The employees were super rude and basically had no idea what they were doing. I bought my phone and started my service online, and paid the taxes online. When I arrived they made me pay the taxes again, even after showing that they already charged me twice. The lady grabbed the manager who told me they placed a temporary authorization charge of the full amount when I placed the order, once when I arrived at the store, and now they needed to charge me again now that I’m at the store. Not only doesn’t this make zero sense, his attitude of “it doesn’t matter to me how little you have in your account pay it again or we will cancel the order” and ATT states they take 3 months to refund any cancelled orders. I absolutely regret choosing their service.
Came to the AT&T store in Bartlesville to upgrade my iPhone. Was greeted immediately by Frank upon my arrival, and received excellent customer service from Cody. Cody was very knowledgeable about the different iPhones available which was very helpful to me in selecting my new iPhone. He also helped me select accessories to protect and charge my new iPhone. Appreciate Codys time and patience with me while I made my selections. Great experience!
I had an issue when getting a new phone. I was told by 2 employees they would have the manager call and took the contract without me signing it so I could work with the manager. Manager never called so after a week I did. I have called 3 times and each time was told the manager would call me back. I still have not heard a word from said manages. My most recent attempt to call was Monday and it is now Thursday. I will not deal with this store if they cannot take care of issues caused by their employees and manager not following up. Very frustrating that I am try to get this taken care of and cannot.
The customer service was horrible.I came off of my mothers phone plan and I wanted to take my number with me. We got told 2 different things and it was horrible!!! They were very rude about everything! I love AT&T but A few employees does not know what they are talking about once we got in there!
That is the rudest most hateful person I have ever met. The old woman in the store acts like she hates life. When I asked for further help she said I dont know what to tell you. You must be a nightmare to work for. I will never come back in there. Thanks for all your help AT&T
Took my wife here phones we came for were out of stock but staff was friendly and very helpful.
Brian was amazing had a appt for 4:30 well my girlfriend did but she walked in and was able to get everything she wanted and was able to save money as well!!
The manger Terri is great!!!! She helped me every time but the two older ladies could use some work or even the whole staff. I drive 1 hour every time to come get help for the past 6-8 times but haven’t received that yet. When you need change your phone plan and go into the store and they tell you that you need to call. That is a serious problem. What good is having a store when they can not help you.
It was great working with Ciarra, she had helped me save money on my monthly bill, and provided me with great information
I had a great experience with Ciara! I needed to add a line and she went over my bill with me and made it to where it didn’t cost me extra monthly! She was so great and I will definitely be back for all my cellular needs. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me! Thanks Ciara!
Maybe say, Thanks for checking in. Youre wait time will probably be an hour or more. Not, Thanks for checking in. You can wait in Your car and someone will be right out. Are phone stores like doctors offices now where I need to schedule an appointment to be seen? No wonder people just want to buy everything online. But then thats even hard because the att website is a pile of awful as well.
The salesperson was truly amazing. From parking to leaving I spent less than 13 minutes getting a new phone and a new plan. Wow. There are no words.
I was originally put on a waiting list and was asked nicely to wait in my car for a assistant to come and get me. I wait for about 45 minutes, then had to leave due to an appointment I had already previously scheduled. They called me, and asked if I had left and I apologized stating the reason as to why I left and that I would be back. About 40 mins later I returned, and walked into the store expecting to be put back on the waiting list. However, the told me to come on in, I was in the store a total of 2 hours, but for a good reason. The whole 2hrs I was there I only saw one assistant, and that was the man helping me. I was getting frustrated with the fact he was the only person there and customers where coming in the store ad being extremely rude to him. And he polity, everytime, dealt with each costumer. After the 2hr mark 2 other associates showed and where shocked about the waiting list. They complained about it even, so much so that I snapped and told them that he had been here by himself for 2 hrs while they did whatever it was they where doing. This store is only getting 5 stars because of him. I dont ever go to the att store I usually have no need too. So when I do the expense that I have kinda sticks with me, att should be thankful to have associates like that.
Barely anything in stock, and dont even think about being able to choose a color, or any other customizations you should be able to make.
I went in to pick up a few accessories. I was greeted instantly by Bailey, whom helped me pick out a case and screen protector and was able to get me a wireless charger for free! This was one of the Beat experiences I’ve had picking out accessories ever!
Always a pleasure to deal with Bartlesville’s best cellular carrier!!! Thank you for helping me resolve my issues in a quick and friendly manner.
Every word out of their mouth is a lie. I added a friend. Was supposed to be free. Nope $45. Then they told us 3 times her new E phone free, free, free. Nope 50 %off. My bill went from $67 to $155.
Slow service (pandemic) great deals
Terrible service. Put me on their list then let people off the street ahead of me.Had the choice of sitting in my car and wasting gas or standing out in the heat.
