HEB has nice people working there most of the time very helpful good food big selection a foods to pick from all the Halloween stuff was so neat and had a big selection to choose from. I just see that up people that work there take up parking that should be for customers.

I feel very fortunate to have found this place. I am from out of State and a Vegetarian. The server guy was very friendly and helpful. The food came out pretty quick, was eye appealing and tasty. The place was clean and our party of four was satisfied with their meal. I will keep this spot in mind for future visits!

Went for flu shot and a little shopping. On line sign up and release form good. Pharmacy a little overwhelmed, I waited 50 minutes even with appt. Staff great.

Great location for us with our move to Austin. Store has great variety and is always stocked. Neat and clean. Employees friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is great with ease of entry and exit.

This store is one of their bigger stores so you our going to find more variety of things you either need or want. I have a dog and their is a large selection of fairly cheap but good quality dog food. They have some toys to for your animals. I never have to wait in line when I come here. In and out ninja style

I went to the Spectrum store. The customer service was excellent and efficient.I received almost everything I needed except for another cable for my modem. Overall, I was satisfied.

Centrally located shopping center that is terribly underutilized. I can only imagine that the cost to lease in this space is prohibitive. The HEB is the anchor store, and the parking is usually adequate. If they fixed up the east side of the complex it might be more appealing from the highway, but for now it still feels like a suburban grocery complex if you come in from Red River.

Great HEB... Wish the produce section was larger and more diverse (more Central Market-ey) but they have a great meat and international section. The Mexican candy aisle is on point and they rarely ever have empty shelves. Beer and bread have tons of local/fresh choices!

Great area where youll find everything from grocery to hair cut to dine in restaurants.

Definitely one of the best HEBs in the area. I appreciate that its usually clean, especially for the traffic that this location sees. Could maybe use a bigger wine selection like some of the other HEBs in the area.

I have been shopping here for years. Clean, organized, well stocked. The employees are helpful and pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to those who worked during the Covid pandemic. They have good handicapped parking and will assist in getting you electric cart if needed. Parking lot security always on duty.

This shopping center has a lot. HEB, Twin Liquors, and Petsmart are here for your shopping needs. There are plenty of restaurants and a few specialty stores, a dental office, and a massage place.

This is a nice store, a little dated but organized well. Parking lot and store can be a little crazy depending what time you shop.People in general dont seem to pay much attention where they are going, Parking lot or store. To busy on their phones, looking down...Employees are friendly and helpful in finding what you need or answering a question.Small personal quibble, I wish they had more vegan options but not bad for a general supermarket.

I wasnt paying any attention and wrote the wrong review on another H E B. It was suppose to be on H E B Hancock Center. H E B makes AMAZING Bacon Broccoli Salad. When i go in there i buy at least 3 of them❤Sometimes when i go in there they are all gone😂

Still the best grocery in town. And this one reflects the shifting demographics and the surrounding neighborhood with more international foods and meals to go along with the meat counter.

This HEB is excellent. It offers a great selection in all departments including a large health focused natural food section. They offer an outdoor offer of plants. I like that outside they also have two self serve purified water machines. Most of these machines have been hard to find since Covid-19 started . I do wish there were change options from cash. They take digital pay with fees added.

I prefer this HEB because its much cleaner and nicer than some of the others I have been to. Plus their plants and flowers are always very beautiful and being as I love having plants and fresh flowers around...

This HEB is so clean and was not crowed at all.

Security guard in the parking lot was very rude for no reason.I was looking for the place to interview instead of being helpful he yelled at me for me to get back in my car. I was parked by Americas best. Not HEB, he had no reason to be yelling at me.

Great place just not too many people wearing masks, fast food and other places in the Hancock center as well. Not half bad!

Ive been in this place a couple times and it has great variety and the fantastic HEB prices. Its close to downtown. There are a lot of homeless people close by, they live under the freeway in tents, but the store does a great job of keeping a dress code for everyone and providing security over watch in the parking lot.

Best HEB, south flow pizza is very solid. The international aisle is more complete than most HEBs

It is a very nice clean store with variet of freshly made food. However, you cant find 1 person to help you if you are looking for something. It seems they are low in employees or at least helpful employees. They also dont have many special deals & coupons like more other HEB stores,

This is my H‑E‑B. Nothing wrong with it. They got everything I need. :) good beer and wine selection and much better prices than Whole Foods, Randall’s, Fresh Plus or Wheatsville Co-op.

