This place is great, very friendly and helpful. I bought my scooter from them 6 weeks ago and the experience was super easy. I had my first recommended service done at 500 miles, and what I ended up paying was exactly what they told me it would be.Ive had many dealings with mechanics over my 50 years and these people are at the top of the list for service. Its obvious from the number of vehicles they have that they are backed up in the service department, in need of techs just like every other business these days.Ive had a couple of problems with my scooter, not due to them, and theyve taken it in and gotten it fixed.I wont ever do business with any other shop.

Isolated incident (?), but worth sharing: I ordered a tire online from the third party vendor to be shipped to my home address. UPS made the mistake of delivering it to this shop instead. Paul accepted the shipment and called me later to notify me of the mistake.Since the shop had the tire already, I figured I would make an appointment to have them install it on my bike the next day. Paul and I arranged for a 9: 30AM appointment and he quoted me 30 to 45 minutes. I arrived at the shop at 9:30 as expected and their service manager, Jennifer, laughed at Pauls time quote saying, he doesnt work in service. Itll be closer to 2 hours..Next time, refuse the shipment please.

Went there just to get my motorcycle inspection and did not notice my horn was not working... They told they usually get some dirt and they could take the faring apart and fix it... After waiting for over an hour. I paid and went home...couple days later I notice the horn was again not working... I decided to take a look. turns out it did not required any disassemble. Just the metal connector was a bit loose. I feel they are just trying do find ways to take money from customers instead of doing honest repairs. I am never going back.Update: Jennifer called and explained why they charge me that repair fee. She offered a full refund since in my case the repair was not necessary. I appreciate the follow up.

Review №29

Can’t say I’m that pleased. Don’t get me wrong the staff was friendly and helpful but I feel like the pricing was a little misleading.I had called and spoke to a gentleman and told him I needed a new battery and an oil change. I asked for the price and he told me about $60 for the oil change and $55 for the battery. When I arrived to drop off they recommended I drain the fuel as it had been sitting for about a year. I agreed and asked how much they thought and they did not know as they had never drained the fuel from an FZ8. I was reassured that it shouldn’t be much and they recommended it.When I picked the bike up today I pulled up to find it sitting outside in the rain along with the numerous other bikes that I assume are for sale? I had to load it up so they drove it around back for me. As I pulled around back there were about 10 bikes all parked outside, getting rained on (it was a nasty cold rainy day today). I’m assuming these were other people’s bikes that were getting serviced.I was a bit surprised at the $250 dollar bill. The oil change was in fact $60 bucks.. for the labor. Add in oil and filter and we come to a grand total of $94 bucks. The battery was in fact $55 dollars.. for the battery only. Add in $30 bucks for labor to replace the battery. The fuel draining ended up being $50 bucks.Add in some surcharges and shop fees and we arrive at $243.14. It’s not a crazy amount of money but I just felt a bit mislead and it seems a little much for the labor. I asked about some of the charges and when questioned about the $60 I was quoted for an oil change the response was “yeah, it’s $60 plus parts and oil”.The last thing to note is I was promised the bike on 2/16 and did not pick up until 2/19 and that was only because I called at about 4:30pm to inquire about the bike and they told me that they were working on the ticket and it was ready to pick up.

I just came here from Massachusetts, where I had a low speed accident and messed up the front end of my bike (flat tire/alignment issues). After taking my motorcycle to two different shops for a total of 5 visits, the bike was still not riding properly. The front end still didn’t feel right. I took my bike here only once, and they figured out I had a slight bend to the handlebars, and this was after riding it just around the parking lot. The level of friendliness and expertise I experienced here was awesome. Now, in spite of the fact that there are multiple shops much closer, I’ll be going here for whatever repairs are needed. Great job - two thumbs up!

Horrible place . I brought in my moped and they didnt even give me a estimate on the diagnostics let alone costs and time it would take for repairs . It took them 1 week just to get the moped on the lift And even diagnos it only to tell me that the part that was clearly cracked and exposed was the problem so it took another week for the part to come in, still unable to give me a estimate on cost of repairs and maintenance. They kept me in the dark through the whole procces the only good part was when I finally got my moped back . But the best part is my moped is in the same exact postion it was in before I brought it in, not working, same problem and everything . He said he offered to put in the correct part but followed up with a I dont want to do that if he said he couldnt then I would of undestud it wasnt the best option. Instead he insisted the alternative solution would fix it . And took my money any way dont waste your time with this place its sad its so highly recommend . Oh and dont mark this as a fake review, its a real experience from a real customer . Ive tried to like this place but they mess around alot and have horrible quality of work. I even bought my first moped from them a 2018 wolf islander, buying new things here is easy and great. but every thing else is of poor quality. Also Everytime the mechanic would tell me the day he would check it out, he would never follow up with. A call I had to call just to get a I might possibly be able to git it on the lift the whole time it took for him to check out my moped I was aware of the part that definitely needed to be replaced, but still had to wait on his word to even get it ordered so it took 1 week and easily over 3-4 calls just to get a answer I already knew, then another week for the repairs for something that had already been previously done by the previous owner of my vehicle . I actually dont think they can recall the initial problem I had. They still think it was the cracked variator and a threaded until which was the initial problem that lead to me getting a cracked variator In all honesty the carcked variator was my fault . But the mechanic was In the wrong for not listening and thought that was the issue I wanted fixed . Instead he called me back after I complained to . And said he told me that the perminant cost to fix it would be thousands of dollars in reality he said Im going to order this part and try something that should work, rather than buy the until, and I dont want to do that like I said, if he said we cannot do that, I would of figured that investing anymore in this vehicle would be a big waste do to the model and year . And I wouldnt even agreed to his poor rig job he did . Which I didnt hear him use the word rigged until I fully paid for the repairs .all they did was .a variator plate and put the belt and bolt back on with tight lock which like I said the previous owner already did . And what I tried to tell the mechanic, but it just flew over his head and he continued to think it was messed up because of me trying to put it on my self . A. They did the same exact thing that had been done before by the previous owner which only proves to be a band-aid .B. They knowingly let me walk out saying that it should work. Only to have the same exact thing that happened before I initially tried to fix it myself the first time .C . They legit still think I brought it in for the crack variator and not the real problem I had. With it . Which was my moped not reaching top speeds.D. Had me pay for a repair that went out on the frontage road in Texas 4 weeks later after their supposed repair .which Im pretty sure is really unsafe only being able to go 35 in 45