This company is not a place I would recommend. When you need change your phone plan and go into the store and they tell you that you need to call. That is a serious problem. What good is having a store when they can not help you.
The employees were very friendly and very helpful
Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Went in to shop, got put on a waiting list and sent outside. No big deal. Covid19 and all that. The problem started when I got called in for my turn. The guy wasnt interested in helping me in the slightest. He told me it world take 2 weeks to order in a new Z Flip phone because it was a special phone that nobody orders and they dont keep them in stock. Its a BRAND NEW phone my guy. Took 5 minutes and 2 days shipping to have my wifes birthday present on the way. Thanks for wasting my time on my wifes bay. I WILL NOT use your facility again.
Found exactly what I needed, inadequate our in about 30 min
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Not helpful EVER. Every time we go there, we either get false information or they just can’t help us. It seems as their staff is not trained at all!Last time we went was yesterday (12/22) We wanted to buy an iPhone (in store price 599$) they told us it’s back ordered and can’t get there until February 22nd.So we went online to AT&T and ordered it for 499$ the same day. It was delivered to our house a day later!!!!
Brian was very helpful and a very polite young man. Excellent service.
Completely wasted my time driving an hour to show up for my appointment for an upgrade... the associates did absolutely nothing due to some order error by customer service. They said there was nothing they could due, very unapologetic. They refused to even try and call to get the problem fixed. This has been going on for months now and no one is doing anything to fix the problem. Awful customer service!
Had the part (Sim card)for my phone and backup and working great. No charge
Nice store, friendly people, and great service plus they have good stock.
If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. This review is for phone, internet and cable service purchased by my 71 year old mother. On four occasions.........FOUR.......she was scheduled to have service completed and each time technicians came and left without completing the job as well as not even coming to her door to give an explanation. We are 4 WEEKS removed from her first scheduled visit and she still had no phone service and issues with her cable. She waited two hours at the AT&T store this past week only to be told a technician would come to her home at 4pm on Friday. GUESS who didnt show and didnt call. Same thing on Saturday. No call and no one came to the house. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Got my daughter a new phone very fast service!
UNTRAINED STAFF & RUDE MANAGEMENT - After 7 years and a dozen (no-choice) visits to this local store, almost without exception, the service has been slow and unprepared. Simple tasks (like getting a SIM card) take 30-60 min. The Manager is rude and threatening. Next trip to the cell phone store will be to T-Mobile.
Thanks to Seth for his help getting my mothers landline working again.
My parents went into the store to get help with their new phones and the Store manager and his emplyee did not want to help them with their situation. They did not want to help because they could not make money off of them. When I asked the manager for the DM s number he yelled and would not give it to me, this lake of customer service is unacceptable. The people in this store showed their true colors when my parents asked for simple help and they denied them! I would not recommend this store to dog shi......!
It wasnt that a pleasant visit.
Young Brian was great. Super friendly and helpful
Had quite a wait but it was worth it. They were very helpful.
Dianne was awesome and made the experience of my 12 year old’s first phone selection very special. I will continue to make the drive to this store for the ease and customer service.
Went to the att store the manager guy was super nice and the woman who helped me was super sweet. They got me the new iPhone 11 mint of course got a case and screen protector as well. They helped me put it all together. They are an amazing team at this store.
Use u.s. cellular much better
Customer service was absolutely horrible. Had to sign in on a note pad and sit in our car until someone came to get us. Sat for 45 minutes before going back inside and they had forgotten about the list. Secondly they didnt care about selling any phones. Worst experience I have ever had in that store.
Bryan from this store is THE BEST! He has assisted me multiple times and each time it has been 5 star customer service! THANK YOU BRYAN!!
My wife and I went in the other day and picked up 2 S8+ phones. My wife actually moved from an AT&T competitor to join me on my plan. We were informed by the sales person (KRISTEN) that if I brought two (2) old phones in, I could get 2 gift cards that I could use towards wireless chargers and other accessories. I informed her that I had these at the house as well as the phone names and types and that they were both in perfect condition as I always buy cases before I leave the AT&T store. She acted like it was NO issue what so ever to get this done as she stated it several times. The following day, I brought these phones into the store and was informed that they were worth between $5-7 by one of the other staff. I asked him if there was ANYTHING he could do and he really acted like he didnt care to even talk about it and stood there looking at me. I felt completely misled, betrayed, and insulted....I talked to my my wife about what happened and she was ready to RETURN the phones and move back to her former carrier, I stated that we will stay with these phones for right now and will move to another carrier after we look at the options.I have been a client of AT&T with my mobile phone for 20+ years, I have purchased numerous phones and accessories and have never felt so mislead. I have also ALWAYS pushed to get others to use AT&T but after this event, I will no longer be doing that. The moral of the story is... GOOD things are forgotten quickly, BAD things are remembered and passed on to others so that they do not have the same misfortune....Greg Reese
GOOD LLP HU Y
Service used to be good. Now only get one maybe 2 bars where I used to get 4 or 5.
