Best cigar lounge in Austin- bar none. Their humidor selection is plentiful (with proper humidity and temperature) and their lounge area has the best ventilation system I have seen. No matter where you live in the city, Casa de Montecristo is worth the drive.

Great place to enjoy a cigar. The guys are very knowledgeable and helpful with selecting something new to try. Its like a cheers cigar shop with nice ambience.

We had an amazing experience at Casa de Montecristo! The staff; Geoff, Dan, Jim, and Brad were extremely knowledgeable and had a hospitality-centric focus to their customers. The property itself had a wide selection of premium cigars at a great value, comfortable seating, T.V.s visible from most angles, a wide variety of beverages, and a first class ventilation system. I truly cannot say enough about how great this place was!

Staff answered all of my questions and helped me make selections. I was there to buy a gift for a cigar lover. The gift was a big hit!

The environment was very inviting. The particular night I visited appeared to be the venue for a gathering of individuals which contributed to a highly energetic atmosphere for the evening. Despite the volume, it was still a great time to be had with my business associates.Recommendations and assistance are available from the staff. Theyre very knowledgeable and courteous. Their selection was top notch. However, they charge for bringing in your own supply. So if you prefer your cigars to be aged and humidified to your preference, be aware of this rule.

Love this place. Im not a cigar expert by any means, which is why its super helpful to get advice from one of the super knowledgeable people there. Their selection is really big and this used to be one of my go to hang out spots with boys pre covid. The couches are super comfy!

Very nice humidor & clean/open lounge areas. Newly opened & they are still working things out. At this time they are BYOB, but waiting for decision on liquor service.Id like to see a traditional members lounge, but I dont see the space for something like that there. Coming from Chicago, Id expected to see something similar. I had this idea that all of the CdMs would be similarly designed, I dont know why I thought this, but I did.Still a very nice place to buy, smoke & hang-out! Very nice staff, as well.

These guys welcome you in with open arms, and true southern hospitality. Then you walk in, they direct you with firm knowledge, and you get the nicest experience shopping for your favorite specialty cigar one could possibly get. 5 stars for these gentlemen

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent collection in humidor. But the lounge is the real star here. Spacious, plenty of comfortable couches, and amazing smoke eaters. Their air management system is top notch.

While they did not have what I was looking for (pipe tobacco) the staff was friendly and informed where I could get this. The interior is nicely decorated and they have a large selection of cigars as well as a lounge.

Fist time at a cigar shop and me and my husband had a great time. Jim (Instagram @cigarconsultant) walked us through and helped us pick cigars perfect for us. We sat down, enjoyed our cigar with some delicious coffee, and just relaxed in the atmosphere of Casa de Montecristo. We will definately be back when coming to visit Austin.

Big location, good selection, looked like a full bar is going in at the time I went. They seem to close early on Sundays which caught me off guard (5pm).
