What a bunch of liars! BE CAREFUL and STAY AWAY!! They don’t care about you. All the care is getting paid. You’re just a $ sign. They’ll take your money and won’t deliver anything and then if you dare to say you want your money back because they can’t deliver they’ll charge you a ridiculously high “restocking fee” which is pretty much the cost of the door and make money on your back. Save your money go somewhere else. Anywhere else is better! Save yourself!

Overall the doors are nice. I ordered (6) 5x8 double doors and (1) 3x8 door. After a couple of months the single door has warped and is about 3/8 off at the top. The customer service on the other hand gets 1 star! They shipped the doors without the metal strike plate for the top and bottom flush bolts. I called at least 6 times, was told they were ordered twice and, 9 months later, still dont have the strike plates. Unfortunately, they are not a standard size and short of custom making them will have to do without. Very disappointing!

We work with so many suppliers and companies and I’ve never seen such a dishonest disgusting company in all my years in the business.Go somewhere else and thank me later.

Our 10 year old wooden door has been slowly falling apart for some time so we finally dropped in to check out the selection here. We knew we wanted to go fiberglass for better durability and insulation, but we didnt want to get a pre-hung door to avoid cutting out the old frame. The folks here spent a bunch of time with us going through various catalogs and options until we found what we were looking for. We were also able to order the exact dimensions to fit the already existing frame. The new door fit like a glove and looks great, too!

Highly recommended! friendly staff and most of all, excellent service and product quality. Once I placed the order, the door and accessories arrived in few days and the vendor followed up to make sure door was properly installed. .

Ordered a 96 inch tall door. My husband called to confirm the measurements with a customer service rep, and he confirmed the measurements. He advised us that we needed to order the door online which we did. After placing the order my husband called back and spoke with the same guy, to confirm the order went through, and, once again, that the measurements were correct. He confirmed the order was correct, and with our correct measurements. Cut to 4 weeks later and the wrong size door turns up. We dont have another 4 weeks to wait, so we are unfortunately stuck with having to try and make this door work, which is not what we wanted. For the price of this door youd expect to get what you asked for. Very dissapointed, and wont be using them for any future rennovations.

Couldnt be happier, it was an overall great experience. I was able to easily order my door online. Reviewing the pictures on the website, I was able to match up the handing. Before I ordered, I gave the manufacturers specifications, provided on the website, to my contractor to make sure the door was going to fit the opening in my house. After choosing all the upgrades that I wanted, the website clearly stated the time frame that I could expect the door to be prepared prior to shipping. The door arrived well crated without any damage to the door, or even the packing materials. My contractor was able to install without any issues! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent, I will definitely order from Doors4Home again!

I talked to someone very briefly on the phone and the person was so rude to me. Don’t have a national number listed for your business if you’re just going to tell me it’s a national number and you can’t help.

My husband and I wanted a new front door that would update the look of our home and complement the style. I spoke with Steven at Doors4Home and he was able to pull up images of our home and then email a variety of options to fit our objectives. He made sure the options were compatible with our homes orientation so our new door would withstand the weather conditions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and sincerely cared about our satisfaction throughout the process!

Couldnt Rate worse.Terrible customer service, Ordered a Door and they called me to inform delivery within 3-4 weeks, pass the time frame as I didnt received I sent email to request updates and after 3 days they replied to be delivered for another month.OMG!!! Asked about cancellation they went rude and cancel without any apologies.PAY MORE BUT DONT BUY FROM SCAMMERS.

TERRIBLE. I cannot explain how wretched our dealings with this company have been. Over the last year, they have yet to get a single order correct, nor contact me without me HOUNDING them for a week or more. Every time. Then lies. Lies. Lies. Garbage service. Id give specifics, but there are just too many to even mention..... STAY AWAY.

We bought two sets of pre-hung doors from these guys which were very expensive. Doors were delivered on time and the materials and construction are generally very nice. Both doors had some chips and scrapes and one set (exterior doors) did not come with the weather stripping or even clearance to add weather stripping. I contacted Doors4Home to see if they could help with this and they have been very non-responsive. Ive been blamed for the damage and shipping has been blamed for the damage. I finally got a curt response that they would have someone from the manufacturer check out the doors for us. that was nearly two weeks ago and no further communication. So, generally pretty nice doors, but if youre looking for a company who supports what they sell, maybe keep looking.

Update: Owner contacted us and expedited a replacement door. The height of the bore holes didnt align with the previous ones (off by about 1/2-3/4) so had to have trim carpenter bore new and patch old inside the frame.-----Had a terrible experience with Doors4Home after ordering a beautiful modern front door for a major home addition/renovation project. The first door arrived with the wrong side light and the wrong drilling pattern. They ultimately agreed to send a new door but it took over a month to arrive. When it finally did, it had an ugly bore hole where someone seemingly made a mistake and patched it like it was no big deal. At $2000+ for a door, we are super unhappy with both the product and the service, and plan to write the company directly to see how they plan to address this.I will be glad to update this review should the Doors4Home team actually address the issue.