I could not get by somedays without Hancock Center. Theres an urgent care center, grocery store with a 24-hour pharmacy, and an exceptional Jack In The Box. But, dont take my word for it.Unfortunately, there are some retail kills by Covid and even prior to quarantine. But this is a well rounded shopping center that again, is critical to this community.*pictured is empty retail space and a great Jack In The Box location ♡

Probably my favorite HEB in Austin. Spacious and well organized. I come here for the fresh flour tortillas and extensive butcher shop. My only opportunity for improvement would stocking the labels on the produce scales more often.

It’s a large shopping center with liquor store, hair salon, dining, pet store, fast food, etc. I visit here only because of H‑E‑B and Great Clips. It is clean but little bit dated so it doesn’t look that neat. H‑E‑B is large and has extended hours. It also offers variety of international ingredients.In conclusion it’s ok. I recommend here because of H‑E‑B.

Very convenient HEB with a key machine and pharmacy in it. Restaurants are located all around, and the bus stop is close. No wonder UT students are here all the live long day.

I forgot to take pictures yall...it was a longer night/morning than usual. Insomnia, being helpful by giving a ride to neighbor: at 5:30 am!😳 I diecided to walk part of the lake as the sun came up. HEB on Hancock is a great store, clean & it is close to college, DT which means: it is a safe store & well proteced, clean, 24 Hour Fitness in the same parking lot.

Its hard to rate a shopping center that should be simply full of stores. Rating each store individually makes more sense.

A nice place to stop and stetch ones legs during a lot drive. Cl3a. Restrooms and plenty of drinks and snacks to choose from.

A gr8 place for all you need

HEB is the best. Its also close to campus, open 24/7, and has fast checkout since theres so many self checkout spots. Only issue is that the shelves can be kind of understocked, but thats expected when you go buy groceries at 4 am.

I don’t love how close to I 35 this is. However the stores security is top notch and does a great job at keeping the location safe.

The center as a whole is pretty great. Main store, HEB, is one of the big ones with a large selection of products. Only draw back is it is always busy, so it wont be a quick in and out, but it is worth it all things considered.

I have been going to this HEB for 30 years. Ive watched it go through a metamorphosis over the 30 years. Always have the stuff I need and want. Always very versatile as far as what they have is available. It is my go-to shopping store. Know the managers and some of the staff. And watched it go through the changes over the years. I just like this store. Clean fast and friendly. Enough said.

I come here for a few of the stores that assist me with my needs. It’s clean and kept in good shape. It always seems to be bustling whenever I’m there.Jason’s Deli is always a great place to stop in for soup or a sandwich if you’re hungry.

This was probably the best one that I have been to. It was super big and clean. I stumbled upon it when I was trying to make the loop to get on the freeway. Glad I did.

Very great service from Makennah and staff very good food and service. Jack and the box for clean restaurant I go to jack and the box 3 times a week same location at Hancock center . Food excellent those cooks have skills and the cashiers great customer service

Always busy. Shelves are well stocked. Good selection to choose from. Staff is always working hard to move the lines bless their hearts. Thats hard work! One of my most favorite Hebs.

Like most HEBs, this one is pretty awesome. Its a mid to large sized HEB with lots of floor space and specialty offerings like their pizza restaurant. However, the lines are usually long, especially for the pharmacy. Additionally, the produce is going to be low in stock unless you go early in the day.

I miss them NOT being open 24 hours. I like shopping at 3am or 4am everything is marked down.

This is a good HEB. The selection is good, and there are a fair number of high-end and specialty products. It is one of the busiest HEBs in the city, but they do a good job of keeping the self-checkout constantly moving. Also, the in-store pizzeria is pretty good (especially if you have their weekly coupon).

Though the HEB here is nice, the overall center is not. They really need to do better at keeping it clean and maintained.

Good all round store. HEB has just about everything a person could want or need. BUT the store is huge and can be crowded which is hard for me.

Must be careful turning into the parking lot, alot of speeding throughout the parking lot, pedestrians need to look both ways before crossing over to get to the stores.I Like the fact there is a clothing donation bin ( burnt orange color), towards the Jack in the Box restaurant. Please dont leave valuables in your car, there is a homeless camp under the overpass freeway( I-35)

Great shopping center. Sad to see Sears store closed. But H.E.B. has a huge grocery store. Well stocked and wide aisles.

Always have what I need or they sub another brand which is cool. Even with the winter storm they still managed to get my groceries.
