Even though the wait was long ( only one person working though so not her fault) this was well worth the wait. I had no idea through some hard times of unemployment then injury and not being able to work then trying to play catch-up once I healed looking for work wondering how I am going to pay for cell phone service that I could walk in there and leave with a working phone free of charge.. Thankful and came through for me when I needed it

Your greatest assert at assist is BRITTANY. Im 64 years old and Im retired from American airlines reservations and Ryanair reservations in Europe and by far Britney is one of the most competent individuals I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Her multitasking skills are astonishing her customer service is always with a smile and she is able to diffuse a situation like no other. And regardless of the phones the service the reason I am staying as a customer with assist is because of Britney and the way she can give me one-on-one attention when Im having any issues with my phone you may find this hard to believe that I actually do look forward to the times I do have to go into the office area assist just to see her

The people there are awesome they stayed late inorder to get everything taken care of and make sure I had a working phone

First and foremost I want to appreciate Britney and thank her for the excellent customer service. I dont know where they found her but they need to take care of her and pay her accordingly. When I was there she multitasked so much that I was just in awe of watching her. Matter of fact I told her if I ever won the lottery I would definitely try to steal her away from assist wireless to run a company for myself. She not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Customer service like that is a rarity this day and age. I will definitely be recommending Brittney to all family friends and anyone else that is interested in or needs a phone. I went in to assist Wireless and the lady that was working behind the counter, I believe her name was Brittany, was very efficient very well-informed and was very patient as well as friendly when helping me with my decisions and setting up my phone. Having her as a customer service rep and the way she helped everyone including myself ha made me a loyal customer. Fantastic job, keep this employee as long as you possibly can because she is worth any type of raise you give her and she will make all your customers happy as can be.

I am extremely happy with my experience with assist wireless the ccustomer service representative was extremely helpful in allnthe areas that i needed help with fast inwould recomend that she get a raise if i was her boss she did awesome multi talented helping several other customers at the sametime indont know how she did it.but i wasnt in there but 30 minutes because i was waiting on my ride

Worst service and phone Ive ever had. They are very dishonest in that they say you will get a smart phone but what you are given is a cheap piece of junk that no one in the 21st century would call a smart* phone. If it wasnt 5 dollars a month I wouldnt have them. Oh but if you want a phone thats actually functional youre free to pay an additional several hundred dollars.... But obviously thats not mentioned in the marketing. I look at it he posts and everyone mentions how nice Brittany is.... What in Gods name does that have to do with shoddy service, lies and usery behavior.....

The only good thing about this service is its cheap. Half the time I dont have service, they way over charge for nicer phones. Like $150 over a reasonable price. The people in store are nice and generally as helpful as they can be. The assist wireless app doesnt work. And if you have to call 611 I feel sorry for you. All of the people I tried talking to were very rude and so heavily accented I couldnt understand them. I politely asked for someone with an English accent because I have a hard time understanding any kind of accent. He hung up on me. The next person I tried to tell how unprofessional the person before was told me I just had to keep calling until I got someone I wanted to talk to. I think thats a joke. Every other service help line Ive ever called was able to transfer me. I will be looking into a different service even if it strains my bank account.I recommend safe link. Better service, better prices, better all around honestly.

Brittney is good at her job, for assist Wireless we also appreciate the fact that you have an office here in town. She can take the time to explain how your phones work to the best of her ability so we get the most out of it I dont know what else to say my name is Danny Lerner a customer at assist Wireless and so far Im happy!

The store is always clean, quiet and inviting. Brittney Ann was super helpful and efficient. Its nice to have someone as knowledgeable as she is to get you in and out! Definitely would recommend anyone to stop in.

My store experience was pretty typical. However, my phone svs have never worked properly. I cannot make or receive calls! I get msg saying my device is not registered to network. I have been ill n it is a 40 min drive so. For last 3 weeks I Have Not Had phone Service. Also all of my notes & many of my contacts were lost! Important when they r Dr n Nurses numbers I could have txt to since I have been unable to talk w/ them!! Why am i paying for svs I dont have???

The gentleman working was very helpful and personable. But i was very disapointed that he was not wearing a mask. I am very high risk. I try very hard not to go out in public.. But unfortunatly i had no choice as my phone broke. No matter what your political beliefs it would just be good customer service not to mention smart buisness to protect your clients and staff from a deadly pandemic with something as simple as a mask rule.

Its always ok going to see Katie, not so sure i would say great bout one of the fellas, but the other one was great.But that government service, you would think it being GOVERMENT that it would be top of the line, but not these type services, dont get me wrong, Im very appreciative, but i guess the gov wants you to get the full exsperieance of You Get What you pay for!! & Beggars cant be choosers!.Because the service is less than great but you know when you couldnt even make a call a business or family call you learn to appriciate the small wonders of life . Even having to stoop to our Great Uncle Sam for a hand out. He comes thru again. But its kinda like being married, you really, really want it, but when you get it, you wondered what all the hype was about, and realize its not all what its made up to be. So we live with the not so greats, really really enjoy and love the greats about it or them, and seattle down to do wverything we can to show our love and appriciation cause at the end of the day, were all in it together and by golly thats pretty great.Thanks Uncle Sam, and all those husbands and wifes out there!!
