Matt brought my R1 back to life, the job was extensive. The bike came out exactly the way we discussed. Work was done with urgency and was done right. Very happy with the whole experience. If you need custom work done or repair work done this is the shop!

I spoke with them on the phone, due to a recommendation. They sounded like they would be a good place to try out.I rode over to their offices during regular hours, and they were closed. I sat around for about an hour with no activity. I tried calling but there was never an answer, and they never returned any of my phone calls after that.I would never return here, nor would I every advise anyone else to go here.

Customer service is poor at best ordered a simple led box kit was told twice it shipped and never received it finally after my third phone call I was given a tracking number, a week has gone by with no product and Im in the same state, definitely didnt take them a week to charge my card this will be the last time I order anything from this company my order prior to this I was told shipped and it hadnt.I only recommend this shop if you live in Austin and physically go in a speak to them in person small orders seem to be not as important to them.

I brought my rare Sachs 125cc in for a check up. Matt was very friendly and more importantly, he is very upfront and honest -- he said my bike was in good condition but if he did have to work on it, we might get into a situation where the project gets drawn out due to lack part availability (since my bike was rare). He still took a good amount of time to inspect the bike with me. He made some small fixes and gave me tips for maintenance. To top it off, he wouldnt take the cash I offered for his time and service. When I get another motorcycle, I will trust Matt to work on it.I was so impressed with Matts service, I felt compelled to write my first review and rate Platinum Motorcycles 5 stars.

Me and my son maet mat about four years ago there at his shop bought two ice beers motor scooters later to fine out he does custom work and some damn good work his work is all in house today just dropped off a Harley get it custom painted the shop its not much to look at but the work speaks for itselfMichael
