Very dumb Mr. Manager very dumb..when I say I spend a lot of money I mean 600.00 a month...guess I will order directly from the supplier..oh yeah they have a point system you need to earn points each visit and you can earn 5.00-10.00 off well it use to be you get to 100 points you would get 5.00 off and wouldn’t you know it when they started having less of the products I wanted the point system went up to you must have 200 points . Seems to me they are trying to get rid of old product. I will say that the employees have always been very kind to me and I realize it’s not your fault thank you guys

Awful service, called ahead of time to check and see if they had an item in stock. Lady at the store confirmed they had the item. Drove all the way up to the store and they didn’t have the item. Lady didn’t even check when I called in and asked rather had me drive all the way up there to just waste my time and money for gas.

Super chill, just like the name says. my experience was awesome!the dude working in the morning/afternoon was super informative and very chill. not a stuck-up jerk with a superiority complex, like you will find at some of the guys @ other headshops.i was even short a few cents on getting back a whole dollar, so he pulled out some of his own change from his pocket. i totally just used that dollar and another for his tip jar.

The staff here is so nice, helpful, and very honest. I left my debit card here once, and after I picked it up I ran into a worker at the convenience store next door who recognized me and made sure I got it back and told me that they had tried to get in contact with me. The glass selection is decent - nothing crazy, but really affordable. A large selection of Kratom/vape supplies and a big humidor.

The staff was so helpful in finding me everything I needed to make my wifes day amazing yall are great never change cant qait to go back

The store itself is awesome and most of the people in there are dope as all get out but theres one super skinny red haired chick thats always working in there and shes always got the biggest attitude and instead of educating you on what youre asking for she just tries everything in her power to make you feel stupid. I go into this location all the time and its always the same thing with her . Its uncomfortable enough to make me not want to bring my vape pen in to be fixed for fear that i would be dealing with her and her attitude. I love this location but every encounter with her is one step closer to me not wanting to go back

Never opens on time. I usually wait to take a break around 10am to hit this place up. But, a handful or times...(lets be real) they are never open at 10am. Maybe 10:01, 10:05, 10:09, 10:10? jeez its now 10:15. i have been here 10 minutes, and still no one is even inside. Its time to stop coming to the smoke-n-chill. Cause, I am not chill, just upset that if your buisness says OPEN 10am to 11pm...then be open for people who go out of thier way to stop at your store. Go figure its now 10:21...finally he shows up. But, wont let me in. He says give me 5 minutes. Seriously? Yeah...See my ass leaving down the street

My regular smoke shop, every single employee is knowledable and extremely friendly. Large selection of kratom, rolling papers/blunts, glass ware, and vape supplies. Also a whole case dedicated to CBD products like gummies, JUUL pods, and pen cartridges. They even have a walk in humidity controlled cigar room. Fair prices as well, check em out.

I give this place five stars, because its obviously well organized, well-stocked, clean and well taken care of but the number one reason that I was so impressed with the place and that Im actually taking the time to do a review, is the STAFF were so awesome that they made my day and have had me still telling people how great they are a week later... So yeah. I went in there a week ago curious about Kratom and essential oils, but mostly for tattoo supplies. I will had low expectations because smoke shops rarely (never) have quality Goods or professional equipment. But Smoke&Chill not only had top quality tattoo products, they had variety, and were well-stocked on everything. I was more than impressed, I was overjoyed. And Im not the kind of person who enjoys shopping or writes a review unless there was something that really standsout about a place. And I would have been impressed by the products, amazingly enough it was the two people running the place that day that really blew me away. I came into the store Feeling lost and overwhelmed. I asked a a guy named KAYNE for some help. Although he was busy, he stopped what he was doing, and gave me his full attention and answered all 50+? Of the questions I had about everything. He even insisted on calling the main manager to answer the questions that he didnt know himself. I was kind of embarrassed and would have normally felt stupid wanting to know so much about everything but he made me feel so welcome and like it was important to him that my needs were met and all my questions were answered. It was a rare pleasant experience in what I find to be an increasingly less friendly service industry world. His help was so good in fact, that I spent well over $100 more than I had planned to spend walking in the door. LOL His coworker was awesome too and Im definitely going back and I cant recommend this place enough now. Thank you so much Kayne and smoke and chill, and Im going to be hitting you up every time I come through Austin!

The dummy behind the counter sold me CBD oil he said was a tincture - it was for vape. I asked him twice are you sure this a tincture? And he acted confident enough to sell me $54 dollar POS I cant even use. Okay selection but wouldnt be my first choice in a smoke shop... buyer beware

1. These guys sold us a severely cracked hookah. It lasted less than a week, and I almost cut myself when it literally fell apart in my hands washing it.2. We had two separate employees tell us to bring it in for a manager to look at (who is only there 9-5 certain days). So I took time off work to go talk to the manager, who instantly said Its not our policy to do returns or exchanges. Which is fine I guess, but why waste my time telling me to come back in?The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because theyve always been fairly nice guys. But I think Ill stick to one of the other local businesses. One with a return/exchange policy when they sell someone damaged goods.

Horrible people, HUGE scam. Quite literally the biggest rip off in all of Austin, went in to buy a pack of 20 Coco Nara coals, they tried to charge me 10 dollars haha Ive paid less at actually hookah bars for coals. Would never suggest anyone to go there.

Sold me a defective water pipe and then told me its not there fault because they order them from a vender and dont make them. They wouldnt let me exchange it for my second choice instead gave me 15% off the nail. Whenever I would try to get a word in one out of the four employees would repeatedly say its not there fault

This place will not allow me to use my credit card without my ID so I shopped for close at 45 minutes and then was denied access to use my money at their location
