Dr. Azhadi is so awesome. He is friendly and kind and has all of the newest and best equipment. He is thorough, yet fast. And all of my prescriptions are always perfect the first time around, unlike other eye exams I have had in other chain locations. I will never go anywhere else.

Be prepared to communicate about your appointment by text. In my opinion, the phone conversation should still be standard and then a text option can be specified. I expect texting might be a relief and welcome for many people. I did get in and out amazingly fast and my prescriptions are better than they have been in years.

This clinic is fantastic!! They provided the most thorough exam that I have ever received. (Y all, they showed me the inside of my eye.) You really cant beat that. Ive been going to Freedom Eye Care since I moved to Austin in 2016 and could not think more highly of Dr Soroush and his team.Three yrs ago I gaughed a deep tunnel in my pupil that sent me to the ER on Easter Sunday.Yikes,they did very little to help.On Monday I saw Dr Soroush and every day after that for 2 weeks.He did multiple things to my eye and prescribed different drops at different intervals of the healing process.All came out beautifully.He is just a fun, energetic person to be around.I wouldnt trust my eyesight to anyone else.

Our family has been going to Freedom Eye Care for many years and they do a great job. They did a fantastic job navigating the pandemic and still keeping my kids in contacts and glasses.

I was able to get in for an appointment the day after I reached out. They still arent taking voice calls due to COVID, but they communicated very quickly and clearly via text. They also were able to change my appointment to a later time of day when something came up in my schedule.Dr. Azadi was clear and explained the eye and vision problems well. All of the staff were friendly and gracious. Overall, it was a positive experience!The only thing to be aware of is that they will require you to do $39 retinal imaging, even if youre not at high risk for anything that it screens for (like diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration); in my experience, this has always been an optional screening at other providers.

I felt like for the first time I was dedicated the time and attention I really needed to pick a great pair of frames that fit my face. I left very happy. Pricey but worth the investment and the the dr was very good at explaining everything, and working with my budget for my expensive rxs. Very happy and extremely grateful. I will definitely return! Soroush and Team are great! Very friendly and accommodating. I have keratoconus, which requires custom fit scleral lenses. I am always quite the challenge or any eye doctor. We went though a few trial and error fittings, several vision tests, etc. to get settled in on the right lens. This is usually expected and he was always striving to get it just right each time. Ended up happy with my lenses and will be back next year. Thanks Team- D.

Very friendly staff. We recently suffered a fire that took our home, business, one man, and 3 dogs. It was very comforting to walk into this place of business and not be insulted because of the black soot still lingering on our hands. Great experience picking up my new glasses, from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and didn’t have to wait much. Once I was seen, the good service just kept coming, giving me a range of options for the future and asking if I had anymore needs or questions. Telling me that if I needed any adjustments to just stop by and they would do them on the spot, other than replacing the lenses.
