I was having a problem with my phones speaker and mic not working as well as it wasnt dependable at receiving messages and texts and what not. The sales associate was able to fix the problem so normally I would rate that at a 5 but there were 3 sales associates in the store. All were busy, not slacking but doing their job setting up new phones for customers. At least 6 other customers were waiting for almost 20 minutes before being helped. That doesnt count the many that showed up signed in and then left after 10-15 minutes of waiting. It wasnt that the staff wasnt doing their jobs but instead the store is way under staffed like many other places. Im sure other times they may be just waiting for customers to come in. I dont know but this wasnt the first or second time weve waited longer than 20 minutes to be helped at this store. Many folks just came in to buy a phone case or something and ended up putting the item back and leaving because there was no one to help at the register. So Ill be generous and give 3 stars until corporate can figure out how to manage the positions better to produce a more effective flow of customer traffic.

Do not go to store 2334 SE Washington Blvd!! Austin Journagan doesnt know what he is doing! Neither does the other employees. My phone wouldnt even turn on and all he said was the only thing I can do is sell you another phone. I asked about my contacts and photos and he said there was nothing they could do. I left the store and a friend of mine transferred all my contacts and photos without turning old phone on. This same friend fixed my old phone. So I went back to Austin to return and he said I couldnt because the phone wasnt defective. I told him I was going to turn him into corporate and he said theres nothing they can do to me! When I originally purchased my old phone at this store Nick helped me and he transferred all my contacts and photos and let me keeybold phone number from another carrier! Obviously you just have to be a warm body to work at this store. You dont have to know anything. Bad business!

Saundra Paulson has been my go to person for sales and help with myGalexy phone. She is so helpful that I plan to purchase some new items and will wait for her to be available to help me. She explains in terms I can understand and is very patient. She is the best. Thank you Saundra for all you do.

I havent even had my phone back on for 2 weeks and my data doesnt want to work anymore. I literally had to wait almost 10 minutes just for the google page to come up!! Unlimited though lol what a joke.

I been a customer of US Cellular for over 30 years and their accounting department can’t put 2 & 2 and come up with 4 but have no problem over charging you on a phone payment on a thirty month installment it may not be much to a lot of people But I’m disabled and live on a fixed income a little means being able to have money to eat for a week or not Sad Very Sad
