Worst service I have ever had with a T-Mobile store. I went in to pick up a warranty phone and was turned away because it was going to take too long said Isaiah. He said I would need an appointment the next day. We scheduled one for 4pm the next day for my wife to pick it up. She arrives and waits almost an hour to be told there was no appointment made. I have a screenshot confirming the appointment. I have never been treated like this with T-MOBILE and I know they would NOT be okay with customers being treated this way.
Service was top line. As soon I came in they treated me with respect and was very helpful 💯 and I strongly recommend coming here 10 out of 10 Service
Went in to do my long overdue sprint to t-mobile sim swap. Fun group working in the store, we shared some laughs and got the business handled. Very friendly and positive experience. Ill definitely be back when its time to upgrade!

They have a small selection of phones and most of the time theres only one person out of the 3 that know how to help properly. Im my opinion it needs renovated bad. I love TMobile but they need more support from their superiors at this commercial stop.

Worst place ever.. every time I go in there its some one new. That doesnt know there stuff. The manager didnt want to help and I was the only customer in there. The manager refused to help the kid. I got my stuff but I was there an hour. And no other customers came in. I love tmobile but you need better customer service in your stores..

Came here to purchase a screen protector. Not a T-Mobile customer but they still offered to help install the screen protector.
Tmobile has inaccurate coverage maps or employees just lie to get you to buy. You buy expensive phones and there is a glitch in the pricing or service when you read the fine print. By the time you get clarification its past their return deadline. I never did get a breakdown of what I paid for in the initial payment. I couldnt get this information on line or calling 611 so I wrote tmobile and my letter was ignored. Eventhough employees tell you you will great great service, you dont. I dont know how many times I have tried making a call in Bartlesville and I get an error message to connect to WiFi to make a call. For some reason the service is even worse when it rains.
Great prices, clean environment.. employees are not well trained enough to answer every question you might throw at them. Other than that, good store
Tmobile employees at the Bartlesville store were very helpful. Particularly Tommy G., and William, they didnt try to force sell anything and took there time to help without rushing.
HORRIBLE, RUN FOR UR LIFE U WILL REGRET IT IF U GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE, THEIVING, A-HOLES!!!!!!!If I could give negative stars I would say -100000. Customer service is horrible when u actually have a problem. I ordered 4 new phone, 2 note 8s and 2 iPhone 7 pluss. It was suppose to be BOGO but the person that took my order screwed it up and 7 months later after so many calls and empty promises from staff saying it was corrected. I was threatened with getting nothing, I was told that if I didnt agree with their terms, which were not the BOGO and was not able to return them, I had to agree to a credit on my account or nothing all. I had to spend countless hours on the phone for months, never got called back after SUPERVISORS promised to, and the service sucked ass. I had no service in my house, even though I live in a 4G area, I had to get a signal booster for my internet to get a half-way signal and my internet bill increased $40-50 a month because of this. The more I complained about things, the more my phone had to have updates that seemed to slow it down and screw it up. I have since switched my service and have no regrets except ever getting into bed with Tmobile. Good riddins Tmobile never again!!!!
Friendly staff, willing to do anything to help with your needs. Been a T-Mobile customer for 8 years. The company is very loyal to long term customers.
They have spent all morning with me fixing an account issue. No other cellular company would do this. These guys are great.

I just wanted to say.im so THANKFUL that t mobile is in bartlesville,ok ..im moving from calif..i did not want to change my service provider t mobile to something else.im going on 12 yrs.being with tmobile..

Employees had very little knowledge about the phones they have for sale and how to set them up. Also store has a very poor selection of phone cases and accessories.
I feel like there are inconsistencies for this company, maybe it is all over or just this store but when you call T-Mobile and you get one story then you get to the store you get another story and extra charges, then you call them back and get a 3rd story your asking for trouble. Thanks anyway.
The communist government of Google forced me to pay 50$ a month for the rest of my life.
The employees were sometimes rude and there phone service is very spotty at best I can only say that there phone insurance program was very nice and fairly inexpensive
