The curly haired guy behind the counter tried to sell me the most expensive e cigarette they had and laughed at me when I went with the less expensive option. Then when it didnt work I asked for him to switch it out which they usually do at the other locations and he refused. He never once mentioned this stores policy was different. Id personally never return to this store again, it gives the other smoke n chill stores a bad name.

Love this smoke shop before and after I started working here, only one I’ll go to because It’s one of the very few shops that have literally EVERYTHING you’ll need. I definitely recommend this store, we get awesome new stuff in all the time.

Inviting shop with friendly knowledgeable staff

If I could give no stars I would!I went in 20 mins before closing to get a e-cig my friend had recommended to me. When I was greeted I told the guy I was looking for a Novo X and he just tells me Novos are down there and sourins are below it. I ended up getting a Novo 3 for $50 dollars... After getting in my car and seeing that the one he sold me had already been opened I decided to look up the instructions on Google. Thats when I found they retail online for $19 dollars... He also tried to sneak in some more expensive juice that I had not agreed with luckily I saw it and told him to switch it out for the $20 dollar one.NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS OVERPRICED STORE AGAIN

It is rare to find such genuine customer service in a smoke shop. Faust was more than happy to help me and went above and beyond her Call of Duty as a customer service rep at this establishment. She spent quite a bit of time making sure I had the exact piece of equipment I needed and without her undivided attention towards my needs as the customer, I could not have come out with the more than excellent results that I came out with... The young lady that works here is very helpful, the other guy that works here doesnt have the best customer service skills, but overall a good lil place, decent prices

Great selection of kratom and a lot of CBD products. Nicotine products are expensive. If you get a vape, open it and check it while still in the store. If you walk out with it and the thing doesnt work, they wont refund or exchange. They are dog friendly, and the girl that works there during the day shift is really nice and helpful. Overall, a MUCH better experience and prices than planet k and some other shops, at least for kratom. They also carry the Bob Marley signature line of pipes, but theres a little price markup on those items compared to online. This is my go-to shop.

Good shop, good selection, but I feel rushed when I visit these chains

Smoke N Chill is my preferred neighborhood shop for 420 lifestyle needs. I dont smoke the wacky tobacky these days but I do enjoy kratom as a mood stabilizer and anti-inflammatory. They have a good selection of everything that they stock (kratom included) especially considering that its a pretty small space. They use it efficiently. CBD, cigarettes (including cloves), tons of glassware, sage smudge sticks and incense, and all sorts of other interesting items are there as well as a well stocked soda fridge with things like relaxation beverages, CBD infused drinks, etc.The thing that brings me back, however, is the staff. They are all super chill and funny and friendly. Most of all, the girl with the glasses and dyed hair whos name Ive never actually bothered to learn. Sorry about that but if youre reading, you make that shop what it is!

Lots of product to choose from and very helpful staff

Ive been shopping here at this location for a couple of years. I spend a lot of money in this shop on my vape supplies and smoking needs. Recently Ive been noticing the vape juice I buy has been expired, this had been for my past 4 purchases.I went in to pick up some juice about 5-10mins before they closed, I was thinking alright cool Ill be in and out no problem! The employee greeted me with Hey dude you got about 2 mins to pick something before we close great way to greet a paying customer. I let it roll of my back maybe the dudes had a bad day. I was polite and out of his hair in less, than the 2 mins he allowed me.I went on today and the same guy was there, he got up from the stool and had zero enthusiasm to help me, and was completely disinterested in me and my attempt to purchase more expired vape juice. So much so, Im curious why hes working here still. All the other employees seem to show me the utmost care and service.Ive been working in the customer service industry for over a decade, this guy seems to to have a pattern, every time Ive interacted with him its been terrible. Anyways, he asked me to get my ID, which no one in that store has ever asked me for since I started shopping there since I come in so often, they know who I am and how old I am, and they know my name and the card I use, it never changes.I got my ID came back in and asked him why hes making things so tough for me? I spend so much here and you know who I am, why dude? Which he replied he has rules to follow and blah blah I just left.I called their other location to try and submit a complaint to the owner and talk to him about this, they took my number down and said he would call me, he never did. More good service. :(I wont be shopping at a smoke and chill store again.Im pretty frustrated with their staff and the inconsistenty, follow the rules or dont but dont flip flop, Ill just go to planet k or a real vape shop. Atleast they will be more polite than this guy. I ended up going over to planet k where I made a purchase on non expired vape juice and had a awesome conversation with a employee about his motorcycle! 😁Keep this in mind when buying or dealing with that staff member. Hes, got a blue bandana for his mask, has glasses and long brown curly hair.

The dude working helped me pick out some lovely cigars with notes of vanilla for my partners. He also cut them and gave me matches to light them with. Really helpful definitely stopping by next time I need to get them some smokes.

Disrespectful staff, I asked for a swap for the exact same ejuice because when I got home the one they sold me was already opened and had leaked everywhere!!! After calling to explain the situation I was told I could come in to do some form of exchange. When I came in the next day (because I live across town) the guy working was a complete jerk about it and treated me like I was lying and just trying to get away with something WHEN I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR AN EVEN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME ITEM JUST UNOPENED!!!! I will never shop here again!

Usually a good place to go. They tend to randomly close well before their post to time. Just recently stopped by 15 to 20 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors and ignored me and three other customers standing outside knocking on the door. I guess their management thinks they are bringing in enough money to turn away three or four paying customers.I’d recommend going to Planet K a block south on 183.

Decent selection and clean shop but please dont bombard me with politics while I am shopping. One of clerks tried to stop me from buying a product because the company endorsed a certain political party. Not cool.

Save your money!!They sold me $100 worth of faulty products and pretended that its the company policy that I cannot return them and that applies everywhere. NOT TRUE! Other vape shops are cheaper, have more options and they have 10 business days return or replace policy.Awful experience all in all.

Almost hurts my feelings to write this because the sales associates was so cool. However, service goes a long way with an establishment and this establishment was certainly lacking in that department. One of the sales associates attempted to sell e-juice that was expired. Another associate negated to box my 100 + dollar purchase. And then I get home only to find that the battery was not in my device making it a grand total of three times I had to return to that area on Burnet Road. Again, the sales associates were very nice, but if I had to give constructive criticism on the business, I would tell them to take this as a learning experience and to always Ensure to provide customers with the best possible service.

Absolutely the best smoke shop in Austin! Huge selection of Kratom and CBD products as well as glass and vape products. Staff super cool and remembers you when you come back. Manager (owner?) is just the nicest guy on earth. I moved out of Austin recently, but I only come to this location and this smoke shop. Kratom has been a Godsend for me and I genuinely like the employees there. Super friendly, super knowledgeable.

Very nice before i bought my smok and atomizer.My default atomizer was leaking after 3 days after use.Staff tells me that default atomizer dont last that long.You would think they would tell you that before you spend $150 dollars. Dont be nice before a purchase and rude after customer spends there money. Thats Fake!!!!!!

Horrible product broken and leaking. The charging light stays on and after full night charging .battery is gone after 3 minutes of use. This is the second product i bought from here and it broke. Visited them twice and they refuse to replace it
