As far as large eyeglass shops go this one is quite good. Not much of a selection for sunglasses (outside of high-end/pricey ones) but solid options for glasses. It’s owned by VSP so VSP insurance goes a long way here in my opinion.Their staff is good and Hope really stands out; she was a treat to work with and really took the time to ensure we were happy with the fit on our frames.

Okay I won’t lie, I’m used to going to really high end places so I didn’t know what to expect when we chose to go with what our insurance covered as in networks providers. I was pleasantly surprised just how nice our experience was. Tanya is the optometrist assistant and was so kind to my daughter and praised her constantly, making her feel so welcomed. Dr. Nadia and the staff were also sweet.Then on the glasses end Hope was AMAZING, my daughter asked for a million questions and she answered them with such love and care I was astonished. One of the best experiences. Will recommend to everyone.

I rarely ever leave reviews. The staff here is absolutely fantastic! I had an issue with my prescription months after getting my glasses and they fixed them for free and were super kind about it. They genuinely care about making your experience the best possible and I recommend everyone who needs glasses to come here.

I purchased prescription sunglasses from here without comparing the prices online or at other stores. I purchased c111s frame couple weeks back for which they took $200 and only to my regret today I found that the frame is available at $150 or less at other stores as well as online.My bad that I should have compared before purchasing it but they should also not overcharge customers. Probably won’t be going here again.

I traveled all the way from Kyle, Texas to this place because it was pretty much the only place open with available appointments next to the optometrist. Let me tell you that I will definitely be traveling every year here to get my contacts and glasses. I went in on a Saturday around 4pm and they were a little busy, but I waited no more than 10minutes to be attended.Tha associate that attended me was Hope and she was PHENOMENAL! She is so sweet and amazing at her job. She took care of my needs in less than 10 minutes and the quality of service was awesome! Shout out to Daniel for creating such a great team and environment in the store. They take all COVID precautions and sanitize everything between each customer, including pens, glasses, chairs, tables, and taking temperatures!The store takes in a great variety of insurances, they can order pretty much any contact brand and their glasses selection is large! Great place to go, and before you even buy or order anything they can tell you the costs of what you will be getting which is great. I’m making this my store from now on!!

I believe a gentleman named Marcos helped me out and he was awesome! He got made sure I was getting the best possible deal which I always appreciate. My insurance changed this year and this was the closest provider and was completely blown away by their service despite Covid-19 and 2020 in general.Over a a couple visits I met with Beth, Daniel, Damien, and Hope.... all of them took my needs and wishes seriously, rose to the challenges, and performed with stellar service!Highly recommend this place.

Cecilia helped me several weeks ago and made sure my first pair glasses fit just right. I need to bring my second pair by when I get a chance. She is very customer service oriented and I truly hope she is there next time I come by.I did have to return my glasses when they first arrived but the shop immediately sent for replacements that had proper focal point. I recommend this place and suggest that sometimes bifocals are better for some people as opposed to transition lenses.

Amazing shop for prescription glasses and sunglasses. They have huge selection of frames for both Men n Women. JC was awesome in assisting us to choose the frame and also the lenses. He also fixed my Ray Ban Sunglasses which I have been wanting to get fixed for couple years. They have got me as their customer for life now. Gonna make another glasses for my wife as well from there.

I have to write a two-section review.First part is my experience visiting this place. It was very good and easy. The two gentleman were very helpful and informative. Also, they followed all the safety protocols for COVID.Second part is the the visionworks itself. It was my first time having business with them because it was close to my home and I didn’t want to travel far during this COVID. However, I should have checked the prices before going there. The after insurance price for the frame I chose was higher than the initial price in any other places that I’ve checked. I could save money if I had ordered the frame from other places, and get only my lenses from visionworks.I recommend this specific location because of the good costumer service and the knowledgeable people who work there. However, do your research on prices beforehand.

The crew was the most personable I’ve encountered in a while. The manager Jay really goes out of her way to help and make everyone feel welcome, and (I’m not good with names) but the newest staff member was incredible, she spent time to get to know me and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Wonderful experience shopping for glasses! I was greeted when I walked in, yet left to browse their extensive collection on my own. When I had questions about how different styles looked on my face, I felt like the staff gave me honest feedback. I was lucky that I came in when they were having an amazing deal - 50% off everything, so of course I chose two frames instead of just one. I believe I worked with Thomas to check out. I had created a bit of a mess by already purchasing my contacts out of pocket. A year and a half ago I bought progressive transition lenses and glasses from this store. (I spent over $300 per lens plus more for frames.) Today I can barely see through the lenses. I took them to the store and they said the transition film has buckled. Since the lens is over a year old they are unable to do anything for me. They said I must have left them in the heat. I assure you I only take them off to sleep. That is ridiculous! Never in my glass wearing life have I ever had glasses go foggy. (In their words-“have the material buckle”. Especially in a little over a year. I would not recommend buying from any Visionworks store. They use very bad materials and will not stand behind their product!!

