All of the people we worked with were so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how clean they kept everything and how safe they made us feel with all that’s going on. We got four pairs of glasses thanks to their large selection, from sunglasses to regular glasses to sports glasses, and all four arrived in great shape and on time. And maybe the best part was that they offered curbside delivery, so I was able to call ahead to let them know I was coming and squeeze both pickups in between other errands! The experience was friendly, safe & fast, with excellent products and quality, and amazing convenience. I’ve basically stopped going to the other glasses store in the area. Highly recommend.

Myra was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The wait was longer than expected but both techs were working efficiently.

Mayra is great and has helped me several times.Unfortunately this place is associated with a revolving door of optometrists next door managed by staff with an even higher turnover rate and therefore zero continuity of care. Visionworks at the Galleria is terribly understaffed and while I am grateful the numerous phone calls are not answered when I am there, I can’t help but think of being the person calling and wondering why no one answers the phone. Hire more people or pay them more so they don’t leave.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I left glasses to be repaired and was told to call them when I was on my way to pick them up. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes. I went ahead and drove over, and the door was locked at 1:00 in the afternoon. Hours are 11-6. I found out from the doctor next door they closed for lunch for an hour until 2:00. No sign indicting this. Finally got my glasses, but it was a 2 hour chunk of my day.

Buyer beware!I have been a longtime customer and have been pleased with the selections and service. However, the Hill Country Galleria location has destroyed that belief. I purchased two pair of glasses, one pair came in very quickly. The second pair was another story. The store never kept me informed on the status, I had to initiate every communication. After a month of delays that ranged from “the glasses got broke, to the glasses are being tinted or finalized at the lab” I asked if I could just get a different pair. They agreed and I selected a pair of Ray Bans. Well needless to say, the same thing happened again. The management at this location is horrible and has zero aptitude when it comes to customer service. They agreed to provide me a refund, however, the insurance portion of the transaction would take about 30 days, meaning I would not get my glasses for this year. Once again they couldnt care less, their response from the corporate customer service was “it is your insurance companies fault that is takes 30 days.” The local management acknowledged zero responsibilities for the two month delay.

Recently had to get some glasses and man what a great store to get the at. I was in and out quickly but didn’t feel rushed. Bailey helped me out and what a great guy. From start to finish he was professional and seemed to always be on my side. Now I can see again! Thanks guys!

Reggie was very friendly and quickly assisted with getting my past pair of glasses adjusted. Both were very profession, patient, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend checking out Visonworks (tons of frame options) and working with Baily or Reggie.

Great place for glasses and contacts. My entire family of five wears glasses and or/contacts and we have been going here for many years. The service is always great. Lala and Gina are wonderful and always help you pick out the best glasses for your face. They are always honest and I trust their opinions. If you cant find something you like, they search the inventory and always find something you missed. Every time I walk in, they know my name and have a big hello for us. The selection is huge, something for everyone, and they always have great promotions. Only place I would go for glasses in the area.

This was my first time visiting Visionworks and I was very impressed with the selection. Bailey took what I thought was going to be a difficult experience and made choosing my new pair of glasses very enjoyable. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Extremely friendly staff who knows their stuff! Excellent at frame styling and they keep it real with what frames and lens options work best for your prescription. Best part is they are super affordable even with high end brands! Cant recommend them enough! Go see LaLa and Gina soon!

Great experience with the doctor. She was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. I going to have all of my family see Dr Sitton! So convenient to see the doctor and then walk next door and have thousands of brand name frames to choose from.

When I first stepped into the store I didnt think I could figure it all out... Gina helped me navigate through it all and made it so easy. I found not one but two cool pairs of glasses!

This place is a nightmare. They took no initiative in figuring out which insurance I had. Told me I had no coverage except for a discount on frames. I spent an hour at the store on the phone my insurance company and the salespeople still couldn’t figure it out but more importantly they were making no effort at all. Take your business somewhere else.

I have used them for years and I had a chip in my glasses and paid $234.00 to replace new lences ones (No new frames)and I asked for cleaning colth and was told they dont give them for free.
