Wow... Truly I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt when they are behaving rudely. I tell you customer service and friendliness just doesnt seem to exist anymore. Especially at this Family Dollar. Ive never been in an establishment where the manager was the rude one but today that was the case. I believe her name is Anna. And let me tell you shes a very rude individual. Someone needs to take her position away from her and bless some body that is kind with that role. Not Cool. Guess Ill just start going somewhere else.

Not the best area to shop in, but the deals on laundry soap with coupons, are too hard to resist.

The store I frequent alot for my household items, cleaning supplies. Always a low price. Toys are priced great too. Christmas stuff already out & it helps to change the mood with all this covid stuff going on.

The store is forever changing the staff, and the people that work there have ZERO customer service skills! Good thing is, they mostly always have what I need.

Typical Family Dollar. One employee was super nice. Laughed and cut up with me, which I enjoy. The cashier, however, gave the distinct impression that I was being a bother. Sour look on her face, wasnt listening to anything I said.Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible, though aisles are packed. It would be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair here.I probably wont go back. Customer service is important to me.

The girl who helped us was amazing.

Person in charge rushed me saying they were closing up. This was 15 minutes before they were even scheduled to close. Same lady helps me at the register and has 0 people skills. Her associate who wasnt even helping me was more friendly.

There not very good employees. Stuff all on the floor close. Toys. Everything is out of place. Not good for the business.

Not very good customer service I come to this store often and waste my money im 7 months pregnant and for the first time in 2 years of coming here I asked to use the restroom and was not allowed. needless to say I will no longer be supporting family dollar and to the employees who think its there own personal bathroom karma my friend karma....

My very first visit, it was not one of the tidiest stores i have been in, but the pricing and customer.service was exemplary. I will be returning.

The poor excuse for a store manager/cashier Jessica literally harrased me in the store about leaving my son in air conditioned, locked vehicle in the front where I could see him. She kept trying to tell me it was illegal and against the law. I guess during her down time she does not take time to read or research laws.As previously stated by another customer from 3 weeks ago went through the same thing. Jessica should of became a lawyer if she wanted to tell people how to live their life. I called her names and I wasn’t innocent, but I kept asking her to mind her business. She kept berating me and yelling in front of customers that I was endangering my child. I came into the store to get trash bags. Jessica, pick up a book you miserable hag.After the great experience, I proceeded to call her to inform her she was harassing me about incorrect information. She said “don’t call me your harassing, byyyyyye”. What a character. Worry about your marital problems that you tell about in the store to other cashiers while customers are trying to shop.side note: Jessica, they sell shampoo/dry shampoo in your store.

This family dollar is trash!!!!! The Hispanic women working on June 2nd at 330 PM has no customer service skills. She needs to get fired!!! Wasnt wearing a name tag and when I asked for it she refused!!! Since I gave you all the time you should be able to figure it out. What an embarrassment for the family dollar to have people like this working here

Its as advertised. Everything is between 1 buck and 5 bucks.Some things are better deals than others. Food items, their brand, many items for a buck. Electronics, well quality issues with many it looks like, cheap plastic for connectors on phone cables. The electronics appear to be made in China. Remember though it was 5 bucks or less most likely. I recommend look very close at quality, keep the receipt... Also, not a bad idea to verify the return policy just in case you purchase and youre not satisfied.

The store manager, Carlos, was extremely helpful and made sure not only that we saved as much as we could but even helped show my wife how on his cellphone before his shift ended. Best family dollar

Jessica the store manager has the worst attitude ever. She was very rude the entire time. I needed a refund for a charger that didnt work for my devices. So she took it upon herself to trespass me from the store because my kids were in my vehicle. Mind you, my car is a push start vehicle and im about 12 ft from my car the register is right next to the door and my car is locked with ac 😂on. I called police station and under those circumstances they wouldnt believe that is considered child endangerment. She has no right to harass me over that just because I wanted a refund. What gives her ay right to be rude to me for a refund? I will be making complaints on the customer service sight as well as the corporate number!!!!

Girl at front seemed mad the box was ripped on broken headphones she sold. Said she wont return the next set if something is wrong. Update: other set was broken as well so they are just selling bad electronics.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU NEED HERE. CLOTHING S-XXXL, HOME DECORS, KITCHEN WARE, ELECTRONICS, DETERGENT & DISH SOAP, SHAMPOO, RESTROOM DECORS & FOOD. THEY PRETTY MUCH HAVE EVERYTHING.

Nothing in stock and nothing in its right place. Had to look for prices because nothing was where it was suppose to be.