The young lady (i didnt catch her name) was super helpful. Very professional. Educated me about how the frame sizes work. No other store did that. Turned out i needed to find an online source for frames that fit properly. Brought them in and JC, the optician, stayed an hour late on a Sunday evening to cut my lenses. 10/10. Very impressive.

Ive been going to this location for a few years now and JC is always a pleasure to deal with. Hes friendly and really takes the time to help you make a well informed decision about your eyewear.

I went in already frustrated because another vision place acted like they were holding my prescription hostage instead of faxing as requested. The staff help me in the most pleasant, and efficient way. The general manager assisted me by contacting my insurance, and getting that cleared along with contacting the other optometrist office I got my exam with. After that, it was a smooth process. I picked out my frames. My insurance paid the rest, and I only had to pay 4 dollars and some change out of pocket. The guy who assisted matter the general machine gave him my information was office. He was very thorough. He explained to me how important it was to have my focal point centered on the lens, which is important because it stops you from having to strain your neck to look at an object until it is in line with the focal point on the lens. Nobody ever assured my focal point was accurate....ever! That explains why all these years I had to look up, or push my glasses up to see certain things. I was beginning to think I needed bifocals. They promised me an hour to make my new specs, and they weren’t lying. I got back, and they were ready! The lady who gave me my glasses told me I looked good In them. All I know is that I am glad I went to this store because they turned a frustrating experience with the previous optometrist to a pleasant one. One more thing...dude was not playing about the focal point. I guess since someone finally corrected my lens I saw a difference immediately, and I got dizzy wearing them the first (5) minutes because for some reason I felt like I was taller than I really am. The new air up there from my new glasses made me feel a little woozy. Everything looked so new ...lol. I am 6’, so I guess I have been missing out on life from not so sharp lenses from my previous eyewear. I guess when your lenses are finally corrected, then you get new experiences too! Love the glasses, and I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for glasses!

I didn’t get any acknowledgement when I walked in. I sat there for 20 minutes while the only person there talked about irrelevant things to another customer. I wouldn’t mind waiting but she didn’t even look in my direction the whole time. I left to find another place with better customer service.

Went into the doctors office Nextdoor..... I presented my child’s insurance card and assumed everything was fine.... it wasn’t, they were out of network.. I didnt know until it was time to pay. My co-pay is normally $5 but when she said $128 for a 6-year olds eye exam I was THOROUGHLY upset. I paid for it, but I questioned the front desk and said, “my co-pay is $5”, to which she responded we don’t take your insurance.....letting me know BEFORE we see the doctor would have allowed me to make an informed decision. But I was not... the doctor herself is why there is two stars and not one... she is AMAZING. She was great with my son as this was his first eye exam. The staff itself left a lot to be desired outside of her.

I went on my lunch break because the screws of my glasses fell out this morning. I had just moved here from New York and was worried they’d give me an issue about the frames being out of state purchased. When I got there the store was fairly busy but the employees made sure to greet me and have me take a seat. I watched them helps the others with smiles on their face. When it came time for me, they discovered my glasses were cracked. Instead of giving me a run around- they replaced them for me on the spot. I was in there for all of a half hour. The employees were beyond kind and nice and talked and laughed with me. It was a great experience. This location is closer to my job than my actual home, but I will absolutely go out of my way to come to this location because of the way I was treated today.

Couldnt be happier with the support and professionalism of this staff, had an issue with another Visionworks on a pair of lenses I had ordered. They corrected my order and were more knowledgeable within the products provided. As someone with terrible vision, I always opt for the thinnest lens offered for my vision, my prescription has not changed much since my last exam so I couldnt understand how my lenses became coke bottles.It wasnt until I came to this VW that they acknowledged i got high definition and not high index as requested.

I went in to get more contact lenses and I didnt realize my prescription was needing to be renewed in a few days. I asked to purchase some contacts because my prescription was not officially up yet and I only ordered about 2 boxes previously since I mostly wear glasses. The manager, Rex, refused to allow me to purchase anything. I let him know that you can normally purchase lenses or even glasses up to the expiration date but he then mouthed off some legal jargon. I then promptly went next door to get my prescription printed. To my surprise from my last eye exam I had a fee left over because the doctor charged me for a medical issue with my eye that I didnt even have. After some haggling, and mentioning of insurance fraud, they willingly took the fee off. I promptly ordered a years supply of lenses from 1-800-contacts. I had no problem at all uploading my printed out prescription and my lenses are already on the way and will get to me in 2 days. Well visionworks...I guess you dont like to make money.

I had a great experience here. My old lenses were scratched up but I liked my current frames. I talked to Jose and he was able to figure out what lenses I had without my prescription, then make new ones and put them in my frames. I didnt even know that was going to be an option. I thought I was at least going to have to go to the eye doctor, and i didnt expect to be able to keep my current frames. I was out of there in less than an hour and it only cost me like $35 with my insurance, but it would have still been reasonable without it. Theres an eye doctor next door, so if you do need to update your prescription, thats an option. I definitely recommend going here for your next pair of glasses.