Diana was rude to me
It does not even rate one star. I have no reception where Im at they tell me theres nothing they can do about it. $89 a month I hope to get something.
Myself and a friend visited today Bartlesville AT&T store to get a phone activated and the customer service representative could have cared less we were even in the store. We have never entered any AT&T store and not been greeted at the door. We had to walk through the store to where she was sitting on her lazy butt. She could have cared less whether we were in there for business or whatever. Who knows that we wouldnt have bought a new iPhone or something but no sales pitch ever given to us. Ask her about porting phones and was given little directions and what she gave was totally incorrect. We will never visit that location again. Good customer service goes a long way.
Slowest service I have ever experienced. Sat in the store for 50 minutes while 3 sales reps waited on 2 customers. Within 5 minutes i knew the phone I wanted and was told i had to wait for them to call me up to buy it. There were 4 people in front of me. So if you want to wait 5 hours to purchase a phone then this is your place. Decided to go online and purchase the phone. It was cheaper and even at 4 days to get to me, I probably got it faster.
Every time I go in there I barely get any service they used to have good service now they dont
Great place got in and out fast and they were able to answer all my questions
Store was good. Company as a whole sucks. My bills were 150.00 over what I was quoted. Never did get gift card promised. Had nothing but issues with at&t. Never again. Just run to any other provider.
Hate to leave ugly post and will change when their service gets better, But... I am nothing but dissatisfied with almost every member who I worked with.Just wanting to port two numbers from another carrier,(1) only one number gets ported,(2) lost a 10 yr old phone number so had to get new number...only after 4 or 5 visits, approx 10 hours wanting, it gets better..(3) I got a new phone that quit working, now waiting on replacement phone, and it still gets even better...(4) had a unauthorized account that opened when beginning the port process by their employees that has now become closed and now AT&T has sent me a e-mail stating:This is actual message from AT&T :If you dont pay the total balance immediately, your account may be referred to an outside collection agency. This may have a negative impact on your credit report.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. AT&T does not do what they promise and wont do anything to correct the issue. Once they have a contract, their customer appreciation and care go away. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Was not told that the wait would be an hour long. Once I was helped it only took ten minutes to get a new sim card. The person that helped me was pleasant & helpful. Over all it felt about the same as when you have to call at&t, you wait forever to talk care of a minor issue.
There are a few reasons, I personally hate visiting an att store. Yesterday when I went to see att for a SIM card I was signed in by the assistant manager. When I told him I was only there for a SIM card he was very rude stating well i still have to sign you in and rolled his eyes and went to the next person to sign them in.I waited for over an hour for a SIM card after the first initial interaction with this man already ruining my experience. Then as I waited a man came into the store. He was dressed very causal and reminded me of maybe a mechanic, someone who doesnt try to flaunt their money. He immediately went to a display to look at a phone, the display started making an alarm go off that all of the employees ignored for 10 minutes. One employee stated she cant turn it off only the assistant manager can. Mean while the man who accidentally set it off is sitting there VERY embarrassed, as if it was his fault and att was punishing him unusually for setting off the alarm. The alarm is finally turned off after Ive shared the experience on my social media plat form informing friends, family, and more of the chaos that is the att store in Bartlesville, ok. Next the assistant manager goes around to sign people in, he skips the man who set the alarm off. The man asks me if he was supposed to sign in somewhere, I informed him that they are supposed to sign him in. They signed in 5 people before they went to him to sign in, he left as soon as they came to him.I watched multiple people walk out of the store for unprofessionalism, long wait times, and rude employees. When it was finally my turn I received my SIM card in a few minutes, the employee got upset with me because I had invited some customers to sit with me and offered my own assistance and also feedback regarding att deals at the Walmart location. When the employee heard me telling a customer that they can trade in their 8plus and upgrade to an iPhone pro for 650$ off and 8$ per month she started getting rude and trying to push me out of the store faster, by all means get me out of there! She asked if I wanted her to put the sim in or if I could do it. I smiled and let her know I would do it then thanked her for her time and headed to the emergency room. I had just been mugged the day before in Tulsa, ok and needed a SIM card to put in an old phone so I could receive my work calls and texts. Of course thats more important than making sure Im ok at the hospital right? Well there is my feed back, 4 workers at the location but I only personally dealt with 2.
The staff is helpful and friendly but the wait times are horendous especially on the weekends. Be prepared to wait for awhile if theyre busy even if what you want done wont take very much time. They really need some kind of system to move people through faster depending on what they want done.
Had a wonderful experience with AT&T store in Bartlesville, Brian was very helpful, kind and concerned with my problems and was able to help me.
