Very nice, professional staff. Lots of fairly reasonably price gear. Some is a little pricey, but I guess thats just Harley.

Contacted Cowboy Harley because there are one of the few Harley dealers in my area who keep their website inventory up to date. After a couple weeks of shopping around these guys were the most upfront about every dollar involved in a deal. Dealing with Ashton and Jay in sales was smooth and easy. They were a pleasure to work with. No games or gimics, and no pressure to rush to make a decision. Ultimately I walked away with a very fair deal on an awesome 2021 Street glide special. Everyone at the dealership is focused on customer service and an enjoyable experience.

Took my bike in to replace a punctured tire awhile back, figured Id get a clutch (at the hub) and throttle cable adjustment while there. Took over a week (shes my only commuter). And they completely messed it up. First noticed that they left too much slack in both the clutch and throttle also left cables just dangling. So I adjusted it (just at the cables) myself even though I paid them to do it. After about 2 weeks I felt alot of lugging and decided to take her back in. They redid it. Whoever worked on her in the first place left the derby cover loose. Right behind the derby cover is a spring for the clutch adjustment. So over time it was becoming loose. Which is why she wasnt switching smoothly. Even though they redid the work. My bike hasnt been the same since. The damage is done. I pay twice as much at harley than I would at the mom and pop shop down the street from me. I expected more from them and am extremely disappointed.

Costs me $600 out of pocket to sell my bike through the rider to ride program. I would have never sold it through this way if they had explained to me it had to pass their personal inspection. Felt like a monet grab. Ended up taking a loss of my sell.

It was a nice location but there seemed to be a lot of construction going on inside. There were hardly any workers at the registers. Thankfully a sweet lady who worked there helped me and my family and we got a bunch of shirts and stuff from the clearance rack. Im sure its better when we arent in a pandemic, and there is no construction inside. If you love Harley Davidson motorcycles or their paraphernalia, then you have to check it out.

Unfortunately service couldn’t help me today. I was working (Police) headed out of town and had a problem. I called Cowboy since I have purchased one in Beaumont and had no problems selling me a Police bike. I was told they couldn’t get to me. I called Round Rock Central Texas Harley Davidson. Told them my situation and told me to come right in they would do what it takes to get me rolling.

A bit of a story but if youre looking for a good dealership/service you should read. Before I went in I already had the bike I wanted picked out. Anthony Juedeman had superior knowledge of the bikes and I saw one that was a little more and he gave me the information to make the best decision for me. I truly appreciated it.Service, there were issues because the previous owner didnt properly tune the bike and exhaust. Brian, the service manager, kept it until they diagnosed the issue and fixed it. It was like getting another new bike. Superior work and way above and beyond when it came to service. Special shout to Jason and Zach in service as well. They made me a lifetime customer. I am very happy with this bike and continue to enjoy it every day

Came into Cowboy for the 1st time and was happily greeted by Winter who fitted me with a helmet and riding boots. She answered all my questions and extremely knowledgeable with everything in the store!

“Made an appointment of Monday for 20k service on Thursday. Arrived at 0830 and was the first bike in. Also, had a problem with the display going blank after touching the Accept on the screen. Did not hear from anyone until I called at 5:30 to check on it. Was told it was finished and in the wash bay. Came in Friday morning at 1030 to get it and was told a software update was done to fix the display. Seems like it shouldnt have taken all day but Im not complaining. Actually worked out better for me to come the next day.”

Had a great experience with frank the parts manager and stan the mechanic that worked on my bike...I did a screaming eagle stage 4 upgrade with an ultracool oil cooler and 180mm rear tire to my bike as well as a bunch of various stuff...they went above and beyond to make sure my bike was taken care of as if it was their own,made sure it was done on time and very fair on pricing..I would definitely recommend these two to many others...I personally travel 70 miles for the service they provide and will be glad to do it again and again...thanks guys,Ill be seeing you again soon

No appointment but they got me fixed and back on the road quickly. 700 mile ride.When I returned home I began shopping fro a 2020 street Glide. My local dealers in Houston were not impressive. Out of frustration I decided to call Cowboy Harley Davidson since they were so accomodating on my ride the week before. In no time at all they gave me quick answers and seemed to care about what I wanted. I drove 2.5 hours from Houston the very next day and picked up my bike! First off, I have been wanting a softail slim for around 5 years. I have been riding a 09 road king. I love the softail slim and last Wednesday I finally got with the help of Anthony! Anthony was patient knowing I wanted the bike but just needed the right deal. I now have two bikes for all occasions, I am really satisfied with the process of buying, took no time at all. Also I need to give a shout out to Jerry, both Anthony and Jerry helped me install a heel shifter in the parking lot, they did not have too. However they went above and beyond the duties to assist me. This is my 3rd bike I have bought from the Cowboy Harley-Davidson in Austin, this was absolutely the easiest bike I have ever bought. Geronimo over at Gruene Harley, takes my bike in and gets me on the road the same day. I’ll never buy a bike or go to the service department at Cowboy ever again.

I called about a specific bike I saw on their website. Jon suggested a pre-approval and I had an answer within the hour. He suggested a deposit to hold it and that locked the bike in. I now own the bike. I requested some accessories before picking it up and even though items needed to be ordered, the bike will be finished and ready as planned on the weekend.

After shopping at multiple dealerships in San Antonio and surrounding area, just happened to stop in at Cowboys Harley in Austin. Not really planning to buy but walked out with a brand new 2020 Road Glide in an awesome teal color. I decided it was time to give up the sport bike life, and get something I’d actually enjoy riding on trips. I had rented a bike from the Eagle Rider program (highly recommend) last year, and had been eyeing a Street Glide ever since. So I went in.... just to look haha. I started by looking at the used bikes outside, and was soon greeted by Samantha. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products and inventory. After checking out the inventory, I decided to buy a new Street Glide. I was offered a more than fair value for my trade in, and the entire buying experience went beyond my expectations. This was my third new bike. My previous bikes were a Suzuki and Kawasaki purchased from another local dealer. I don’t have any complaints about the other dealer, but it doesn’t compare to the experience at Cowboy HD. It was more in line with a luxury car buying experience. I was introduced to all the different departments within the dealership, and all the employees were friendly and passionate about Harleys. They do a fantastic job of making you feel excited not just about the bike, but the brand as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a Harley, and will be returning for all my maintenance and service.

My first bike! Tamale (Sales Manager) and Will Powell (Sales) were perfect through the whole process. Took time to help me select just the right bike, a process that took a couple months. Never rushed, and always friendly, they are the best! Had my baby decide to be born on the day of delivery, so the brought my bike to my house, in another city, so that I would not have to worry about it. Highly recommend! Planning on another bike, a Road King Special, at the end of the year, and will be purchasing it here.

I was in the market for an upgrade to a newer scooter and really wanted a Road Glide. I got top dollar for my Night Train, which needed some work and a great price for a 2016 RG with less than 4000 miles on it.I was headed for a ride a few days later and a light came on the instrument panel which wasnt there before. I went to the shop to ask about it and even though they are backed up for days in the service department, Jason had it looked at immediately, since I had just bought it. It was a couple of updates that had been missed and I was riding soon.I highly recommend the entire staff as everyone has been extremely helpful. If you want to by an new HD, please see Ashton, who is one of the least pressure sales person I have every dealt with, including car sales.I highly recommend Cowboy Harley in Austin!!!