Diaana was super patient and amazing. She took care of two phones in one visit and she rocked it all
They knew what I needed and they had it in stock. There is quite a wait time almost like the Apple store in Tulsa. Still, the man was courteous and knowledgeable about the products.
Dustin was one of the best employees that I have ever worked with at this store. I took my parents in to switch my Moms phone over to a new one and Dustin was so patient and kind to them I really enjoyed our visit!
Pablo is amazing! His customer service skills are top notch. Very patient & kind. Great guy!
Very well..this people know their job.
Soooooo ...... Are there no phones inside this location???? orrrrrrrr......perhaps the ringer is too low ???? Im not sure but Im hitting a record of 8 calls every hour for the past 4 hours...... maybe i should shoot for call 40 and perhaps call it a day?.... Instead of making that 45min drive to ask the small question I have to ask ...avoiding wasting a lil gas :)
We were very pleased with the AT&T staff! We went in to enroll in 3 services - cell phones, internet, and TV. The staff was patient and all worked together to get our issues solved. Specifically, Ryan was wonderful. We knew it was going to be somewhat complicated and time consuming to enroll in these new services and cancel our existing plans. However, the staff really did make the experience as enjoyable as possible.
Terrible customer service. 3rd time buying a phone here and this will be the last. Wasnt offered for them to set the new phone up, I asked a question regarding a interal sd card and was told we arent technicians all accessories are over priced and once again I wasnt offered any help on which was best or most commonly purchased. Next phone will be bought online.
Manager was awesome the rest of the staff could use some more training!
Had great service loved it
Brian has always been helpful through the years.
Collin Cox was very pleasant and efficient!!
Im torn with this review. Att as a corporation gets 1 star. Theyre terrible.Pablo the manager of this att store gets 5 stars. Hes great.
Always nice and helpful. Great customer care
Love the service but not at all happy with my new phone
My buddy Nathan turner which is the manager works there and hes truely is a good guy he wont sell you something he doesnt believe it, tell him Daniel Daake sent ya and he might hook ya up
Very friendly and prompt took alot longer than expected but got the job done and done right first time!!!
Picked up new phones here recently and staff was knowledgeable, but it seemed to take much longer then the last two times I did this, so only a three star.
Made promises they could not make it happen. The store has not changed in 3 years still lying to people and cannot follow through
The back of the store faces the street. The front of the store is in the back, with not much parking due to construction. The person I dealt with didnt seem at all interested in helping with a problem I had. He offered no solutions, and a very scripted, insincere apology of my troubles. I came away even more frustrated than when I went in. I am very disappointed in AT&T.
Try to call an make an appointment. Go ahead, try. You cant. Not without visiting their website. I dont want to navigate a bloody corporate website just to visit my local AT&T store!!Fact: The time Ive waited in an AT&T storerivals that of which Ive waited in an auto salesmans office. Basically, purgatory with phones & phone gadgets.I do love my Samsung Note 4, so perhaps it was worth all those hours.
Tried calling this morning first time I went allthe way through several times where itd say representative are busy wouldyou liketo try again and I would then they finally hung up on me tried it again rang twice and they hung up on me. WHAT GIVES AT&T?!
Had to go to the store several times trying to fix our cell phone problems, ended up getting no resolution and having more problems when we walked out than when we went in. I had to call the 800 number to get everything fixed. I will avoid this store and the problems that come with visiting it in the future.
IT WAS FAST AND SUFFICIENT
They dont know how to answer a phone and I understand people get busy but calling for 2 hours and no one answers
It takes too long to get serviced when you get there unless you get there right when they open, just like about any other phone store, do not go with autopay, they do not have scheduled days and will mess up your bill payments, over all service is pretty good though once you figure everything out.
Convenience in paying bill amx they keep a good stock of their products
Helpful knowledgeable staff great job
Greated at the door and asked if I needed help with anytging. Only needed a charging cable but it was painless.
Need to work on Customer service
Very helpful and knowledgeable.Paublo is the best associate.
They got us in quick and replaced our SIM card that somehow got locked.
Awesome service and knowledgeable staff I would definitely recommend this ATT Store
The sale associate didnt want to help me put in my contacts when asked. Left there unsure of phone ready to be used.
Customer service is getting better and much quicker then before.
Pay quickly by machine.
Better help then other at&t store i have been in
Friendly and knowledgeable people!
Very helpful
Slow service deffinitly room for improvement people that are on the clock working should not be standing around while 5 to 6 customers are waiting.
Dealt with four different people, zero of them knew anything about phones or their network - all four of them had tight jeans and fake nails. Pathetic excuse for a tech store.Avoid at all costs, choose anyone else.Borderline mentally handicapped.
Went in to buy new phone, and took over 45 minutes, they waited on other people before me, and i walked out
Great service. Good people.
